Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate recent clinical studies on effect of acupuncture for strabismus in Korea and other countries. We have analyzed 10 years (from 2006 to 2015) of case studies and randomized controlled trials (RCT) on effect of acupuncture for strabismus. Methods The search database includes Oasis, KTKP (Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal), Medline, Embase, and Cochrane library. To narrow the search, the following key search terms were used: 'strabismus, acupuncture'. The search was limited to the publication date from 2006 to 2015. 7 case studies and 5 control studies were selected for analysis. Results and Conclusions 1. The acupuncture treatment is effective for paralytic strabismus 2. The studies used BL1, GB1, ST2, TE23, GB15, EX-HN5, ST1, and LI4 acupoints and also an electroacupuncture treatment, which is 15 minutes of extraocular muscle stimulation, was used. 3. Degree of strasbismus was tested by Ocular motor range test, Corneal light reflex test, Ocular abducent scale test (Scott and Kraft, Diploptic range test).

We have analyzed the studies on effect of acupuncture for Autism Spectrum Disorder within randomized controlled trail (RCT) for 6years (from 2010 to 2015). Methods The search database includes Medline, Embase, Cochrane library and CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure). To narrow the search, the following key search terms were used: 'autism or ASD or Asperger's Syndrome or pervasive developmental disorder, acupuncture'. The search was limited to the publication date from 2010 to 2015. 7 control studies in Medlin, Embase, Cochrane library and 5 control studies in CNKI were selected for analysis. Results and Conclusions 1. The acupuncture and rehabiliation treatment is more effective than only acupuncture treatment. Especially, Retention of needling is helpful. 2. It is necessary to set up standard scale in assessment of ASD patients and serum arginine-vasopressin (AVP) can be substitution. 3. Head acupuncture and tongue acupuncture is effective for ASD.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to report seven cases of autism spectrum disorder treated by oriental medicine. Methods Seven patients who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder were treated with herbal medicine (Kwakhyangjungkisanhapyukmijihwangtang-gamibang), and the effect was measured. Results After the treatment, cognitive skill, speech, motor function, communication skill, and the patients' general conditions have gotten better. Conclusions This study has shown that the oriental medical treatment for autism spectrum disorder was effective, but further studies are needed.

BLE Beacon Plate 기법과 Pedestrian Dead Reckoning을 융합한 실내 측위 알고리즘

As the demand for indoor location recognition system has been rapidly increased in accordance with the increasing use of smart devices and the increasing use of augmented reality, indoor positioning systems(IPS) using BLE (Bluetooth Lower Energy) beacons and UWB (Ultra Wide Band) have been developed. In this paper, a positioning plate is generated by using trilateration technique based on BLE Beacon and using RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator). The resultant value is used to calculate the PDR-based coordinates using the positioning element of the Inertial Measurement Unit sensor, We propose a precise indoor positioning algorithm that combines RSSI and PDR technique. Based on the plate algorithm proposed in this paper, the experiment have done at large scale indoor sports arena and airport, and the results were successfully verified by 65% accuracy improvement with average 2.2m error. 스마트 기기의 생활화와 증강현실 활용 증가로 실내 위치 인식 시스템의 수요가 급증함에 따라, BLE(Bluetooth Lower Energy) 비콘 그리고 UWB(Ultra Wide Band) 등을 이용한 실내 측위 시스템이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BLE Beacon을 기반으로 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)를 이용한 삼변측량(Trilateration) 기법을 사용하여 측위 플레이트(Plate)를 생성한다. 이에 IMU(Inertial Measurement Unit) 센서의 방향, 속도, 이동거리 등의 데이터를 이용하여 PDR(Pedestrian Dead Reckoning) 측위 좌표를 산출하여 정확도를 보정한다. 또, BLE 비콘(Beacon)의 RSSI를 적용한 플레이트(Plate) 기법과 PDR 기법이 융합된 정밀 실내 측위 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 알고리즘을 실제 대형 실내 경기장과 공항에 BLE 비콘을 설치, 실험하여 평균 2.2m 의 오차로 65%의 정확도가 개선됨을 검증하였다.

