1930년대 중국 문예에서의 자유와 진실의 의미 -자유인(自由人),제3종인논쟁(第3種人論爭)의 재고(再考)-

這一連的論爭, 表面上是文藝人士之間以文藝自由爲論題進行的, 而其實在社會的階級間爲了被承認自己的社會的存在的激烈的競爭, 又是追究文藝和文化的性格. 和五·四結合觸發的現代文學和文化運動的性格在根據客觀規律機械地指定階級, 其階級的政治的、文化的?權越來越加强的情況下, 以自由人和第三種人代表的自由主義者指定其意識爲虛僞的中心意識, 反對作爲公的意識的階級意識的單一的支配, 他們要把運動的性格回歸到五·四的批判精神. 對左翼文人來說客觀世界其本身是絶對的規律. 歷史的特定階段符合這階段的規律的階級只有一個, 其他的不是現實的, 不是存在的, 所以是虛僞的階級. 這歷史階段裏唯一的階級的主觀、卽認識客觀規律, 實現其規律的階級主觀的意識才能談, 其他的也都是假的, 沒有現實的意義. 他們說的自由是主體認識客觀規律、實現客觀規律, 這整個過程當中才能體現的. 與此相反, 自由主義者看的客觀世界不是單一性的世界, 而是包含多樣性的世界. 這獨立的客觀世界一樣, 這世界裏的每個存在都有獨立地存在的權利. 他們說的自由能說是存在的自由. 所以前者歸結於政治的判斷和實踐, 後者以承認每個存在的獨立性和多樣性的文化的觀點接近問題. 他們雖然承認通過階級門爭發展的歷史, 不過主張多樣個體或者階級的存在. 在此胡風强調主觀的意志調節對立的兩方的主張, 而且要求文藝家알出以現實的名義隱蔽著的眞實.

HaCaT 세포와 돼지 피부를 이용한 보습효능평가 비교연구

This study was performed to compare the moisturizing efficacy between HaCaT cell and MicropigⓇ skin. Dry skin condition was induced by SDS in HaCaT cell and MicropigⓇ skin, and retinoic acid (RA), adenosine (AD) and ceramide (CER) were used for standard substances of moisturizing evaluation. In HaCaT cells, after setting the substance concentration through MTT assay, dry skin condition was induced by treatment of sodium dedecyl sulfate (SDS). In order to confirm the improvement of dryness by the standard substances in SDS-induced HaCAT cells, the expression of hyaluronic acid (HA), aquaporin-3 (AQP3) and hyaluronic acid synthase-2 (HAS2) proteins was measured. As for MicropigⓇ skin, transepidermal water loss (TEWL) was used to establish the protective effect for dry skin induction by SDS in MicropigⓇ. The difference value before and after treatment of standard materials was compared. In conclusion, it suggested that the test methods and conditions could be set efficiently by using three standard substances suitable for moisturizing effect characteristics at the cellular and tissue level. Also it can be said that the criteria for evaluating the moisturizing effect of moisturizing ingredients have been well established.

알박기에 관해서는 새로운 입법을 통해 여러 가지 처방이 내려져 왔으나 아직도 그 해결책은 미비한 게 사실이다. 지난달 국회는 안홍준 의원등 24인의 발의로 본회의에 상정됐던 주택법의 일부 조항 개정을 통과시켰다. 그 내용은 주택법상 매도 청구권의 확대를 골자로 하고 있다. 알박기에 관한 그 간의 대처 방안을 포함해 개정 내용을 소개하고, 향후 알박기에 대한 제안에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

한국 주민자치의 현주소와 발전방안-영국의 로컬카운실 사례를 중심으로-

본 연구는 한국 주민자치의 현 모습을 들여다보고, 앞으로 나아가야 할 주민자치의 방향성을 고민해 보고자 하였다. 지방자치가 시작된 이래, 한국의 지방자치는 현재 대의민주주의의 한계를 보이고 있다. 반면에 최근 지방자치를 둘러싼 정책 환경은 주민의 민주적인 참여를 통한 공생산(co-production), 주민참여권보장을 통한 주민자치, 직접민주적 방식의 적극적 도입 및 활용을 강조하는 방향으로 변화하고 있다. 즉, 한국 지방자치가 기존에 가지고 있던 문제를 해결하기 위한 환경 변화의 핵심에는 바로 ‘주민’이 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 주민자치의 대표 사례로서 지역마다 다양한 형태의 주민자치조직을 운영중인 영국의 로컬카운실 사례를 살펴보고, 이를 바탕으로 더 나은 주민자치를 위한 정책방향을 제언하고자 한다. 구체적으로 첫째, 기초 정부로서 읍・면・동 자치를 강화해야 하고, 둘째, 주민자치회의 역할과 위상을 지역공동체 주축 조직으로서 강화해야 한다. 특히 영국 사례에서 고찰할 수 있는 바와 같이, 지역의 상황(지역특성, 주민의 자치역량)에 따라 지역에서 스스로 주민자치를 위한 제도적 방안 및 운영 형태 등을 설정할 수 있어야 한다. 즉, 각 지역(주민)의 자기책임성 구현을 강화해 나가야 할 것이다. This study tried to look into the current state of resident autonomy in Korea, and to consider the direction of resident autonomy to move forward. Since the beginning of local autonomy, local autonomy in Korea has now shown the limits of representative democracy. On the other hand, the recent policy environment surrounding local autonomy is changing in the direction of emphasizing co-production through the democratic participation of residents, self-government through the guarantee of resident participation rights, and the active introduction and use of direct democracy. That is, it can be seen that ‘residents’ are at the core of the environmental change to solve the problems of local autonomy in Korea. Accordingly, in this study, as a representative case of resident autonomy, the case of local councils in the UK operating various types of resident autonomous organizations in each region is examined, and based on this, policy directions for better resident autonomy are proposed. Specifically, first, the autonomy of Eup, Myeon, and Dong as the basic government should be strengthened, and second, the role and status of the Residents" Association should be strengthened as the main organization of the local community. In particular, as can be seen in the case of the UK, the region should be able to set up institutional plans and operational forms for resident autonomy on their own according to the local circumstances (regional characteristics, resident autonomy capacity). Ultimately, it is necessary to strengthen the implementation of self-responsibility in each region.

This study describes that electrical breakdown of liquid nitrogen which is infulenced with bubble has been investigated as liquid nitrogen is used coolant of high temperature(T<SUB>c</SUB>) superconductivity. In order to investigate breakdown of liquid nitrogen, we formed electrode system of parallel and vertical configuration toward gravitutional direction. In case of changing with electrode configuration of equal electrode and gap spacing in uniform and nonuniform electric field bubble behavior is changed. In result of that, breakdown voltage is changed. Therefore, this study proved that electrode configuration must be formed the smallest existing probability of bubble between two electrodes in order to increase breakdown strength of liquid nitrogen at atmosphere pressure.
