Glial fibrillary acidic proteins (GFAP) are a group of intermediate filaments that are distributed in the cytoplasm of glial cells. GFAP immunoreactivity (GFAP-IR) increase after central and peripheral nerve injuries. The purpose of this study was to determine change of GFAP-IR in rat trigeminal ganglion satellite cells following the axotomy of inferior alveolar nerve(IAN). The immunohistochemistry was carried out using the avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex(ABC) method. 1. Control group : Astrocytes in central root of trigeminal ganglion had strong GFAP-IR, but satellite cells of trigeminal ganglion occasionally had GFAP-IR. The patterns of reactivity in satellite cells of trigeminal ganglion were not concenturated in any specific region of trigeminal ganglion. 2. Three day group after IAN axotomy : There were highly GFAP-IR in satellite cells of trigeminal ganglion in mandibular region. GFAP-IR in maxillary and ophthalmic regions were less intense compared to mandibular region. 3. Seven day group after IAN axotomy : GFAP-IR that were increased compared to control group were seen in the mandibular region. But GFAP-IR were less intense compared to three day group. These results suggest that GFAP-IR increase in specific region of trigeminal ganglion following peripheral axotomy. therefore we suppose that GFAP study offer research tool in trigeminal neuralgia.

포항종합제철(浦項綜合製鐵) 전용항(專用港) 확장계획(擴張計劃)를 위한 원료(原料) 운반선(運搬船)의 크기 및 속도(速度)에 관(關)한 소고(小考)

본고(本考)는 포항종합제철(浦項綜合製鐵) 전용항(專用港)의 확장계획(擴張計劃)에 따라서 원료(原料) 운반선(運搬船)의 적정(適正) 크기 및 속도(速度)를 결정(決定)하기 위한 타당성(妥當性) 조사(調査) 연구(硏究)의 예비작업(豫備作業)이다. 먼저 그 기준(基準)으로 소요운임율(所要運賃率)을 택(擇)하여 선박(船舶)의 크기, 속도(速度) 및 상대방(相對方) 원료적출항(原料積出港)에 따라서 수송비(輸送費)를 계산(計算)한 후에 그 결론(決論)으로 선박(船舶)의 대형화(大型化)의 필요성(必要性)을 보였으며, 이 계산결과(計算結果)를 토대(土臺)로 선박(船舶)의 대형화(大型化) 및 효과(效果)를 시설확장(施設擴張)에 투자(投資)되는 자금(資金)을 연차적(年次的)으로 비교(比較)하여 현재(現在) 추진중(推進中)에 있는 포항종합제철(浦項綜合製鐵) 전용항(專用港) 확장계획(擴張計劃)를 검토(檢討)함으로써 선박(船舶)의 적정(適正)크기가 DWT 약(約) 10만(萬) ton임을 보여준다. 또한 제2종합제철(第2綜合製鐵)과의 관계(關係)도 고려(考慮)하여 원료비축기지(原料備蓄基地)와 같은 새로운 시스템에 대한 종합적(綜合的)이고 세밀(細密)한 검토(檢討)의 필요성(必要性)을 보인다.
Fuzzy-AHP를 활용한 미래유망 의료기기 우선순위 도출

