4세기 초 河西지역 張氏정권(301~332)의 출현과 그 성격

Zhang Gui 張軌 wanted to become a ‘powerful leader’ in the Hexi 河西 region which he occupied in 304 CE. He forged cooperation among the Han 漢 nobles, which proved to be the reason for his giving up his ambition to become a ‘powerful leader’ to ensure his own survival. After he submitted to the vested interests of the Han, he tried to increase his own prestige in order to seize the control over the region and its people. Thus, when Zhang Yue 張越 and the natives of Hexi rebelled, Zhang Gui sought to put an end to the uprising. Liu Hong 劉弘 recruited people and assassinated the Zhang lord, Zhang Shi 張寔. The assassination occurred at a time when Taoism was widespread, a particular characteristic of the Hexi region. Zhang Mao 張茂, Zhang Shi’s younger brother, was appointed as Liangzhou Mu ?州牧, and suppressed the rebellion. After the collapse of the Jin dynasty, many Han peoples fled to the Jiangnan 江南 region and due to the rise of the barbarian regime, the Jin dynasty was unable to influence Zhang rule in 332 CE. Zhang rule was transferred to the Former Liang 前? kingdom owing to the influence of Liangzhou ?州 officials. As a result, Zhang Gui, the governor (cishi 刺史) of Liangzhou in 304 CE, ruled Hexi and its people and so belonged to the Zhang rule. Zhang Jun, Zhang Gui’s grandson, set up a governing body, the Wang Fu 王府 in 332 CE, which was destroyed by the Former Qin 前秦 kingdom in 376 CE thus becoming part of the Former Liang 前?kingdom.

초등학교 교육 현장에서는 교실수업과 연계한 다양한 사이버가정학습을 실천하고 있으나 많은 시행착오를 겪고있다. 이는 학생들의 사이버가정학습의 필요성과 만족감을 높일 수 있는 체계적인 지원과 교사의 역할을 구체적으로 제시하지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 사이버가정학습을 활용하여 ARCS 기반 수업을 설계하고 적용함으로써 이를 통한 수업이 도서지역의 초등학생의 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보았다. 초등학교 2학년 2개 반을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 구성하고 사이버가정학습을 활용한 ARCS 기반 학습을 적용한 실험집단과 사이버가정학습을 활용한 전통적 수업을 실시한 집단간의 자기효능감의 차이에 대해 분석하였다. 연구결과 사이버가정학습을 활용한 ARCS 기반 학습은 학생들의 자기효능감에서 기존의 사이버가정학습을 활용한 전통적인 수업 방법보다 더 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

In this research we evaluate the success of the Return Migration Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan related on returnee Kazakh"s who are called Oralman. The research is focus on the Oralman"s migration and the adaptation in the society. Also, we analyze the general government Return Migration Policy and in the special Return Programs in relation to important topics: the adaptation to new place, the integration into society and the realization of programs This research contains the following results. First, Kazakhstan"s Migration Policy couldn"s ensure a secure arrival for migrated Kazakhs. Second the special programs for migration which covered from 2009~2011 couldn"t put an end to all returnee"s problems. Third, Oralmans face many problems: accommodation support, job, alimentation, etc. Fifth, they do not receive government benefits on time. Oralmans have different adaptation problems into new society, particularly in rural areas. Seventh, the bilingual system creates a lanaguage barrier for them. Eighth, cultural and religious differences have an impact in Oralmans socialization. The government needs to do more efforts in order to create successful migration policy and to give securemess for returnee Kazakhs. One of the most important factor is to correct the Migration Policy with detailed obligations of both parts, governments and returenees. In addition, local organizations and government organs must enforce the established return Migration Policy so the returnee Kazakhs will not experience unfair treatment.
