최근 많은 관심을 집중시키고 있는 광전자재료용 고분자의 제조를 위해 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 광전자재료용 고분자를 연구하는데 있어서 특수한 기능성을 갖는 monomer의 합성이 필수적이며, 이번에 본 연구그룹에서 합성한 porphyrin은 최근 많은 주목을 받고 있으나 고분자로 도입하는 합성방법에 있어 2 관능성을 갖게 만드는데 어려움이 있고 가격이 상당히 비싸 고분자를 전공하는 사람들이 이것을 이용하는데 많은 어려움을 가지고 있었다. 금번 본 연구그룹에서 합성한 방법은 고분자에 쉽게 적용할 수 있는 형태의 porphyrin을 합성하는 방법이고 이것을 ??, UV, GC-MASS 등을 통하여 확인하였으며, 이것을 이용하여 고분자를 중합하고 특수한 기능성을 부여한 신고분자의 합성을 목표로 하고 있다. There have been many researches on the preparation of photonic-electronic polymers. For the preparation of them it is necessary to synthesize materials that have special functionalities. Porphyrins that we synthesized are taken much attention from polymer chemists. But the method of synthesizing porphyrin is very difficult. For polymerization, every monomer has to have two functionalities. But having two functionalities on porphyrin needs high chemistry. It is expensive, too. Our group could synthesize this material with special method, which can be easily applied to polymer backbone. Porphyrin was charactrerized with ??, UV and GC-MASS. Our goal is making new polymers that can be applied to special functionalities-having polymers.

