Objective: This is to report the efficacy of the sandwich technique for bone augmentation in a moderate atrophic posterior mandible through clinical and histological results in two cases. Subjects and Method: Two patients selected had moderate bone resorption in left lower edentulous area. Sandwich osteotomy using the piezosurgery was performed and the osteomized alveolar segments were elevated by 6mm in each two patients. The interpositional mineral allograft materials were inserted in the atrophic posterior mandibles. After four months healing period, bone biopsies in the grafted areas and placement of dental implants were performed. In both cases, panoramic views were taken preoperatively to measure the alveolar bone height for diagnosis, to monitor patient healing, and to evaluate bone healing and bone gain. Results: Sufficient vertical bone height was gained by using the sandwich technique and implants were placed successfully. In radiological evaluation, there was minimal resorption of bone height after the second operation and in histomorphometric evaluation, they showed favorable new bone formation without inflammation in the grafted areas. Conclusion: The sandwich technique can be an effective choice for augmenting vertical bone height in the atrophic mandible. More of cases and long term follow-up are needed to evaluate bone resorption and implant prognosis.

GIS를 활용한 생태면적률 산정 모델 개발

본 연구의 목적은 신도시 등의 조성에 있어 지속 가능한 발전을 도모하고 시민들에게 쾌적한 생활환경을 제공하기 위해 도입된 생태면적률을 산정하는 모델을 개발하여 구축의 효율성과 데이터베이스 유지관리의 간편성과 정확성을 확보함에 있다. 특히 생태면적률은 현재 환경영향 평가 뿐만 아니라 친환경 인증기준 중 생태환경기준으로 활용되고 있으나, 생태면적률의 산정도 구축을 위한 지표가 제시되어 있지 않기 때문에 결과자료의 누락, 데이터 수정보완의 어려움과 같은 문제가 있을 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 GIS를 통해 도형 자료를 구축하고 가중치의 속성정보를 통합하여 관리하는 모델을 제시하였다. 생태면적률 산정은 토지이용계획도를 기초로 하여 건폐지의 경우 옥상 및 벽면 녹화, 비건폐지의 경우 수공간, 인공지반, 틈새투수포장, 자연지반 녹지의 공간유형을 대상으로 한다. 가중치가 부여된 공간유형정보는 도형정보와 통합되고 통합된 자료는 향후 토지이용에 따른 분석을 위해 토지이용계획 정보를 블록 별로 부여한다. 한편, 공간유형별 가중치 적용의 경우 도출방법이 각 지자체나 적용 주체의 상황에 따라 특성에 맞게 판단기준의 조절이 가능하다. 따라서 그 수치가 유동적일 수 있으나 본 모델에서 수치변화에 대한 탄력적인 대응이 가능함으로써 간편하고 효율적인 데이터 구축의 모델로 활용될 수 있다. The purpose of this research is to evaluate an accurate biotope area ratio model with efficiency and convenience of database management through promoting sustainable development to provide people amenities in a new town. In particular, the biotope area ratio is used not only in the environment impact assessment but Green building certification criteria. But now there is no any index map of biotope. So it is very hard to implement with data for supplement results. In this research, we suggest the model of integrated attributable information. The evaluation of biotope area ratio is to include a basic land use planning map and a building coverage area which is a wall of greening surface and roof. In case of non building coverage area, the evaluation of biotope area ratio is to include water space, artificial ground, natural ground and pervious gap-pave. A weighted value on the spatial information is combined into the information. And then the merged one is given a land use planning information in a block. In the weighted value on the space type information, it is possible to in its circumstances. Therefore, it can be substituted a correspondence of numerical change for various values elastically in this model.

Making RealDolls regulation at the border work

In an effort to reduce ambiguity around customs clearance of items deemed pernicious to public morality and present lessons for customs administration, this research aims to explore ways to improve customs clearance for RealDolls. Furthermore, by suggesting specific ideas to improve the process, this research also aims to contribute to the future customs clearance of socially controversial and legally ambiguous items.The authors have decided to review studies from ethical and legal perspectives to focus on the legislation and its enforcement issues. The literature review is designed to provide insights on how to incorporate legal and ethical reasoning in the customs clearance process for RealDolls. Supplementary interviews were also conducted with criminal lawyers and customs officials to obtain expert knowledge on domestic legislation and customs control against the sex toys industry.As a result of the study, it is found that a complete ban on RealDoll infringes on individuals' right to pursue happiness guaranteed by the Constitution and in most cases, cannot be implemented without loopholes. Therefore, it is suggested that the import regulation on RealDolls should be changed to the negative list system, which selectively disapproves certain RealDolls based on a list of RealDolls previously denied clearance by either the Supreme Court or the Customs Clearance Screening Committee. In addition, to have sufficient ethical and legal grounds, it is necessary to expand research on RealDolls regulation and actively introduce the process of obtaining social consensus.There has been little discussion on regulating RealDolls on the customs clearance level; no specific criterion exists except the public morality clause. This study is vital in that it reviews issues of RealDolls customs clearance from legal and ethical perspectives. Doing so also has a practical significance of providing implications for the customs policies regarding items deemed pernicious to public morality.

의료에 대한 환자들의 불만: 1990-2015년 신문기사에 대한 내용분석

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify patients' dissatisfaction with health care through a content analysis of newspaper articles published between 1990 and 2015. It focused on developing a systematic coding scheme for content analysis as well as exploring changes over time. Methods: Among articles published by 8 major national newspapers, our content analysis used those that specifically covered the dissatisfaction of patients. Coding taxonomy was developed in two domains: (1) contents of dissatisfaction and (2) special circumstances and groups where complaints were filed. All articles were then coded according to this coding taxonomy to conduct descriptive analysis. Results: A total of 794 complaints were discovered in 338 articles. Contents of dissatisfaction were classified into 7 categories and 50 subcategories. Complaints regarding accessibility, technical care, and administration were noticeable in special circumstances, including strikes and spread of epidemic diseases, whereas complaints on interpersonal care and cost were prominent in general population and circumstances. When comparing the proportion of articles covering patient dissatisfaction in general population/circumstances between 1990-2000 and 2001-2015, complaints on administration and physical environment diminished over time, whereas complaints on outcome of health care increased. Conclusion: This study offers a rare window to view the responsiveness of the Korean health care system on a long time horizon.
