Total Talar Extrusion without Soft Tissue Attachments

Total talar extrusion without a soft tissue attachment is an extremely rare injury and is rarely reported. Appropriate treatment remains controversial. We describe the long-term outcomes of two patients who had complete talar extrusion without remaining soft tissue attachment treated with arthrodesis. Both of our patients had complications such as infection and progressive osteolysis. We suggest reimplantation of the extruded talus after thorough debridement as soon as possible as a reasonable option unless the talus is contaminated or missing, because an open wound may arise from inside to outside.

Playing and educational tools for human beings are designed and produced for each developmental stage, from infancy to adulthood. These tools have been comprehensively examined for their effects on physical, intellectual, social and personality development. Especially, in accordance with modern scientific studies evidences proving the development of human brain in a certain pattern, interests in educational and plying products designed for helping early physical and cognitive development of infants' brains are on the rise. The baby swing, one of those tools, is an auxiliary child-rearing device providing infants with the state of psychological equilibrium by inducing a feeling of physical pleasure through repeated linear and circular movements in the environment as comfortable of infants bone fracture and brain in sensory motor stage, the early human development period, during which infants learn about their environment through their senses and their motor activity. In this study, the baby swing is designed in a more rational and esthetic manner by supplementing insufficiency of existing baby swings designed by considering only the simple function of the swing. Major characteristics considered for this design are as follows: First, the design and healthy to infants Second, appropriate functions and a temperate decoration Third, security of the swing's movements Fourth, the thorough application of the user's size Fifth, the value of the creative development Sixth, the structure considering predictability

I have studied the sepervisor system of the Corperation. I have written the level improvement of a supervisor and function of it. And also the duty of a supervitor, nomination and the release of office, and the supervisor. I Proposed many opinions about these and represented the items that have to be improved. I Hope that it is Prescribed Conctetly in the Commercial Law revision. Also the supervisor should have a varied right and broaden the Job Complishment extent. I thought that it would make a Corperation exchude it would make a Corperation exclude in Justice and it manage fair. It is necessary to make the mechanism of inspection on the supervisor. It must be kept the fairness and Justice. And commercial Law must be made more concrete. A good employment mak a development of a corperation and make an active management.

족관절 원위 경비 인대 결합의 급성 파열에 대한 초음파 검사의 진단적 의의

Purpose: We studied the diagnostic value of ultrasonography to confirm the presence of the syndesmosis injuries in the ankle. Materials and Methods: Pre-operative ultrasonography were taken in 42 cases of ankle fractures to determine injury of syndesmosis between February 2000 and August 2003. Tear of syndesmosis was confirmed when they met the following criteria; widening of distal tibiofibular clear space greater than 7 mm on pre-operative AP X-rays, leakage of contrast dye during intra-operative arthrography, and operative findings revealing syndesmosis rupture. We compared these diagnoses with those made by pre-operative ultrasonography. Results: Syndesmosis injuries were confirmed in 23 cases among the total 42 cases. Ultrasonography revealed syndesmosis tear in 25 cases, with 20 cases corresponding with confirmed tear and 5 cases without tear in confirm. Syndesmoses were found to be intact in 17 cases of ultrasonograph, but 3 cases were actually confirmed tear. In ankle ultrasonography, the sensitivity was 90.9%, the specificity was 75.0%. Conclusion: Preoperative ultrasonography is a non-invasive and useful study to determine the syndesmosis injury in ankle fractures.

본 연구의 목적은 가평군에 신규 조성될 목재문화체험장의 수요예측에 있다. 수요예측을 위한 중력모델을 추정하기 위해서는 유사 목재문화체험장의 이용객수 및 체험객수 자료가 필요한데, 가평군 목재문화체험장과 유사한 시설인 장흥군 우드랜드 목재문화체험장의 연간 이용객과 체험객 현황을 이용하였다. 추정된 중력모델을 활용하여 가평군 목재문화체험장의 수요예측을 실시하였는데, 그 결과 가평군 목재문화체험장의 이용객 수요예측 결과는 469,357명으로 나타났으며, 가평군 목재문화체험장의 체험객 수요예측결과는 20,458명으로 나타났다.

