90년대 말 한국영화의 환상성 경향 연구 - 김기덕의 <나쁜 남자>를 중심으로

90년대에 만들어진 환상적 한국영화 계열의 장르는 다양하다. 이들 작품의 환상성은 굳이 '귀신' 소재 영화들만 한정되어 발현되지 않는다. 예를 들어, 작가 이상(Lee sang)의 미스테리를 바탕으로 완성된 영화 <건축무한 육면각체의 비밀>이 구조주의적 환상의 이야기를 지녔다고 한다면, <텔미썸딩> 같은 작품은 심리주의적으로 관습적인 환상을 지니고 있다고 이야기할 수 있다. 본고는 당대 한국영화의 환상성을 '사실주의에 기반한 알레고리의 완성'을 통해 들여다본다. 그를 위해서 에티엔 수리오(Etienne Souriau)의 환상성 개념을 빌린다. 일부 영화에서 환상성은 현상하는 자연에서 직접 발견될 수 있으며, 이때 자연을 객관화시키는 주체로 자신들의 위치를 격상시키고, 자연에 대한 지배를 정당화한 인간 존재는 그 대가로 '소외'를 맞이하게 된다. 영화의 내러티브에서 이러한 소외의 개념은 알레고리를 통해 자주 드러나는데, 특히 에티엔 수리오가 이른 '개인의 경험'에 따른 환상성의 발현에서 이 점은 더욱 극명해진다. 그런 면에서 김기덕의 영화는 개인의 경험을 통해 사회의 요소들을 알레고리화 하는 대표적 예라 할 수 있다. 김기덕의 <나쁜 남자>를 중심으로, 본고는 90년대 한국의 환상적인 영화들이 사회의 모방을 통해 심미적인 환상성을 구축하는 과정을 분석한다. The genres of fantastic of Korean films created in the 90s are diverse. The fantastics of these works are not manifested only in 'Ghosts' movies. For example, If the film Mystery Of The Cube, which is based on the mystery of Lee Sang, has a story of structuralist fantasy, we can say that a movie like Tell Me Something has a psychologically conventional fantastic. This study examines the fantastic of contemporary Korean films through 'completion of allegory based on realism'. For this, we borrows the fantastic concept of Etienne Souriau. In some films, fantastics can be found directly in the developing nature. In this case, the human being who justifies their domination of nature by upgrading their position as the objectifying subject of nature becomes 'alienated' in return. The notion of this alienation in film narratives is often revealed through allegories, particularly in the manifestation of fantasy by Étienne Souriau in the early 'personal experience'. Kim kiduk's film is a representative example of allegorizing elements of society through individual experience. Focusing on Kim Giduk's Bad Guy, this essay analyzes the process in which fantastic films of Korea in the 90s build up aesthetic fantastic through imitation of society.

수종 Flavonoid의 항허피스바이러스효과

To search for less toxic antiherpetic agents, the inhibitory effects of twelve kinds of flavonoids including chrysin, quercetin, quercitrin, rutin, fisetin, gossypin, kaempferol, morin, naringenin, naringin, hesperetin and hesperidin on the plaque formation of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) and type 2 (HSV-2) in Vero cells were examined by plaque reduction assay in vitro. Some flavonoids tested in this study showed potent antiherpetic activity, reducing intracellular replication of herpes simplex viruses when Vero cell monolayers were infected and subsequently cultured in medium containing flavonoids. Naringenin showed the most potent antiviral activity against HSV-1 with selectivity index (SI) of 19.1 and hesperetin showed the most potent antiviral activity against HSV-2 with SI of 9.8. These results suggest that some flavonoids may be a potential therapeutic agent for the treatment and prevention of herpes simplex virus infections.

본 고에서는 SaaS를 서비스로 제공하기 위한 기술인 SaaS(Software as a Service) 플랫폼 기술과 개발 동향을 소개한다. 이를 위해 국내외 SaaS 개발 시장의 동향을 살펴보고 국가 플랫폼 개발의 일환으로 2009년부터 ETRI에서 연구개발 중인 SaaS 플랫폼의 개발 및 기술 현황에 대해 살펴본다.

