요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -대전시 노인요양원을 중심으로-

본 연구는 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로서 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 어떠한 영향을 미치고 조직유효성과의 관계가 어떠한지를 대전시 노인요양원을 중심으로 연구분석한 논문이다. 대전광역시 5개구에 위치한 요양원에 근무한 요양보호사 중심으로 128명을 대상으로 2012년 12월부터 2013년 3월까지 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 요양보호사의 직무 스트레스가 조직유효성에 어떠한 영향과 관계가 있는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석으로는 빈도분석과 신뢰성분석, 이원분산분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 이러한 연구분석 결과를 바탕으로 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스는 조직유효성에 중요한 영향을 미쳤고, 요양보호사가 인식하고 있는 조직의 역할갈등, 역할모호성 등의 변인들은 각각 개별적으로 조직유효성에 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 실무적인 측면에서 요양보호사들이 직무스트레스와 조직유효성이 매우 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. As this is a study on the effect of care-givers` job stress on organizational effectiveness, it is a study that researched into and analyzed which effect the care-givers` job stress has and what about the relationship with organizational effectiveness, focusing on nursing homes for the elderly in Daejeon Metropolitan City. It analyzed which influential relationship the survey subjects` general characteristics and care-givers` job stress have with organizational effectiveness from December 2012 to March in 2013 targeting 128 people centering on care-givers who worked at nursing homes where are located in 5 wards of Daejeon Metropolitan City. The analyses in this study were used frequency analysis, reliability analysis, two-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. Based on these results of research and analysis, the job stress according to demographic characteristics had important influence upon organizational effectiveness. The variables such as role conflict and role ambiguity in organization of being recognized by care-givers were indicated to have negative influence upon organizational effectiveness respectively and individually. Hence, the care-givers` job stress and organizational effectiveness can be known to have very significant influence in the aspect of practical affairs.

여성고령자의 학대경험이 자살생각에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -대전광역시를 중심으로-

본 연구는 여성 고령자의 학대경험이 자살생각에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 대전광역시 노인을 중심으로 연구분석 한 사례논문이다· 대전광역시 65세이상 노인 116명을 대상으로 2014년 1월부터 2014년 3월까지 설문조사를 통해 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 학대 유형 경험에 따라 자살에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다· 분석방법으로는 빈도분석, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 연구 분석결과 인구사회학적 특성에서 자살생각과의 관계는 거주형태가 독거노인일수록, 종교가 없을수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 건강상태가 나쁠수록, 경제적인 상태가 어려울수록 자살생각이 높은 것으로 나타났다· 그리고 노인학대 경험여부에서 자살생각과의 관계도 대전지역 여성 노인들이 언어·정서적 학대가 가장 많이 발생하여 유의미한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다· 따라서 이러한 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 종합하여 볼 때 노인학대와 노인자살을 통합관리 할 수 있는 전문기관과 노인학대 피해 노인들을 치료할 수 있는 프로그램 개발과 가해자에 대한 치료접근 등 제도적 보완이 필요하며, 지역사회가 노인학대와 노인자살에 대해 보다 새로운 복지역할의 시사점을 제시한 연구논문이다· This is a case study on how the abuse experience affected suicidal ideation in damage aged women in Daejeon Metropolitan City· A survey was conducted in 116 seniors aged 65 or older in Daejeon between January and March 2014 to analyze the effects of their general characteristics and abuse type experience on suicide· Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were carried out; as for the relations between the socio-demographic characteristics and suicidal ideation, those who lived alone, who had no religion, who had lower levels of education, who had a lower health status, and who had a lower financial status were more likely to have suicidal ideation· As for the relations between the abuse experience and suicidal ideation, verbal and emotional abuse most frequently occurred and was found to be significantly correlated with suicidal ideation· On the basis of the results, it is necessary to establish a special institution that can control elderly abuse and suicide in an integrative way, develop a program that can give therapy to elderly victims of abuse, and make institutional improvement· This study gives communities suggestions for a new approach to elderly abuse and suicide·

지역사회 요양원에 근무하는 요양보호사의 성적 피해경험이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -대전광역시를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the experience as a sexual abuse victim on job stress for care helpers working at community nursing homes; it aimed to determine how care helpers' experience of being sexually abused by those staying at nursing homes for the elderly in Daejeon affected their job stress. A survey was conducted in 147 care helpers working at nursing homes in Daejeon Metropolitan City from March to April 2017 to determine how their general characteristics and experience of being sexually abused affected their job stress and if coping and precautionary efforts depended on the experience. This study used frequency analysis, correlation analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis. As for the experience as a sexual abuse victim by the demographic characteristics, 41.5% of the care helpers had experience of being sexually abused, with the experience significantly affecting their job stress. 93.4% of the sexual abuse offenders were elderly men staying at the nursing homes. In particular, the experience of being sexually abused was correlated with job stress; the most frequent type of sexual abuse was verbal abuse, followed by physical and visual one. As coping and precautions depended on the experience of being sexually abused, it is necessary to take a relevant measure and give them preventive education.

