        가토 척출 자궁근의 운동성에 관한 연구 V. Acetylcholine, PGF<sub>2</sub><sub>α</sub> 및 Oxytocin의 자궁 수축기전에 관한 연구

        The effect of acetylcholine, oxytocin and prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}$ ($PGF_{2{\alpha}}$) on cyclic nucleotide levels in estrogen-primed rabbit whole uterus were studied in the presence and absence of 1-methyl-3-isobutyl xanthine (MIX), a phosphodiestrase inhibitor, and indomethacin, a prostagandin inhibitor. In the absence of MIX, acetylcholine increased guanosine 3', 5'-cyclic monophosphate (cGMP), but had no effect on adenosine 3', 5'-cyclic monophosphate (cAMP) levels. In contrast, oxytocin had no influence on cGMP, but decreased cAMP levels. $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ increased cGMP and decreased cAMP levels. MIX increased both cAMP and cGMP levels. Oxytocin and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ further increased cGMP levels, indicating activation of guanylate cyclase activity. The ratio of cAMP/cGMP was decreased by uterine stinulants both in presence and absence of MIX. Indomethacin elevated cAMP and cGMP revels. The effects of uterine stimulants in the presence of indomethacin on cyclic nucleotide levels were varied from tissue to tisse. In general, oxytocin decreased cGMP and $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ increased cAMP/cGMP levels, but the effects were statisically nonsignicficant. The cAMP/cGMP ratio was increased by uterine stimulant in the presence of indomethacin. In conclusion, uterine stimulants eased cAMP/cGMP ratio which indicates that the uterine stimulants have opposing effects on adenylate cyclase and guanylate cyclase activities. The endometrium plays a role in the regulation of cyclic nucleotide levels and uterine contraction by means of PG synthesis. Indomethacin has an unknown activities besides both of PG synthetase and phosphodiesterase inhibitions.

        蔚山 鶴城의 再考察

        Even though development have been achieved in the researches on the history of (Ul-San)Hak-Seong by birthplace-historian since 1970's, only a few researchers have focused on original place of Hak-Seong. As a result, Ul-San Wae-Seong have been become mistakenly known to Hak-Seong by a part birthplace-historian. The Hak-Seng and Wae-Seong are two different things. But, at present, Hak-Seong have sank into obscurity because of the opinion that Wae-Seong is equal to Hak-Seong. These all result are caused by carelessness of study on old literatures of Hak-Seong. Accordingly, this paper deal with Hak-Seong which had been described in old literatures of Go-Ryeo and Jo-Seon dynasty. And, This study will clear up place-relation of two fortress through the investigation of old map. Ultimately, It will find out rough bounds of fortress through the search earth-surface of the supposed mountain of Hak-Seong.

        對山樓의 造營 過程과 建築 特性에 關한 硏究

        Till now, the analysis of characteristics on the Korean traditional architecture has been focused on prominent adaptation to a slope site. But a few of Korean traditional architecture is located plane sites and composed of two stories(multi-story). They provide the group of contemporary Korean architects with prominent concept. It is very important for the architectural historians to analyze it because of the meaning of the concept itself. The key building of them is Dae-San-Ru in Sang-ju.Dae-San-Ru is being considered as a special architecture-style by architectural historians and the group of contemporary Korean architect. Architectural characteristics, however, could not be analyzed because its building process has not revealed. Therefor, this paper is focused on the building process and architectural characteristics of Dea-San-Ru by ancient literatures which describes it and its present condition.

        몇가지 자율신경성약물(自律神經性藥物)이 Reserpine 처리(處理) 병아리의 척출공장(剔出空腸) 내재성신경(內在性神經)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Pharmacological investigation was performed in chickens which were pretreated with reserpine. Transmural stimulations were given to the isolated jejunum of chickens and studied the responses and the effects of dibenamine, propranolol, atropine and tetrodotoxin on them. The results obtained were summerized as follows: 1. Three different patterns of response were obtained from the isolated jejunum of non-treated chickens after giving them transmural stimulation. The first pattern was contraction followed by relaxation, the second pattern was contraction only and the third pattern was relaxation only. 2. The transmural stimulation of the jejunum preparations evoked relaxation while the periarterial stimulation evoked contraction in the reserpinized chick. 3. The relaxation response to the transmural stimulation was not affected by the pretreatment with dibenamine, propranolol and atropine. 4. The relaxation response to the transmural stimulation was abolished by tetrodotoxin. The results obtained in these studies indicate that the relaxation response to the transmural stimulation is due to non-adrenergic inhibitory fibers.