게이미피케이션 기반의 퀴즈 활동이 정형화 배열 회상에 미치는 영향

This study aims to investigate the effect of an educational gamification-based quiz on the recall of formulaic sequences (FS). The experiment involved 87 freshmen enrolled in general English classes at a university in Seoul. As material, EFL textbooks based on content from popular franchises, such as the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Twilight, and Harry Potter, were used. The experiment was carried out as follows: first, vocabulary learning, second, reading comprehension, and third, writing. The fourth activity proceeded differently in two groups. The experimental group used gamification-based quiz to practice FS, whereas the comparison group summarized the reading. FS was evaluated using meaning recall and form recall. Consequently, no difference was found between the groups on meaning recall tests of FS, but the experimental group had a significantly higher average score than the comparison group on the post-test on the form recall of FS.

시화호 조력발전소 가동으로 인한 퇴적물 내 중금속 오염 특성 변화

본 연구에서는 조력발전소 가동 이후 퇴적물 내 공간적 중금속 오염변화 특성을 알아보기 위하여, 2015년 표층퇴적물, 퇴적물 코어, 입자성 침강물질 내 중금속 농도를 분석하고 가동 이전인 2009년과의 비교를 실시하였다. 2015년에 채취한 표층퇴적물 내 중금속의 평균 농도는 조력발전소 가동 이전인 2009년에 비해 8% (Cd)~31% (Zn, Hg) 감소하였다. 본 연구에서 분석된 8개 원소를 모두 포함한 오염부하지수(PLI)를 계산한 결과, 2015년 자료가 2009년에 비해 중금속 오염도가 18% 감소하였다. 하지만 2015년에도 산업단지에 인접한 상류지역에서는 여전히 Cu, Zn, Pb가 주의기준(TEL)을 초과하였다. 조력발전소 가동 이전에 비해 2015년 중금속에 오염된 퇴적 깊이는 S6 정점에서는 15 cm, S7 정점에서는 12 cm 증가하였으나 중금속의 평균농도는 감소하였다. 입자물질의 총 침강속의 평균은 2009년에 32.5 g/㎡/d에서 2015년 103.5 g/㎡/d로 입자의 침강량이 3.2배 높아졌다. 수층의 입자물질 증가는 조력발전소 가동에 따라 저층 퇴적물이 재부유된 것으로 판단된다. 코어 시료에서 오염 퇴적 깊이와 입자물질의 침강속 증가는 조력발전소 가동으로 인해 발생한 해류의 영향으로 저층 퇴적물이 재부유되어 다른 지역으로 이동/퇴적된 사실을 나타내고 있다. 표층퇴적물과 마찬가지로 상류지역 코어에서는 여전히 Cr, Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd이 주의기준을 초과하고 있었으며, 중금속 오염 퇴적물이 40 cm 이상 축적되어 있어 여전히 산업단지를 통한 중금속 오염이 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 조력발전소 가동에 의한 해수 유통량의 증가로 시화호 중금속 오염은 다소 감소하였으나, 산업활동을 통한 중금속의 오염은 여전히 존재하고 있으며 퇴적물 재이동을 통해 오염된 퇴적물이 시화호 외측으로 방류되어 환경 혹은 생태계에 악영향을 미칠 가능성이 있다. 따라서 금속 안정동위원소를 활용한 오염원 추적과 같은 과학적 조사와 오염원을 줄이기 위한 정책적인 결단이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the heavy metal analysis in sediments (surface sediments, sediments cores and settling particles) from Shihwa Lake has been carried out to evaluate the changes of metal pollution levels in sediments after the operation of Tidal Power Plant (TPP). The average concentrations of metals in surface sediments sampled in 2015 were 8% (Cd)~31% (Zn, Hg) lower than in 2009 before TPP operation. Results of calculating the pollution load index (PLI) with 8 metals, the PLI value in 2015 showed a 18% decrease compared to 2009. However, Cu, Zn, Pb concentrations of surface sediments in 2015 at the upper region around industrial complex still exceeded the TEL (threshold effect level) values for sediment quality guideline in Korea. After the operation of TPP, the metal contaminated depths were increasing from 15 cm to 30 cm at S6 site and from 8 cm to 20 cm at S7 site, respectively. Our data showed that the mean concentration of heavy metals in core samples decreased but the contaminated depth increased. The average of the total sedimentation flux for particulate matter increased by 3.2 times from 32.5 g/㎡/d in 2009 to 103.5 g/㎡/d in 2015. This showed that the bottom sediments were resuspended by the operation of TPP, resulting in an increase of particulate matter in the water column. These results suggest that the sediments contaminated with heavy metals seem to be resuspended and relocated due to the water current caused by the operation of TPP. Cr, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd were highly exceeding the TEL values in the upstream region and accumulated more than 40 cm of sediment depth, indicating that heavy metal contamination through industrial activity were still a serious environmental problem of Shihwa Lake. Although the metal pollution of Shihwa Lake has been slightly reduced, the contaminated sediments with heavy metals inside of Shihwa Lake might be discharged to outer sea after the resuspension by TPP operation. It is necessary for the advanced scientific approach and political decision to drastically reduce the heavy metal pollution of the study region.