Objectives: To validate usefulness of the three phase bone scan for the diagnosis of osteomyelitis in the diabetic foot with soft tissue inflammation. Materials and Methods: Fourteen diabetic feet with soft tissue inflammation were included in this study. We took the bone biopsy from the site of hot uptake on the three phase bone scan but no abnormal findings on the plain radiographs. We observed whether the bone has evidence of osteomyelitis on the patholgic findings such as inflammatory cell infiltration within bone, dead bone, new bone formation and fibrosis. Results: Thirteen of fourteen cases (92.8%) were compatible with osteomyelitis on the pathologic criteria. Inflammatory cell infiltration within bone was observed in thirteen cases, dead bone in twelve cases. new bone formation in four cases. fibrosis in eight cases. All of the four findings were observed in three cases. Conclusion: In the diabetic foot with soft tissue inflammation, the osteomyelitis should be included in differential diagnosis if the lesion reveals increased uptake on three phase bone scan, even though the lesion does not show any abnormal findings on the plain radiographs.

최근 지방사회간의 교류와 대화 없이는 그 사회 그 국가 나아가서는 전지구촌이 이제는 생존 자체가 위협을 받을 만큼 중대한 문제로서 대두되고 있다. 국가의 공공성의 기능, 경제, 사회, 문화, 교육, 과학기술 등 다양한 사회 모든 분야에서 존속하고 발전되며 지속적으로 경쟁력 사회에서 살아 남기 위하여는 경제력이 있지 아니하면 아니 되게 끔 되어 있다. 이 경제를 이룩하기 위해서는 그 밑바탕이 되는 과학과 기술 문명이 소유되어 있어야 되며 이 여러 가지 요소를 운반하는 근본 바탕은 지역사회간의 홍보활동이라는 것을 알게 된 것이다. 따라서 본 논문의 본론에서 적시한 이론으로서 근거를 잡아 몇 가지 제안을 도출하여 내는 것을 결론에 대한다. 첫째로 지역사회간의 상호 관계 없이는 그 사회 그 국가는 유지 할 수 없다는 것이다. 이들의 지방사회의 다양한 단체들의 존속과 지탱, 나아가서는 발전적 경쟁력은 소극적으로는 불가능하고 적극적이고 강인한 홍보활동이 이루어 질 때에 가능하다는 것이다 따라서 홍보의 기술은 다양하고 매우 성실하지 아니 하면 살아 남기가 힘들어 지는 시대가 도래했다는 것이다. 둘째로는 홍보의 기수적 수단과 방법이 매우 조직적 이여야 되고 그 홍보관리가 대단히 과학적인 관리로서 시간적으로 지속적이고 반복적으로 이루어 져야 한다는 것이다 다시 말하면 어느 곳에서나 어느 때에나 홍보적인 생각 홍보적인 언어 그리고 홍보적인 활동이 늘 필요로 하는 일상생활화가 되어 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이른바 처처흥보(處處弘報) 그리고 사사홍보(事事弘報)의 시대가 가슴 앞에 와 있다고 할 수 있다. 셋째로는 홍보는 일상 언어와 그 표현력 그리고 계속적인 행동이 없이는 불가능하기 때문에 대화와 접촉을 통해서 만이 가능하다는 것이다. 그 통로는 모든 수단을 총체적으로 입체적 평면적으로 동원하는 수밖에 없다 신문, 라디오, TV, PC, FAX, 핸드폰, 견학초청, 관광동행, 오락과 등산 및 스포츠 교류, 영화관람, 그리고 전화를 통하여 언제나 대화와 만남의 원리를 정확하고 신속하게 움직여야 한다. 환언하면 접촉의 원리가 정보수집에 좋은 기호가 된다는 것이다. 정보화사회 심지어는 최근에 기관명칭, 학교명칭까지 정보의 고유명사로 쓰이는 경우가 즐비하다. 이 정보야말로 홍보의 교류에서 부산물로 얻어내는 선물임에는 틀림없는 사실이다. 넷째로 지역사회 상호간의 신뢰 있는 홍보 믿음 있는 홍보가 제일이라는 것이다. 거짓 없고 선약을 지켜주는 홍보가 뒤따라야 한다는 것이다. 다섯께로 지역사회관계에서 그 홍보활동이 억울한 침해를 받을 때에는 행정법상의 권익구제제도의 운영의 묘를 찾아 권익에 손상이 있어서는 아니 되도록 최선의 활동에 완전하게 대비하여야 된다. 적극활동에는 과잉과 월권남용 등으로 법령적용선상의 위치에 놓이게 된다. 따라서 구제제도의 묘를 찾으면 되는 것이다. 한마디로 홍보는 끝이 안보이고 장소가 없이 항상화 되어야 하고 홍보활동은 신뢰를 바탕으로 하여 지원되어져야 한다는 것이다.
