고속철도 PSC-BOX교를 대상으로 상시운행열차를 이용한 현장재하시험에 의한 공용 내하력 산정에 관한 연구

교량의 안전성평가에서 공용내하력은 기본내하력에 현장재하시험을 통한 응답보정계수를 적용한다. 도로교의 상시 주행 차량은 미지 변수가 너무 많아 「정밀안전진단 세부지침서」에 제시된 표준재하시험에 의해 복잡한 절차를 걸쳐서 응답보정계수를 산정하고 있다. 반면 고속철도 교량의 상시 운행열차는 무게, 주행 위치 및 속도 등 많은 변수가 알 수 있는 변수이므로 상시운행열차에 의한 상부구조의 거동 계측을 이용하여 응답보정계수를 산출하는 방법을 제시하였으며 현장적용을 통한 공용내하력을 산정하여 표준재하시험에 의한 공용내하력과 비교한 결과 ±6% 이내의 상대오차를 갖는 신뢰성 있는 공용내하력을 산정할 수 있었다. Load carrying capacity of an existing bridge needs to be properly assessed for the safe operation and efficient maintenance. For the evaluation of load carrying capacity considering the current state of a bridge, field load test with test train have been conventionally utilized, where the deflection of structural members loaded by the controlled loading are measured and analyzed. However, full or partial control on high-speed railway train may cause not only inconvenience to the traffic but also increase of the logistics cost and time. So, an alternative method is proposed using ambient acceleration data excited by regular schedule train on a bridge. For validation, the proposed method was applied to evaluate the load carrying capacity for precision safety diagnosis bridge. The results show that the proposed method gives a reasonable load carrying capacities without traffic control and with easy installation of sensors.

When a PSC box-girder bridge is constructed, aggregate segregation is likely to happen especially in the lower flange and web concrete. In order to evaluate the effect of aggregate segregation on the safety of PSC box girder bridge, an experimental as well as analytical study was undertaken for the case of two-span continuous PSC box-girder bridge damaged by aggregate segregation. The behavioral changes of the bridge such as transverse deflection, deflection restoring in cases of loading/unloading and the variation of neutral axis were measured/analyzed and the live load carrying capacity factor of the bridge was also calculated. It seems that the effect of aggregate segregation on the safety and behavioral change of a PSC box-girder bridge is negligible.

교량의 건설계획단계에서 LCC을 고려한 의사결정이나 공용중인 교량의 체계적인 유지관리 전략을 수립하기 위해서도 최소한의 점검결과만으로 노후화를 예측할 수 있는 LCP가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 연구결과를 토대로 무리함수 $y=\sqrt{y^2_0-at}$로 표현되는 LCP를 제안하여 국내외연구결과에서 적용한 D/B에 적용한 결과 상관계수가 0.99이상으로 노후화 경향을 표현할 수 있었으며, 전국에 분포되어 있는 슬래브교량을 대상으로 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단의 BMS를 Fuzzy Logic을 이용하여 정량적 평가하여 회귀분석을 실시한 결과 0.81의 상관계수를 갖는 노후화 예측모델을 도출할 수 있었다. LCP(Life Cycle Profiles) of bridge structures are indispensable for the LCC(Life Cycle Cost) evaluations of bridge system. The bridge under considerations may be newly-designed one or one in service. Thus, a systematic study of LCP is essential for both reliable LCC evaluation and strategic bridge management. LCP is mainly influenced by the structural environment in nature. However, in Korea, LCC evaluation has been performed with the LCP of foreign research results or only with the pieces of professional engineers' opinion. Therefore, to alleviate the drawbacks of foreign LCP and to enhance the reliability of current LCP, LCP should be established using the available data in bridge management system(BMS). In this study, LCP along with a subset of the BMS data was investigated and several mathematical expressions were proposed and evaluated. The condition ratings of a bridge were trasformed into the numerical indices through fuzzy logics with real field data. From the numerical results, it is concluded that the mathematical LCP model of $y=\sqrt{y^2_0-at}$ is shown to be the fittest one (R=0.815) to express the condition rating varied with the age. This has been drawn from the case study of slab bridges under the similar conditions.

In this paper, we concern for development of precise measuement system for civil structure by using<br/> one chip microprocessor based on communication system. The datalogger is developed by using<br/> 80C196KC microprocessor. It has RF communication modul and data acquisition function for several<br/> kinds of sensors such as load cell, tilt-meter, strain gauge, tension meter, themocouple and so on. The<br/> data is acquisited by datalogger is sent to a main server which is located at central monitoring office.<br/> The server has a function suppervising several data points located at civil structures, it analyzes the<br/> data and shows the data graphically. The effectiveness of the developed system is proven through<br/> experimental results by an application for the bridge of Nakdong river edge in Busan, Korea.