통합 비전 시스템을 이용한 무인 크레인 영상 정보 추출

본 논문에서는 무인 크레인 시스템 구축을 위하여 산업현장에서 가장 일반적으로 사용되어지는 slab와 coil의 형상 판별 및 3차원 위치 좌표를 산업현장의 환경에 구애받지 않고 정확하게 추출할 수 있는 통합 비전 시스템을 개발하였다. 기존의 비전 시스템은 산업현장의 환경에 영향을 받기 때문에 정확한 물체의 형상 팔별 및 위치 데이터를 추출 할 수 없는 경우가 빈번히 발생하였다. 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 레이저 스캐너와 CCD 카메라를 정합하여 slab와 coil의 형상을 판별하고 3차원 위치좌표를 추출하는 통합 비전 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 통합 비전 시스템은 무인 크레인 시스템 구축에 상당한 도움이 될 것으로 기대 된다. This paper introduces an Integrated Vision System that enables us to detect the image of slabs and coils and get the complete three dimensional location data without any other obstacles in the field of unmanned-crane automation system. Existing vision system research tends to be easily influenced by the environment of the work place and therefore cannot give the exact location information. To overcome these weaknesses, this paper suggests laser scanners should be combined with a CCD camera named Integrated Vision System. The suggested system is expected to help improve the unmanned-crane automation system.

Lakatos의 관점을 반영한 수학영재 대상 교수단원 개발연구 -데자르그 정리와 무한원점을 중심으로-

데자르그 정리와 무한원점이라는 사영기하학의 내용에 대하여, 반례의 수학사적 역할에 대한 Lakatos의 관점을 반영한 중등 영재학생용 교수단원을 개발하였다. 본 교수단원에서는 먼저 데자르그 정리의 반례를 인식하고, 이러한 반례를 제거하기 위해 무한원점을 도입하여 정리를 일반화한다. 그리고 다시 변환을 도입하여 반례가 사실 일반적인 경우와 대등한 것임을 재인식하도록 전개하였다. 이 교수단원에서 영재학생들은, 반례로 인하여 데자르그 정리라는 수학적 지식이 어떻게 변화하고 성장할 수 있는가를 경험할 수 있었다. In this study, a teaching unit <Desargue theorem and point at infinity> for mathematically gifted students is designed, based on Lakatos's perspective. First, students appreciated the exceptions of Desargue theorem and introduced the point at infinity to remove the exceptions. Finally students were guided to realize that the exceptions and the general case of Desargue theorem have equal status. Exploring Desargue theorem with other viewpoints, gifted students experienced the growth of mathematical knowledge due to exceptions of the theorem.

천연 Hesperetin의 항허피스바이러스작용과 Acyclovir 및 Vidarabine과의 병용효과

To search for less toxic antiherpetic agents, the inhibitory effects of natural hesperetin on the plaque formation of herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) and type 2 (HSV-2) in Vero cells were examined by the plaque reduction assay in vitro. Hesperetin inhibited plaque formations of HSV-1 and HSV-2 in a dose dependent manner. It also exhibited more potent antiherpetic activity on HSV-2 with selectivity index (SI) of 9.8 than on HSV-1 with SI of 8.4. The combined antiherpetic effects of hesperetin with nucleoside antiherpetic agents, acyclovir and vidarabine, were examined on the multiplication of these two strains of herpesviruses in Vero cells by the combination assay. The results of combination assay were evaluated by the combination index (CI) that was calculated by the multiple drug effect analysis. The combinations of hesperetin with acyclovir on HSV-1 and HSV-2 showed synergistic effects with CI values of $0.29{\sim}0.73$ for 50%, 70%, 90% effective levels and those with vidarabine showed partially synergistic or additive effects with CI values of $0.83{\sim}1.33$.