동기강화 집단미술치료가 인터넷 중독 아동의 인터넷 중독 증상과 자기통제력에 미치는 효과

This study sought to learn the effects of group art therapy on Internet addiction symptoms and self-control of children addicted to the Internet. The study target first selected children with an average score of more than three hours of Internet addiction examination and an average of more than three hours of Internet use among children in the fourth to sixth grades who were attending H elementary school, and assigned 16 visitors with their parents consent to the test group and control group. From October 2018 to February 2019, the research period included 12 program sessions, total of 90 minutes per week for the experimental groups. The measurement tools used a K scale for Internet addiction diagnosis and a self-control scale. Data analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitnet U test. The motivational group art therapy program was found to have effective, positive effects on Internet addiction symptoms and self-control of children addicted to the Internet. This study is clinically valuable in that it implements a collective art therapy program based on the basic spirit of motivation counseling. Further, it has a key step-by-step procedure on the theory of motivation strengthening counseling. These steps increase motivation of children addicted to the Internet, thus alleviating symptoms of Internet addiction and improving self-control. It is expected that programs for children Internet-addicted will be developed based on this study. 본 연구는 동기강화 집단미술치료가 인터넷 중독 아동의 인터넷 중독 증상 완화와 자기통제력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 H초등학교에 재학 중인 4~6학년 아동 중 인터넷 중독진단 K척도 검사 점수가 평균이상, 인터넷 이용시간이 평균 3시간 이상인 아동을 1차 선별한 후, 부모님 동의를 얻은 내담자 16명을 실험집단과 통제집단에 8명씩 각각 배치하였다. 연구기간은 2018년 10월부터 2019년 2월까지 총 12회기 프로그램을 실험집단에게 주1회 90분씩 실시하였다. 측정도구는 인터넷 중독진단 K척도, 자기통제력 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 맨-휘트니 U 검정(Mann-Whitnet U test)을 실시하였다. 따라서 동기강화 집단미술치료 프로그램은 인터넷 중독 아동의 인터넷 중독 증상과 자기통제력에 효과가 있고 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 동기강화 상담의 기본정신과 동기강화상담이론의 단계별 핵심 절차에 의거한 집단미술치료 프로그램을 실시함으로써 인터넷 중독 아동의 변화 동기를 향상시켜 인터넷 중독 증상을 완화하고 자기통제력을 향상시킬 수 있었다는 점에 임상적으로 가치가 있으며 앞으로 본 연구를 기초로 인터넷 중독 아동을 위한 프로그램이 개발되어지기를 기대한다.

급변하는 중국의 정책적 측면 및 시장 환경을 고려할 때 한ㆍ중간 경제협력을 한 단계 격상시킬 수 있는 신성장동력이 필요한 상황에서 상호보완성이 매우 높은 한ㆍ중 간 경제 및 기업 간 협력은 매우 중요한 전략적 선택이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 한ㆍ중기업간 자본연계를 통한 전략적 제휴를 어떻게 성공적으로 체결하고 유지할 수 있을 것인가에 연구의 초점을 맞추고 디샹-아비스타의 전략적 제휴 전개 과정을 크게 제휴 성립 전 단계, 제휴 성립후 단계의 2단계로 구분하여 분석하고자 한다. 마지막으로 이 사례를 통해 한중 기업간 협력모델에 관한 실천적 시사점 및 연구의 한계 등을 제시하고자 한다. Given China’s rapidly changing market and political aspects, the complementary economic and business cooperation between South Korea and China would be a very important strategic choice. South Korea’s companies are required to build long-term relationships with Chinese companies as a collaborator on the basis of mutual trust. The purpose of this article is to figure out how the international strategic alliances of Korean SMEs are formed and evolve by analyzing the case of one Korean SME that have already formed are willing to for, strategic with chinese firms. Based on this article findings, some managerial and theoretical implications have been drawn, and the limitation of this research and future research topics are discussed.

