The loosening robustness of the hardware for the coupling of each part in the suspension is an important factor for passenger safety. For this reason we have designed suspension fasteners in consideration of factors that affect the loosening in advance. There are several factors that affect hardware loosening, including coefficient of surface friction, thread friction, tightening torque, axial force and equivalent diameter, etc. There is a difference in bolt bearing surface angle depending on the process capability of each flange bolt manufacturer, and in this study, we checked how hardware loosening effect changes depending on flange bolt bearing surface angle

This paper propose a sensorless control system of IPMSM with a adaptive back-EMF estimator and improved instantaneous reactive power compensator. A saliency-based back-EMF is estimated by using the adaptive algorithm. The estimated back-EMF is inputted to the phase locked loop(PLL) and the improved instantaneous reactive power(IRP) compensator for estimating the position/speed of the rotor and compensating the error components between the estimated and the actual position, respectively. The stability of the proposed system is achieved through Popov’s hyper stability criteria. The validity of proposed algorithm is verified by the simulations and experiments.

Generally, the conventional battery charging system using an analog method has the large, heavy hardware and low efficiency. Also, it has the disadvantage that it is necessary to replace the control circuit on the basis of the characteristic curve of the specific battery cell. The proposed programmable digital LLC resonant charging system use high efficiency control system(CC-CV), and has characteristic a small hardware and advantage that a digital programming of the voltage, current, and battery capacity characteristics can be flexible. The system proposed the use of Half-bridge LLC resonant converter is possible to improve efficiency and reduce switching losses by using ZVS topology. Further, a constant voltage - constant current(CC-CV) control algorithm apply to the charger which using a buck converter. The performance of the proposed system is demonstrated through experiments.
