        프러시안 블루 유사체의 합성 및 MnFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>의 자성과 흡착 특성

        프러시안 블루 유사체(Prussian Blue Analogue : PBA)는 3차원 구조와 기공을 갖는 금속-유기골격체이며, 유기 리간드의 종류에 따라 다양한 구조를 갖는다. PBA는 바이오센서, 광학, 촉매, 수소 저장 장치 등의 분야에서 주목 받고 있으며 화학적 안정성을 가진 환경 친화적인 물질이다. 또한 다양한 크기의 미세기공을 조정할 수 있어 흡착분야에서 많이 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 수열합성법을 이용하여 금속유기골격체인 $Mn_3[Fe(CN)_6]_2$를 합성하였다. 전구체로 $K_4[Fe(CN)_6]$와 $MnCl_2$를 사용하였고, 합성된 물질은 소성하여 망간철산화물을 생성하였다. 실험 변수로 전구용액의 pH, 전구체의 몰농도, 반응시간을 조절하여 입자의 크기와 형태에 대한 영향을 확인하였다. 합성된 다공체는 XRD, SEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, TG/DTA에 의해 분석하였고, 여러 염료에 대한 흡착 특성을 평가하였다. The Prussian Blue Analogue(PBA) has three dimensional structure and the metal - organic framework material, and it has a variety configurations depending on the type of organic ligands. PBA has been receving an attention in the fields of biosensors, optical, catalytic, and hydrogen storage device. Also, it is an environmental friendly substance with a chemical stability. In addition, PBA is widely used in the filed of adsorption art since we can adjust the size of the fine pores. In this study, we synthesized $Mn_3[Fe(CN)_6]_2$, an organometallic framework chains by using a hydrothermal synthesis method. We used $K_4[Fe(CN)_6]$ and $MnCl_2$ as precursors. We also produced a manganese iron oxide, by baking the synthesized material. The effect of the size and shape of the particles was examined by controling pH of the precursor solution, the molar concentration of the precursor, and reaction time as the experimental variables. Synthesized absorbent was analyzed by XRD, SEM, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and TG / DTA to evaluate the adsorption properties of several dyes.

        원발성 월경곤란증의 뜸 치료에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰 및 메타분석

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of moxibustion for primary dysmenorrhea (PD). Methods: We searched 10 electronic databases (CNKI, WANFANG, VIP, AMED, CiNii, Embase, PubMed, Cochrane, OASIS, Korea Traditional Knowledge Portal) to identify eligible studies published before November 2016. We included randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) using moxibustion for primary dysmenorrhea. The methodological quality of each RCT was assessed by the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Results: Ten RCT studies were eligible in our review. The overall risk of bias was evaluated as unclear. The meta-analysis of 4 trials indicated that favorable results for the use of moxibustion. Conclusions: This systematic review and meta-analysis of clinical trials suggests that moxibustion can achieve good efficacy for PD patients. However, because of studies included analysis was biased due to unclear risk of bias and unreliable study design, future high-quality RCT studies are needed to determine the association moxibustion with PD.

        동신기혈양수방(東新氣血養睡方) 액상 스틱 파우치의 취침전 투여가 입면시간에 미치는 효과

        Objectives : This study is to identify the effects of taking Liquid stick Packs of DS Gihyeolyangsubang(DSGYSB) on the time to sleep. Methods : From August 2016 to October 2017, 19 patients who were admitted to Dongshin Univ. Oriental Medicine Hospital due to sleep disturbance were included in this study. The result of changing time to sleep and the effect of the duration of administration on the time to sleep were statistically analyzed. Results : as follows. 1. DSGYSB administration before bedtime showed the time to sleep reduction effect. 2. The administration was effective for more than 4-7 days before 1-3 days of DSGYSB. Conclusions : These results suggest that Liquid stick Packs of DSGihyeolyangsubang are effective in reducing the time of the time to sleep.

        원유시료에서 분리한 장구균의 에리스로마이신 내성 유전자형 및 표현형 분석

        동물성 식품 유래 장구균의 에리스로마이신 내성 유전자형 및 표현형을 분석하고자 하였다. 경기북부지역의 축산 농가 15곳으로부터 원유 시료 378개를 분양받아 본실험에 사용하였으며 에리스로마이신 내성 장구균 분리에 사용하였다. 총 110균주의 장구균이 분리 되었으며 이중 E. faecalis가 101균주, E. avium이 7균주, E durans가 2균주였다. 에리스로마이신에 대한 내성 비율은 65.45%였으며 $MIC_{50}$은 16 ${\mu}g$/ml, $MIC_{90}$은 64 ${\mu}g$/ml이었다. 분리된 장구균 110균주 모두 erm(B) 유전자를 소유하고 있었으며 75.45%인 83균주가 mef(A)를 소유하고 있음을 확인하였다. 표현형 분석에 따르면 지속성 내성($cMLS_B$)을 나타내는 균주는 95균주(86.36%)였으며 유도내성 ($iMLS_B$)을 보이는 균주는 15균주(13.34%)였다. A total 110 erythromycin resistant Enterococci were isolated from milk samples; E. faecalis (n=101), E. avium (n=7), and E. durans (n=2). The minimum inhibitory concentration of erythromycin against 110 Enterococci were determined. The 66.3% of Entercocci (n=73) showed high level resistance (${\geq}64$ mg/ml).         비알코올성 지방간 세포 모델에서 소분청음의 지방증 완화 효능 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the anti-lipogenic effect of Sobuncheong-eum on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in free fatty acid induced cellular model. Methods : HepG2 cells were treated with palmitate for 24h to overload intracellular triglyceride (TG) content in the presence or absence of Sobuncheong-eum extract. After palmitate treatment, Intracellular TG content was measured with TG assay kit. Several lipogenesis related markers, including AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), sterol regulatory element-binding transcription factor-1c (SREBP-1c), acetyl-CoA carboxylase (ACC), and fatty acid synthase (FAS), were assessed using Western-blot analyses and RT-PCR. Results : Palmitate markedly increased intracellular TG in HepG2 cells, and which were alleviated by coadministered Sobuncheong-eum extract. Sobuncheong-eum extract activated AMPK, which plays a key role in reducing hepatic lipid accumulation, and reduced lipogenic fators, SREBP-1c, ACC, and FAS. Conclusions : Taken together, it is conceivable that Sobuncheong-eum has an potential to alleviate steatosis, and which may be mediated by activating AMPK at least in part.