여순사건의 발생 배경과 피해 실태에 대한 인식 - 증언과 구술자료를 중심으로 -

대한민국은 일제에 이어 미군에 의해 3년간 지배를 받은 후에 정부를 수립할 수 있었다. 정부 수립 2개월 후에 여순사건이 발발하였다. 여순사건은 많은 인적 물적 피해를 발생시키며 이승만 정부의 기반을 시험하였다. 이 사건을 계기로 정부는 반이승만 세력을 제거하고 반공독재체제를 강화하는 기회로 활용하였다. 본 연구는 여순사건을 경험한 전남동부지역민이 여순사건의 발생배경과 피해실태를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가를 탐구한 것이다. 이는 역사 기록에서 비켜서 있던 민중들의 시각에서 여순사건을 바라보는 것이 역사 진실에 다가서는 하나의 방법이라 생각하기 때문이다. 다수의 지역민은 여순사건의 발생배경으로 반경감정, 경제적 어려움을 꼽는다. 일제 통치를 위해 민중을 탄압하던 경찰은 해방 이후 미군정에 의해 다시 부활하여 폭력과 부정비리를 일삼는 행태를 보였다. 게다가 자연재해와 강제 미곡수집, 물가상승, 높은 실업율, 빈부격차는 민중의 삶을 더욱 힘들게 하였다. 다음으로 피해실태에 대한 정부의 조사는 매우 미흡하다. 정부는 봉기군과 좌익세력에 의해 인적 물적 피해가 컸다고 기록하고 있다. 그러나 지역민은 봉기군과 그에 동조한 세력에 의한 피해보다 토벌군경에 의한 피해가 더 크고 심했다고 증언하고 있다. 토벌군경은 죄없는 민중을 불법적이고 야만적인 방식으로 오랫동안 살상하였다. 민중은 ‘힘있는 자가 우리편’이라는 상식으로 좌우익세력을 도왔고 그로 인해 탄압을 받고 죽음으로 내몰렸다. 본 연구는 여순사건을 체험한 지역민의 증언과 구술자료, 지역민이 편찬한 실태조사 보고서를 중심으로 진행하였다. 증언은 선택적 기억을 하거나 착각과 잘못된 해석의 문제점을 가진다. 이는 문헌자료도 마찬가지이다. 어느 쪽이든 당시 사회를 표현하고 있으며 서로 배타적이지 않고 뒤섞여 역사 진실에 접근한다고 생각한다. The Republic of Korea could be established with the 1948 liberation of korea after the U.S. armed force's government occupied the south of the 38th parallel in Han-peninsular for 3 years. The Republic of Korea faced serious challenge after 2 months. It was on the verge of the protest of the 14th regiment soldiers. 'Yeosun Incident' unfolded in Jellanamdo-eastern region including Yeosu and Sunchoen, causing a great many injuries and damages, and tested the foundation of Rhee,seung-man government. Taking this opportunity, Rhee,seung-man government purged Anti-Rhee,seung-man power and enforced the system of Anti-Communism. In this paper, I tried to inquire about the recognition of the cause and the damage condition of the Yeosun Incident, at that time by experienced people in Jeollanamdo-eastern region. Most of people didn't know domestic and foreign situation and above all they were distressed by the difficulty of living. It is necessary to know how to recognize 'Yeosun Incident' by the people. Because that is a kind of method discovering historical truth. Most civilians commonly recognized Anti-police emotion and the difficulty of living as the cause in ‘Yeosun Incident’. The antipathy of the people against the police was not because of ideology and thought but because of nationalcontradiction and their violent and wrongful acts. Pro-American subordination system was constructed by the U.S. armed force's government maintaining vestiges of Japanese imperialism. The national contradiction made the living of the people more difficult. Pro-Japanese national traitor still monopolized economic wealth and vested rights. So all the people was discontented with that situation. In injury and damage situation, civilians recognized that injury and damage by the rightist(a punitive force) was much more serious than the those by leftist(an uprising army). And the type of the kill and wound was barbarous and illegal. It was justified under illegal martial law. In public, they committed murder innocent civilians ignoring just investigation and process. And the punitive force slaughtered civilians dressed up as an uprising army after testing civilian's response. This slaughter was genocide. In those days, Government perverted the truth and neglected revealing the truth of the kill and wound and military suppression-operations made a sacrifice of man's life and property. It was very important to perserve survival for the most people of region. They recognized the law of life as 'the power is our side' regardless of ideology. A food-shortage, Inflation, and unemployment were pressing problems to the people of the region. This study has some degree limits because of verbal evidence and statement-materials. An eyewitness has selective memory and subjective imagination interpretation. That is difficult to overcome. Oral-statement-materials shows the oneside. But the subjective experience of the individual could represent society in his own way. The factual truth on the ground of record and the narrative truth of the experienced person are not exclusive but mixing. Therefore they have historical value. The various recognition of civilians will help find out the real truth of 'Yeosun Incident'. Moreover it will present correct direction in planning future. And I wish this paper will be an opportunity to recover history of 'non-recorder' who was forced to be silent in cold-war and anti-communism system by vivid oral statement.

대사경로 안에서의 약물 표적 단백질의 기능과 관계 흐름

새로운 제약 개발은 제약 부분에서 가장 중요한 프로젝트이다. 제약 개발 과정 중 가장 첫 과정은 약물 표적 단백질을 선정 하는 것이다. 이는 가장 첫 단계인 만큼 실패시의 위험도 크고 그 만큼 중요하다. 따라서 이 과정의 시간과 돈을 절약할 수 있다면 제약 회사에게 큰 이익을 줄 수 있다. 그래서 표적 약물 단백질을 선정하기 전 기존의 약물 표적 단백질들의 기능적 흐름을 분석해 보았다. 약물이 신체에 들어오게 되면 신체의 대사 경로 중 어떠한 곳이든 영향을 준다. 그러기에 대사 경로 안에서의 약물 표적 단백질과 그 주변 단백질의 기능과 관계의 특징을 풀어 내게 되면, 약물에 의한 부작용(side effect)를 최소하는 약물 표적 단백질 선정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 대사경로 안의 약물표적 단백질과 주변 단백질의 관계의 기능적 흐름을 분석 하였고, 이들 간의 관계에는 특징이 있음을 밝혔다.