        병아리 공장(空腸)의 교감신경지배(交感神經支配)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        It has been generally understood that the intestinal tracts are under the control of the autonomic nerves; the parasympathetics are excitatory and the sympathetics inhibitory. However, it is recently reported that the actions of these autonomic nerves in the newborn animals are shown to be different from those in the adult animals in some species. In order to elucidate the role of sympathetic innervation to the intestinal tracts, the effects of periarterial nerve stimulation were studied in the periarterial sympathetics-jejunum preparations of the chick and the effects of some autonomic drugs on the isolated muscle strips were also studied. The results obtained were as follows: 1. The periarterial stimulation in the periarterial sympathetics-jejunum preparation elicited the responses of three patterns; 1) contrcation followed by relaxation 2) contraction only 3) relaxation only. The excitatory response was most effective in the stimulus frequencies of 40 cps, whereas the inhibitory response was maximal in the stimulus frequencies of 30 cycle per second. 2. The excitatory response to the periarterial stimulation was not affected by the pretreatment with phenoxybenzamine, dibenamine, propranolol and atropine, whereas the inhibitory response was completely blocked by the pretreatment with phenoxybenzamine and propranolol. 3. In the periarterial syrnpathetics-jejunum preparation treated with reserpine, the periarterial stimulation evoked only contraction, and the contraction was not affected by the pretreatment with phenoxybenzamine, propranolol and atropine. 4. The administration of norepinephrine evoked a relaxation in the isolated jejunum muscle strips and the effect was completely blocked by the pretreatment with phenoxybenzamine. 5. The administration of isoproterenol produced a relaxation in the isolated jejunum muscle strips and the effect was not affected by pretreatment with phenoxybenzamine, whereas the effect was completely blocked by the pretratment with propranolol. 6) The administration of acetylcholine produced a marked contraction in the isolated jejunum muscle strips and the effect was completely abolished by the pretreatment of atropine. These experimental evidences indicate that the inhibitory response to the periarterial stimulation is due to adrenergic fibers and the excitatory response is due to neither adrenergic nor cholinergic component.

        Aconitine이 가토(家兎)의 장관지배신경(腸管支配神經)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        In order to investigate the effect of aconitine upon the parasympathetic innervation, the isolated rabbit duodenal preparation pretreated with atropine and tetrodotoxin were observed. The results obtained in this work were summerized as follows: 1. The excitatory response was evoked by the administration of aconitine ($100{\mu}g/ml$). 2. The contraction was blocked by the pretreatment with atropine ($10{\mu}g/ml$). 3. The contraction was completely blocked by the pretreatment with tetrodotoxin($10{\mu}g/ml$). These experimental evidences indicate that the excitatory response by aconitine is due to the parasympathetic nerves.

      • 언양읍성의 남문 복원에 관한 연구

        읍성은 조선시대 500여 년간 각 지역의 정치․경제․사회․문화의 중심지 역할을 수행하였으나, 일제강점기와 근대화 과정을 거치면서 대다수가 해체․철거되었다. 이미 많은 읍성이 사라졌지만, 고려 공양왕 2년(1390)에 토성으로 처음 축조되어 조선시대 연산군 6년(1500)에 석성으로 개축되었던 언양읍성은 일제강점기에 남천(현재의 태화강)의 제방 축조를 위하여 동남쪽 일부 성벽이 훼철된 것을 제외하고는 현재까지 비교적 양호한 보존상태를 유지해 오고 있다. 특히 언양읍성의 남문지는 2002년 도로정비사업의 일환으로 발굴조사가 수행되었고, 근현대기의 건물 아래에 비교적 온전한 상태로 잔존하고 있던 남문지의 전체적인 구조가 확인되었기 때문에 원형 복원의 가능성이 그 어느 부분보다도 높다고 할 수 있다. 또한 복원이 이루어진다면, 상징성이나 파급효과, 역사․교육적 활용도 및 도시경관 개선, 관광자원으로서의 가치재고 측면에서 큰 기여를 할 것으로 판단되고 있다. 하지만, 지금까지 남문에 대한 건축적인 측면에서의 고증작업이나 복원적 연구는 미흡한 실정이었다. 본 연구는 언양읍성의 정문이었던 남문(영화루)에 대한 복원적 연구를 진행하여 지금까지 연구가 미진하였던 언양읍성의 문루건축의 건축적 특성을 규명함으로써 복원에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 조선시대 조영되었던 언양읍성 남문 일곽은 전면에 반원형의 옹성을 두른 개거식의 성문이었으며, 그 문루인 영화루는 중층(2층) 5량가구에 초익공을 둔 건물이었을 것으로 추정된다. Eunyang(彦陽) is a city with a long history. Through out the beginning of Korea-dynasty to ending of Chosun-dynasty, Eunyang Eupsung had always been the centre of administration and military. Eunyang Eupsung can be regarded as bowl with all history of Eunyang, while following the administration of Japan, it has been damaged. Eunyang Eupsung, which has grown as the centre of administration since Korea-dynasty, had been repaired several times in Chosun-dynasty. Eunyang Eupsung is the retrenchment plate of the past history in Eunyang. The south gate, which was also the main entrance of Eupsung, can be regarded as the face of the old Eunyang. Starting from these points, the study about the restoration of south gate can not only present the majestic appearance of Eunyang with old history, but also can offer the history traditional consciousness as well as inducible pride to citizens, which is considered to have great meaning. In the present paper, we tried to access and treat the south gate which was also the main entrance of Eunyang Eupsung from the architectural side. And holding the architecture style of south gate concretely will offer the basic materials for the future restoration.