        Objectives : The purpose of this case is to investigate the effect of Korean Medicine on a patient who was suspected osteitis pubis. Methods : The patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, cupping therapy and physical therapy. We evaluated the results of the treatment by Hughes Scale and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After treatment, the patient's symptoms were improved. Conclusions : These results show us that Korean medicine has effect on a patient who was suspected osteitis pubis.

        작약이 HaCaT 세포에서 아토피 피부염 관련 염증 억제에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Paeonia lactiflora Pallas (PLP) have been reported to have pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory and analgesic. However, it is not yet known whether PLP extract has anti-inflammatory effect on HaCaT cells, human keratinocyte. Methods : To confirm the anti-inflammatory effect of PLP on keratinocyte, TNF-𝛼/IFN-𝛾-stimulated HaCaT cells were used. HaCaT cells were pre-treated with PLP for 1h before stimulation with TNF-𝛼/IFN-𝛾. Then HaCaT cells were stimulated with TNF-𝛼/IFN-𝛾 for 24 h, the cells and media were harvested to measure the inflammatory cytokines levels. Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), interleukin 1 beta (IL-1𝛽), and TNF-𝛼 were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the mRNA expression of thymus and activation-regulated chemokines (TARC), IL-6, and IL-8 were measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). We also investigated the inhibitory mechanism of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPKs) including ERK, JNK, and p38 and nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-𝜅B) by PLP using western blot. Results : PLP did not show cytotoxicity in HaCaT cells. In TNF-𝛼/IFN-𝛾-stimulated HaCaT cells, PLP significantly inhibited the expression of GM-CSF, MCP-1 IL-1𝛽, TNF-𝛼, TARC and IL-6. PLP inhibited the phosphorylation of ERK and translocation of NF-𝜅B into the nucleus. Conclusions : These results indicate that PLP could ameliorate the TNF-𝛼/IFN-𝛾-stimulated inflammatory response through inhibition of MAPK and NF-kB signal pathway. This suggests that PLP could be used beneficial agent to improve skin inflammation.

        황기맥문동탕이 에스트로겐 결핍 Rat의 체중 변화와 비만 관련 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study was conducted to assess the effects of Hwanggimacmundong-tang extract (HM) on obese rats with estrogen deficiency. Methods: The experiments were performed with ovariectomized rats as estrogen-deficient obesity model. Rats were grouped NC (Normal Control Group; sham operation group), OC (Obesity Control Group; estrogen-deficient group), HML (20 mg/kg/day), HMH (100 mg/kg/day). HM was administered orally for six weeks. Body weights and serum lipid level were measured, and real-time PCR was performed to estimate the effect of HM on gene expression in liver. Results: HM decreased the total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum. And HM increased leptin, CPT1 gene expression in liver tissue of obese rats with estrogen deficiency. However HM decreased $PPAR{\gamma}$, $PGC-1{\alpha}$, HMGCR, CYP8B1, LPL, ACAT1, ACAT2, ApoB, ACOX gene expression in liver tissue of obese rats with estrogen deficiency. Conclusions: It is concluded that HM reduced total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum, and regulate gene expression related to lipid metabolism. These results indicate Hwanggimacmundong-tang that might have potential for treatment of obesity and complications during the menopause caused by estrogen-deficiency.

        구취 환자의 음허지제 치료에 대한 연속 증례보고 : OralChroma<sup>TM</sup>를 이용하여

        Objective: This study investigated the effect of Yin deficiency medicine on halitosis patients and the relationship between subjective recognition and objective symptoms of oral malodor. Methods: We administered Yin deficiency medicine, such as Jaeumganghwa-tang, and conducted the Halitosis Associated Life-quality Test (HALT) and $OralChroma^{TM}$. Subjective recognition of halitosis was evaluated using HALT. Objective symptoms of halitosis were evaluated using $OralChroma^{TM}$. In addition, before and after administering medicine, we determined the halitosis according to percentages at the patient's word. Results: The total gas and HALT were not related to each other after Maekmoondong-tang or Saengmaek-san were administered to 10 halitosis patients. Conclusion: Yin deficiency medicine is effective in treating halitosis. Moreover, the subjective recognition and objective symptoms of halitosis are not related to each other.
