The ordered phase was tried to disappear in 6.5% Si steel to reduce the power loss and enhance the economic interests. They were prepared by the conventional casting or spray forming method, and they were investigated using the transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The variation in the methods of preparing the specimen did not result in any difference in suppressing the ordered B2 phase in the Fe-Si binary system. It was almost impossible to suppress this ordered phase keeping the silicon level as high as 6.5% even after the heat treatment at 1000℃ for 24 hr or after hot rolling. It was necessary to change the silicon level and control the cooling rate to prevent the ordering reaction, especially, in cooling after heat treatments. The silicon level of 5.8% was obtained as a maximum desirable value.

Fe-Cr-Co 합금에서 스피노달 분해정도와 기계적 특성과의 관계

The change of mechanical properties of Fe-33%Cr-12-15%Co alloys was studied as a function of the degree of spinodal decomposition. Step aging method of the solution treated specimens from 650℃ to 590℃ in 20℃ interval was employed to simulate the change of degree of spinodal decomposition, Yield strength of the spinodally decomposed specimens increased rapidly as increasing the degree of decomposition while elongation behaved the opposite. Room temperature deformation mode of the specimen step aged to 630℃ was mainly slip mode while that of the specimen step aged to 590℃ was mainly twin mode for 12% Co alloys. Electron micrograph of dislocation substructure is suggesting that this transition may be related to the Peierl's force change of α₂particles as the degree of spinodal decomposition increases. These and other behaviors such as fracture were also discussed.

Mae-wol-dang kim-Siseup is a remarkable person who have no equal in our korean literature. Mae-wol-dang is a symbol of an author who is out of center in the period of king Sejo, Chosun Dynasty. What is more he is a writer of unique novel, Keumosinhwa. But becuse of customary estimation, the real fact of Mae-wol-dang is fainted. Mae-wol-dang says discord of that period through the poetry and prose and understands critically real of those days. But most of his poetry and prose are in discord with broken social conditions. At this point, his discord and complication with social conditions is not differ from common classical scholar. Moreover, we can see the fact that he write many poetry which deals with the constance and the principle of Confucian ideas. In the existing discussion about Mae-wol-dang, there is two standpoint about his poetry. The first, excessive concentration to the individual everyday life of him. The second, avoidance of the formal discussion about the lawfulness of the royal line after Mae-wol-dang die. And, it is incorrect understand that Mae-wol-dang is the outsider. Finally, we have to revaluate the appropriateness of concept of the outsider. Because, there is a tendency to regard a part as a whole.

동물은 다른 어떤 因子보다 인간과의 상호 작용이 적극적이고 격렬한 것으로 이해될 수 있다. 동물과의 접촉은 맨 몸끼리의 부딪침으로 구체적이고 직접적이며 강렬하니 그에 대한 정감 역시 愛惡가 분명하지 않을 수 없겠다. 과연 우리는 시대의 고금이나 洋의 동서를 막론하고 동물 전체를 凡稱하든 혹은 특정한 동물로 局限하든 그에 대한 好惡를 표출하고 있는 문학 작품을 드물지 않게 확인할 수 있다. 이에 본고에서는 동물에 대한 형상화가 특히 우리 古典에서 如何한 방식으로 이루어지고 있는지를 살피며 그 의미를 考究하려 한다. 고전을 통해 확인되는 동물에 대한 모종의 ‘像’이 오늘날 본격화되고 있는 ‘動物權’에 대한 관심의 제고에 어떤 식으로든 보탬이 되기를 바라는 기대가 이 글이 출발되는 동력이기도 하다. 인간과 동물 사이의 관계지음의 양상을 좌표화할 때 양 극단에 위치할 인식틀은 趙龜命과 성호 이익의 인식틀이라 할 수 있겠다. 趙龜命의 경우 ‘人爲萬物主’라는 명제를 언표화하고 있는 바, 사람이 모든 것의 주재자가 된다는 의미에서의 인본주의적인 시각을 어떤 주저나 망설임도 없이 제출하고 있다. 이와는 대조적으로 성호 이익의 경우 佛家의 교의 중에서 慈悲는 긍정된다며 동물을 잔인하게 하지 않고 채식을 하는 것이 바람직하다고 여기고 있으니, 인종이나 종교 등의 차이를 초월하여 인류 전체의 복리를 이상으로 하는 인도주의를 동물에까지 확장하고 심화한 인식틀을 보여주고 있다. 오늘날의 동물권에 대한 관심과 접맥되어 유의미한 시사점을 제공할 여지가 풍부한 이해라고 할 수도 있겠다.

최근 朝鮮後期를 대상으로 한 漢文學 硏究에 있어, 대상 作家나 作品의 篇幅이 확장되는 경향이 두드러지고 있다. 검토되어야 할 자료의 浩汗함 때문에 ‘문제적인’ 의식을 확보하고 있는 일부 作家에게로 관심이 집중되었던 종전까지의 경향에 비추어 볼 때, 당대 지성사의 실상을 있는 그대로 복원할 수 있게 해준다는 점에서 바람직한 일이라 아니할 수 없다. 본고 역시 이러한 문제의식에 共鳴하며 楓皐 金祖淳의 詩文을 살펴 그에 투영된 思惟의 편린들을 검토하였다. 논의를 요약하면 楓皐 金祖淳의 경우, 세도정치에서 상기되는 부정적인 이미지만을 착색하는 것은 온당하지 않은 일로 판단되었다. 楓皐의 일생은 표면상 榮達의 연속이었지만 그의 내면을 규율하는 핵심항은 先代에 겹쳐 찾아든 禍亂에서 기인한 조심스러움이며, 楓皐 思惟에서 확인되는 주저나 사려 깊음도 기실 이에서 연유한다는 것이 論者의 잠정적인 결론이다. Kim Jo-soon's Thought and His Recognition of Social Phenomenon Lee, Taek-dong Kim Jo-soon was a representative politician and scholar in the 19th century of Jo-seon Korea. However, his political career has been estimated negatively and it is hard to find the study of his literature. But it is thought that a study of Kim Jo-soon's literature is needed for discovering general history of Sion-Korean literature in the 19th century. This view point affected on the development of this essay. By the survey of Kim's literary collection, it was found that he was introspective and thoughtful, which is different from results of previous studies. He also wrote many works of contemporary people from lower classes because he had sympathy on them. In addition, Kim Jo-soon shared progressive thought with contemporary literati. Based on the study of Kim Jo-soon, general characteristics of literary phenomenon in the 19th century of Jo-seon also could be examined.
