In this study, we investigated the bioactive characteristics of persimmon (Diospyros kaki Thunb) leaf extracts possibly to utilize as cosmeceutical ingredients. The bioactive characteristics of cosmeceutical ingredients in persimmon leaves including anti-oxidation activity, whitening effect and anti-wrinkle effect were examined. The extraction yields by using hot water and ethanol were 18.71% and 12.87%, respectively. For anti-oxidation experiments, the electron donating activities of both hot water- and ethanol-extracts were very high showing over 62.4% and 71.5% at 50 ppm, respectively, and increased in a concentration-dependant manner. In the measurement of SOD-like activity, ethanol- and hot waterextracts showed 63.7% and 58.5% at 1,000 ppm, respectively. In the inhibitory activity of xanthine oxidase, the ethanol extract was significantly higher (85.2%) than hot water extract (68.7%) at 1,000 ppm. In inhibitory activity of tyrosinase, no inhibitory activity was detected at the concentration of 10 ppm, however it showed an inhibitory activity of 68.7% at the concentration of 50 ppm. Both collagenase and elastase inhibitory activities were higher in the ethanol extract compared to that of hot water extract. At the concentration of 50 ppm, the collagenase inhibitory activity of ethanol extract was over 60%. Taken together, these data suggest that the persimmon leaf extract is effective in whitening and anti-wrinkling, thus it might strongly be considered as potential functional cosmetic components.

The Chunma requires a simple pre-treatment, due to the inconveniences of preservation, toxicities, and pungencies in intact state. Various steaming conditions were examined to establish the anti-oxidative characteristics of Chunnma using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM). Total phenolics and electron-donating ability were optimal at 94.43 and 101.67˚C for 42.38 and 41.09 min, respectively. Anti-oxidative (AI) and nitrite-scavenging ability were optimal at 100˚C for 40 min. Optimal steaming conditions were determined as 96~107˚C for 28~46 min, almost identical to the predicted conditions of 100˚C, 40min determined using the superimposed contour map. Anti-oxidative activities (AI) under the optimal conditions were 95.9%~115.6% of those determined under predicted conditions, an indication of the high reliability of the calculated values.

저장성이 낮은 딸기의 효율적인 이용 및 고부가가치 가공제품 개발을 위해 딸기식초 발효의 1단계인 딸기과즙의 알콜 발효조건을 모니터링하였다. 딸기를 이용한 알콜발효에서 알콜함량이 가장 높게 나타나는 조건은 초기당도가 16.32°Brix, 발효시간이 53.03 hr 및 발효온도가 28.83℃일 때 가장 높은 9.22%를 나타내었으며, 산도가 가장 낮게 나타난 조건은 초기당도가 13.18°Brix, 발효시간이 50.99 hr 및 발효온도가 24.69℃일 때 가장 낮은 0.49%를 나타내었으며, 잔당함량이 가장 낮게 나타난 조건은 초기당도가 15.00°Brix, 발효시간이 52.00 hr 및 발효온도가 26.00℃일 때 가장 높은 3.97°Brix를 나타내었다. 알콜 발효조건에 따른 품질검사 결과 딸기식초 발효용 딸기 wine 제조를 위한 최적 알콜 발효조건은 초기당도가 14°Brix, 발효온도가 28℃ 및 발효시간이 50 hr일 때였다. Strawberries were fermented for their effective value added product . In alcohol fermentation of strawberries, alcohol content was maximum value (9.22%) under the condition of 16.32°Brix of initial sugar concentration, 53.03 hr of fermentation time and 28.83℃ of fermentation temperature. Acetic acid content revealed minimum value (0.49%) under the condition of 13.18°Brix of initial sugar concentration, 50.99 hr of fermentation time and 24.96℃ of fermentation temperature. Residual sugar content revealed minimum value (3.97°Brix) under the condition of 15.00°Brix, 52.00 hr and 26.00℃. The optimum conditions for each alcohol fermentation were 14°Brix, 50 hr and 28℃.

본 연구는 2002년부터 2013년까지 경영학과 행정학의 CRM 연구들을 대상으로 연구경향과 분야별 특징을 탐색하고 앞으로의 연구방향을 모색한 연구이다. 텍스트 네트워크 분석결과, 전체 네트워크는 ‘CRM’이라는 메인 주제어를 중심으로 크고 작은 주제어들 간의 다양한 관계를 형성하고 있었다. 특히 경영학에서는 ‘CRM’과 더불어 ‘고객만족도’, ‘CRM성과’ 등 성과중심의 주제가 빈번하게 나타났고, 행정학에서는 ‘PCRM’, 시민참여 , ‘거버넌스’ 등 경영학과 차별할 수 있는 주제들이 자주 나타났다. 또한 시간순으로 보면, 초기에는 시스템과 기술적 차원의 연구가 주를 이루었으나 최근에는 CRM성과와 세부 성과요인에 대한 연구가 많은 것으로 파악되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 더욱 급변해질 것으로 예상되는 미래의 조직환경에 대응하기 위해 경영학과 행정학 분야 모두에서 CRM의 활용요구가 높아질 것으로 예상하였다. This study is to explore and compare the tendencies and characteristics of CRM studies in the fields of business and public administration from 2002 to 2013, and to introduce a direction of the research in the future. The text network analysis result shows various relationships among the key words surrounding the main subject word, “CRM.” While ‘CRM’, ‘customer satisfaction’, and ‘CRM outcome’ were the most frequent key words in the field of business administration, the key words such as ‘PCRM’, ‘citizen participation’, and ‘governance’ were often found in the field of public administration. Chronologically we found that most of the recent scholars study the CRM performance and its influencing factors, while the mainstream of CRM research focused on the system and technical issues in the early days. Based on these results, it predicted that considering organizational environment will be more rapidly changing, the use of CRM would be more asked in both business administration field and public administration.

The effects of Cervus elaphus aquapuncuture and Ginseng Radix aquapuncuture on the growth, protein efficiency ratio, contents of total protein, total cholesterol, and triglyceride in serum were studied for thirty four days. The results were summarized as follows. 1. Weight significantly increased in $0.3\%$ Cervus elaphus aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci and in $0.2\%$ Ginseng Radix aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci compared to normal saline aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci. 2. Protein efficiency ratio significantly increased in $0.2\%$ and $0.3\%$ of Cervus elaphus aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci and $0.1\%$, $0.2\%$ and $0.3\%$ of Ginseng Radix aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci compared to nonnal saline aquapuncture on Chunchu loci. 3. Total protein significantly increased in $0.2\%$ and $0.3\%$ of Cervus elaphus aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci compared to nonnal saline aqriapuncture On Chunchu loci. whereas it had a tendency to increase in $0.2\%$ Ginseng Radix aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci compared to normal saline aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci. 4. Total cholesterol increased a little in $0.3\%$ Cervus elaphus aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci compared to normal saline aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci. 5. Triglyceride significantly increased in $0.2\%$ Ginseng Radix aqua puncture group on Chunchu loci compared to normal saline aquapuncture group on Chunchu loci. Significance was acknowledged in the effect by density difference of medicines. In the Cervus elaphus group, there was the most significant increase in density of $0.3\%$ aquapuncture, whereas in Ginseng Radix group, there was the most significant increase in density of $0.2\%$ aquapuncture. So setting up density of medicines is important and many various studies for clinical application are required.