전 세계적으로 고령화 문제가 대두됨에 따라 최근 의료기기 산업이 미래 유망 산업으로 주목받고 있다. 하지만 의료기기 산업의 높은 성장이 예견됨에도 불구하고 국내외 협소한 내수시장과 영세한 기업구조로 인해 국내 기업들의 자체적인 노력만으로는 성장에 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 의료기기 산업의 효과적인 육성을 위해 다음과 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 첫째, 한국보건산업진흥원의 의료기기 분류체계를 참고하여 의료기기를 중분류, 세분류, 세세분류로 구분했으며, 의료기기 관련 전문가 30명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 둘째, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 AHP 분석과 이를 보완한 Fuzzy-AHP 분석을 수행하였으며, AHP와 Fuzzy-AHP의 분석결과 도출된 Global 가중치를 X축과 Y축으로 하는 포지셔닝 맵을 활용하여 분류별 미래 유망 의료기기 우선순위를 도출하였다. 셋째, 보건산업 통계의 의료기기 생산액과 우선순위를 비교분석하여 핵심 미래 유망 의료기기를 선별하였다. 연구 결과 '치과 재료'의 세분류인 '치과용 임플란트'가 핵심 미래 유망 의료기기로 선정되었으며, 해당 의료기기의 지원 전략을 제시하였다. 의료기기 산업이 미래 유망 산업으로 주목받고 있는 현 시점에서 본 연구를 통해 도출된 핵심 미래 유망 의료기기 및 전략 도출 방법이 국내 의료기기 R&D 개발 및 지원 정책에 활용될 것으로 기대된다. According to the aging, the medical device industry is focused as a future promising industry. However, Korea medical device industry is not enough market competitiveness due to a narrow domestic market and a small company structure. This study aims at evaluating medical device priorities following 3 steps. First, we classify the medical device into three hierarchy categories and AHP survey was conducted on 30 experts in order to extract medical device priorities. Second, priority scores of medical device are analysed using AHP and Fuzzy-AHP. Third, a most important medical device is selected by comparing the volume of medical device manufacture and priority scores. As a result, 'dental implant' is the most import medical device, and we suggest a strategy based on a positioning map. The proposed methodology will provide a inspiration for establish of R&D and support policy in the medical device industry.

The up and down speed of heddle frames that produce woven cloth by insertion of weft yarns between warp yarns has been increased recently much for productivity improvement, which induces higher inertial stresses and vibrations in the heddle frame. the heddle frame is required to reduce its mass because the heddle frame contributes the major portion of the stresses in the heddle frames during accelerating and decelerating. Conventional aluminum heddle frames have fatigue life of around 5 months at 550rpm due to their low fatigue flexural strength as well as low bending stiffness. In this work, since carbon/epoxy composite materials have high specific fatigue strength(S/p), high specific modulus(E/p), high damping capacity and sandwich construction results in lower deflections and higher buckling resistance, the sandwich structure composed of carbon/epoxy composite skins and polyurethane foam were employed for the high-speed heddle frame. The design map for the sandwich beams was accomplished to determine the optimum thickness and the stacking sequences for the heddle frames. Also the effects of the number of ribs on the stress of the heddle frame were investigated by FEM analyses. Finally, the high-speed heddle frames were manufactured with sandwich structures and the static and dynamic properties of the aluminum and the composite heddle frames were tested and compared with each other.
여중생의 특기적성 교육활동 참여와 여가만족 및 몰입경험의 관계

The purpose of this study was to probe the relationship between the participation in educational activities for the improvement of talent-aptitude and the leasure satisfaction, and flow experience of middle school girls. A total of 841 middle school girls were surveyed by using the modified. LSS(Leisure Satisfaction Scale) to assess their perceived leasure satisfaction and flow experience. Among the subjects 77 students were the participation group, 400 students were non-participation group in sports activities as educational activities and 364 students were the non-participation group in any educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement. To test the hypotheses t-test and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) were performed. The SPSS program package was used to perform all statistical analyses. The findings of this study were as follows : 1. The participation group perceived as more satisfied with psychological and educational satisfaction than the non-participation group in educational activities for the improvement of talent-aptitude. On the contrary, the non-participation group perceived as more satisfied with relaxation, physiological and environmental satisfaction than the participation group in educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement. In leasure satisfaction including six sub-factors there was no difference between the participation group arid the non-participation group in educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement. 2. The participation group in sports activities as educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement perceived as highest satisfaction among the three groups(sports activity, non-sports activity, non-participation in any activities as an educational activity for the talent-aptitude improvement) in the five sub-factors(psychological, educational, social, relaxation and physiological) of leasure satisfaction except environmental satisfaction. The participation group in non-sports activities perceived as more satisfied with three sub-factors (psychological, educational and social) than the non-participation group in any educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement. In total leasure satisfaction including 6 sub-factors there were significant differences among the three groups (participation and non-participation groups in sports activities and the non-participation group in any educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement). 3. In the flow experience non-participation group perceived more highly than the participation group in educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement. 4. In the flow experience the participation group in sports activities and the non-participation group in any educational activities perceived more highly than the non-participation group in any sports activities as educational activities for the talent-aptitude improvement.
