1968년 국내에 고속도로가 개통된 이후 44년 동안 한국도로공사에서 관리하는 터널은 709개소, 539,046m로 친환경 고속도로 건설추세에 맞추어 관리할 터널은 지속적으로 증가가 예상된다. 이런 공용중 터널들은 설계기준에 맞게 시공하여도 지형조건, 기타 제반여건 등이 상이하여 집중호우시 터널내 용출수 과다로 포장균열, 들뜸 및 솟음현상이 발생하여 공용중인 차량의 안전에 위험요인으로 작용하고 있어 공용중인 터널내 배수시설의 효율적인 유지관리를 위해 다각적인 배수처리방안을 수립 하고자 한다.

논술형 수행평가를 통해서 본 「전통윤리」 교과서의 문제점과 수업개선 방향

본 연구는 고등학교 전통윤리 교과서의 문제점을 논술형 수행평가를 통해서 분석해 보고 그 문제점에 대한 하나의 대안을 찾아보려고 하였다. 2장에서는 전통윤리 교과서를 제시문으로 사용하여 효(孝)에 대해 논술하게 하였던 결과 학생들의 생각이 너무 획일적으로 되는 문제를 Good Thinking에 나오는 제시문을 사용했을 때와 비교하여 말하였다. 학생들이 획일적인 사고를 하는 이유는 교과서의 제시문이 많은 전통적 덕목들을 가지고 강의하여 교화시키려 하기 때문이며, 이와 달리 Good Thinking에서처럼 이야기 식으로 제시되었을 때, 아이들은 여러 가지 다양한 생각을 할 수 있었음을 보여 주려고 하였다. 따라서 일방적으로 교화하는 방식을 피하려는 노력이 필요하다는 것을 지적했다. 3장에서는 교과서의 문제를 해결 할 하나의 대안으로 철학적 지식이 많아 강의를 해야 할 단원과 인간관계의 규범이 나오기 때문에 대화가 필요한 단원으로 나누고, 후자에서는 대화를 통한 수업이 필요함을 말하였다. 또한 대화 수업은 먼저 논술로 자기생각을 정리하게 한 후 하는 것이 효율적이라는 것을 강조했다. 마지막으로 도덕적 실천은 실천규범을 훈계 한다고 될 문제가 아니라 지적영역과 심정적 영역과 태도의 영역이 하나로 통합될 수 있게 될 때 가능하다고 하였다. 이를 위해서는 대화를 통해 아이들의 생각이 깊어지게 해야 함을 밝혔다. This research attempts to analyze the problems of the Traditional Ethics in highschool using performance assessment based on essay. and tries to find the alternative idea. Second chapter compares students' essays about "being dutiful to parents" in Traditional Ethics with their essays using Good Thinking as a reference; students subject to be standardized when they used current school textbooks as references. This is because school Ethics textbooks tend to concentrate too much on virtues trying to have students to comply with norm. When reference was used as a story form, however, there was enough room for students to diversify their thoughts. Third chapter proposes textbooks to contain two different units. One is about philosophy easily be taught in a lecture, and the other is about model for human relationships that requires dialogue. In the latter unit, having enough dialogue is stressed. This chapter also stresses the importance of writing an essay to finalize one's thought prior to dialogue. Ethical practice can only be achieved when a person knows, thinks and behaves ethically at the same time; for the ethical practice to be achieved, dialogue should help students to think profoundly, however, admonishing a person to practice moral can not be a solution.

중등 영어과 교재모형 개발: 수준별 및 자기주도적 학습 중심

This paper attempts to develop a textbook model that will help to implement the differentiated English curriculum. Theoretical guidelines for the model textbook production were explored to fit the Korean EFL classroom. Learner-centered education, which emphasizes differentiated learning and learner autonomy, was chosen as the guiding principle of textbook development. Differentiated learning comprises students’ learning styles and multiple intelligences as well as ability. Learner autonomy concerns understanding learning process, strategy training, and self-assessment as well as learner choice and ownership. An analysis of current high school English textbooks was then made with a focus on differentiated learning and learner autonomy. Based on this analysis, specific guidelines for textbook model development were proposed and a model postulated to include a textbook, workbook, and supplementary listening and reading materials