지역사회교회의 노인복지사업 활성화를 위한 영향요인 연구 -전주지역 교회를 중심으로-

본 연구는 지역사회교회의 노인복지사업 활성화를 위한 영향요인 연구로서 전주지역 교회를 중심으로 사례연구 실증분석한 논문이다. 전주지역 교회노인복지사업 활성화를 위한 설문사례를 통하여 목회자의 인식에 관한 요인과 교회의 인적 물적 자원에 관련된 요인, 노인복지사업에 관련된 프로그램 요인 등에 대해 집중분석한 연구논문이다. 전주지역 덕진구, 완산구에 위치한 교인 300명이상 운영하고 무작위로 교회를 선정하여 교회목회자 201명을 대상으로 2014년 12월부터 3월까지 연구조사 한 논문이며, 연구분석 방법으로는 빈도분석 및 교차분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 전주지역교회의 노인복지사업에 대한 목회자들의 인식정도를 분석한 결과 노인복지사업에 대한 인식도가 높고 필요성도 높게 나타났으며, 교회 자원의 활용정도를 분석한 결과도 인적자원은 풍부하나 물적자원은 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 노인복지 사업 프로그램 활용 관련요인을 분석한 결과 관련 교회재정이 어렵고 프로그램들이 단조로우며 다양한 프로그램 유형들이 부족한 것으로 나타난 연구논문이다. As a case study on the factors affecting activation of elderly welfare services of community churches, this study aimed to make an empirical analysis of churches in Jeonju. A survey was conducted to activate elderly welfare services of community churches in Jeonju with the objective of analyzing consciousness of pastors and members of the churches, personal and material resources of the churches, and the programs associated with elderly welfare services. The research was conducted in 201 pastors of the churches in Deokjin-Gu and Wansan-gu, Jeonju, which were randomly selected among those churches with at least 100 members, from December 2014 to March 2015 and frequency analysis and chi-square analysis were used. The results showed that the pastors of community churches in Jeonju were well aware of the elderly welfare services and indicated the urgent need of the services and that the churches were rich in personal resources but were short of material ones. Besides, most of the elderly welfare service programs were monotonous and scarce.

노인학대가 노후 우울증에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 노인학대가 노년기 노후우울증에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 문경시노인을 중심으로 연구분석한 사례논문이다. 문경시 65세 이상 노인 109명을 대상으로 2010년 12월부터 2011년 1월까지 조사대상자의 일반적 특성과 학대유형 정도에 따라 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석한 논문이다. 분석으로는 빈도분석 및 t검증과 일원분산분석(ANOVA), 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과로는 노인학대가 우울에 미치는 영향으로 성별, 학력, 동거여부, 소득, 연령, 정서적 학대와 방임과 유의미한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인들의 학대유형 경험에 따라 노인들의 개개별 심리적 상태가 다양하게 나타난다는 것이 본 연구의 특징이라 하겠다. 앞으로 본 연구 결과를 토대로 문경시에서 노인학대 발생시 그 해결을 위해 근본적으로 필요한 기초 자료를 활용함과 동시에 우리나라 노인학대 증가에 따른 노후 우울증 예방책에 대해 그 시사점을 제시한 연구논문이다. This study is the case thesis of analysis on the effect of the aged and later life depression by elder abuse. The survey started from December 2010 to January 2011 to 109 people aged over 65, and this is the thesis of analysis on the general characteristics of the subjects and on the influence from the depression depending on the degree of elder abuse. Frequency analysis, T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to analyse the survey. There is the meaningful relativeness between the elder abuse and depression caused by gender, educational background, whether to live together, income, age, emotional abuse and disregard. With these results, the characteristics of this thesis is that subjects’ psychological status is varied according to the types of elderly abuse experiences.