러닝퍼실리테이션을 활용한 팀기반 협업수업의 리더십 교육 효과 분석

본 연구에서는 S대학교 인성교양대학에서 개설한 교양필수 교과목인 <홀리스틱 리더십>에 대한 교육효과 분석을 통해 효과적인 리더십교육의 방향을 모색할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 러닝퍼실리테이션을 활용한 팀 기반 협업 수업모형의 리더십 교육과 전통적 강의식 수업의 리더십교육과의 효과성을 파악하기 위해 실험집단과 통제집단의 사후 실험설계를 통해 리더십 역량의 정도를 파악하여 그 차이를 살펴보았다. t-test 분석 결과, 인지역량에서는 ‘창의성, 자기확신, 혁신성’이, 대인관계 역량에서는 ‘정서관리, 대인감수성, 의사소통, 갈등관리’가, 전략적 관리역량에서는 ‘코칭, 팀워크 형성’이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. In this study, we hope to provide an opportunity to explore the direction of effective leadership education through an analysis of the educational effectiveness of the Holistic Leadership, a liberal arts compulsory subject opened by S University. To this end, we examined the degree of leadership competency through post-experimental design of experimental groups and control groups in order to understand the effectiveness of the team-based collaborative class model using learning facilitation and the leadership education in traditional lecture-style classes. The t-test analysis showed that ‘creative, self-confident and innovative had statistically significant effects on human volume, ‘emotional management, interpersonal capacity, interpersonal capacity, communication and conflict management , and ‘coaching, team building on strategic management capabilities.

장애인 고용 결정요인 연구: 고용과 추가고용 영향요인을 중심으로

본 연구는 ‘2019년 기업체장애인 고용실태조사’자료를 활용하여 장애인 고용여부와 의무고용달성기업의 추가고용의향에 대한 장애인 의무고용기업의 차이와 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 기업의 경영자가 장애인 의무고용제도의 인지도가 높을수록, 장애인 작업수행에 대해 부정적인 인식이 낮을수록 장애인을 고용 및 추가고용할 의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 기업이 재정적지원에 대한 공공서비스를 이용한 경험이 있고, 기업의 종사자규모가 클수록 장애인 고용결정과 추가고용의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 기업 관리자가 장애인 고용에 대한 긍정적인 인식이 높고 기업이 회사법인인 경우 추가고용의향에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 반면 고용여부에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 관리자의 인식을 개선하기 위한 장애인 의무고용교육의 중요성과 함께 회사법인이 아닌 소규모의 사업장에서 장애인을 고용하기 어려운 원인을 알려주는 중요한 증거라고 할 수 있다. 연구의 정책적 함의는 다음과 같다. 정부와 지자체에서는 장애인의무고용제도를 보다 강력하게 전개하여야 하며, 장애인의 고용이 선택이 아닌 필수가 될 수 있는 사회적 분위기와 환경을 조성하여야 한다. 아울러 기업 관리자를 대상으로 장애인 인식개선교육을 진행하는 것이 가장 효과적인 장애인 고용의 정책적인 선택일 것이다. This study analyzed the difference in factors affecting the employment of disabled people and intention to employ additional employment by using the ‘2019 Survey on the Employment Status of the Disabled in Business’ data. It was confirmed that the higher the awareness of the company"s compulsory employment system for the disabled and the lower the awareness about the work for the disabled, the more likely they are to hire more disabled people. In addition, it was shown that companies have experience using public services for financial support and that the larger the number of employees in the company, the more positively affects the decision to hire the disabled and the intention to hire additional employees. On the other hand, it was found that corporate managers have a positive awareness of employing the disabled, and that when the company is a corporate corporation, it has a positive effect on the intention to hire additional employment. This is evidence of the importance of compulsory employment education for the disabled to improve managers" perceptions and the reason why it is difficult to hire people with disabilities in small businesses. The policy implications are as follows. The government and local governments should develop the compulsory employment system for the disabled more strongly, and create a social atmosphere and environment in which the employment of the disabled is essential. In addition, it would be the most effective employment policy for the disabled to provide education to business managers to improve awareness of the disabled.
