셰익스피어극 구현의 현대화 과정 연구- 유럽의 경우를 중심으로

셰익스피어극 구현의 현대화 과정 연구- 유럽의 경우를 중심으로이주영뮤지컬, 연극, 영화 등 다양한 장르에서 새로운 해석으로 끊임없이 재생되는 셰익스피어 작품의 인기는 상당하다. 이 현상은 셰익스피어가 과거와 현재의 변화과정의 기준이 되어준다는 면에서 긍정적으로 평가받으며 반면 문화제국주의의 발현이라는 부정적 평가를 받는다. 하지만 지금도 여전히 이루어지고 있다는 점에 있어서 그것은 그 자체만으로 커다란 의미를 갖는다. 따라서 셰익스피어의 동시대적 모습 자체를 판단하기보다 고전적 셰익스피어와 현대가 어떻게 공존가능하게 되는 가에 대한 방법론적 인식이 필요하다. 그러한 점에서 영국에서의 셰익스피어 극에 대한 새로운 해석과 더불어 탄생한 셰익스피어극단(R.S.C)과 그 속에서 새로운 방향성과 혁신적인 연극적 양식을 제시한 ‘피터 브룩(Peter Stephen Paul Brook)’에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한 영국 이외의 유럽에서 두각을 나타내는 ‘오스터마이어(Thomas Ostermeier)’와 ‘에이문타스 네크로슈스(Eimuntas Nekrošius)’같은 연출가들의 행보를 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 영화 통계 자료를 제공하는 IMDb(The Internet Movie Database)에따르면 지금까지 셰익스피어 작품을 원작으로 만든 전 세계 영화와 드라마는 모두 997편에 이른다. 인간을 통찰하는 능력이 뛰어난 셰익스피어는세대나 국적을 초원해 감정을 이입할 수 있는 캐릭터를 창조했다. 또한 인간의 보편적 감성을 자극한다는 점에서 위에 언급되었던 유럽의 연출가들에 의하여 다양한 방법으로 해석되고 재창조되었다. 이렇게 작품의 힘을지닌 셰익스피어 작품은 시대에 따라 많은 형태적 변화를 겪어왔다. 또한지금도 진화 중에 있다. Research on Regeneration of Shakespeare Acts in a Modern Frame in the Eurocentric Lens Lee, Joo Young William Shakespeare’s work is simply immortal; being recreated in different formats like musical, plays and movies, Shakespeare’s literature has been highly popular for some ages. This phenomenon has been positively evaluated in a sense that Shakespeare defined the transition between past and present. Critics on the other hand have accused it as a manifestation of cultural imperialism. Regardless however, this phenomenon of reinterpretation and recreation is still ongoing, and the momentum deserves a scholarly attention. Thus, rather than evaluating the contemporaneous features of Shakespeare, it is important to understand the mechanism that has allowed the original work of Shakespeare to adjust itself in a modern frame. On this note, we need to pay careful attention to Royal Shakespeare Company(England) England who reinterpreted and recreated Shakespeare, and Peter Stephen Paul Brook(England) who innovated the theatrical frame and direction. We also need to take a close look on acting directors outside England like Thomas Ostermeier and Eimuntas Nekrošius, and what they have been doing with Shakespeare’s work.

Introduction: Lower vitamin D levels were associated with increased airway hyper-responsiveness and higher eosinophil counts and IgE levels, while higher vitamin D levels were associated with a lower hospitalization for asthma exacerbations. Objective: This study was conducted to evaluate whether atopy had relation with serum vitamin D level in Korean population. Methods: We analyzed data obtained as part of the fifth South Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (Korean NHANES V, 2010) of 2,338 Koreans. The correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level and presence of atopy with results of specific IgE to Dermatophagoides farina (Df), cockroach and dog hair using Phamacia CAP system (Phamacia, Uppsala, Sweden) was analyzed. All estimates were calculated on the basis of the sampling weight. Results: Mean serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level was 17.79±0.28 ng/mL. There was no difference in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level between populations with atopy and without atopy (17.97±0.32 vs. 17.63±0.35 ng/ml, P>0.05). Despite of no difference in serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level according to presence of atopy to Df or dog hair, population with specific IgE to cockroach had higher vitamin D level compared to those without specific IgE to cockroach (18.76±0.44 vs. 17.53±0.30 ng/ml, P=0.015). Background: Infants with respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) bronchiolitis are at increased risk of developing persistent wheezing and bronchial asthma later in life. Eosinophil- related-inflammatory mechanisms play a role in RSV bronchiolitis and asthma. Objectives : The aim of our study was to find a relationship between eosinophil cationic protein (ECP), RANTES, and eotaxin level in the nasophageal secretion of RSV bronchiolitis patients and subsequent wheezing. Methods: ECP, RANTES, and eotaxin level in nasopharyngeal secretion were determined in 28 children hospitalized with RSV bronchiolitis. 24 children were followed for two years after the RSV bronchiolitis. Results: 12 out of 24 children experienced subsequent wheezing verified by their physicians. Children who had subsequent wheezing showed significantly higher level of ECP, RANTES, and eotaxin in the nasopharyngeal secretion than those who had not. There was a positive correlations between ECP and RANTES, ECP and eotaxin in RSV bronchiolitis patients. Conclusion: Nasopharyngeal ECP, RANTES, eotaxin may be useful in predicting the development of persistent wheezing in children affected by RSV bronchiolitis.

1990년대 ‘뒷골목 연극’과 관객들의 욕망: 〈미란다〉와 〈마지막 시도〉를 중심으로

In this paper, we looked at the ‘Back Alley Play’ in the 1990s, focusing on Miranda and Last Attempt performed in Seoul in 1994. The works they brought from the provinces, such as obscene plays and pornographic plays, were the kind of plays that were prevalent in the back alleys of Daehangno at the time, and also works in which sexual discourse became an issue were being performed in the central theater world. In that respect, the selection of two local theater companies can be said to be one of the current trends in the theater world at the time rather than a controversy. For the works of the two troupes, the theater world poured out strong criticism with obscenity and pornography at the forefront. However, unlike the criticism in the theater world and the press, the audience's reaction at the time was quite generous toward these plays. The generosity of the audience was possible because in the early 1990s, the public had already experienced excessive sexual expression in all areas of culture, such as film, broadcasting, music, and publishing. Rather, the audience expected a more stimulating expression for this familiarity, and the two troupes reflected the demand on the stage with an expression that went further than the existing level. The theater world and the press criticized this further level, and the audience responded to the controversy surrounding these works in the natural flow of the times.

Ad-hoc 네트워크에서 최대 네트워크 수명과 링크 에러율을 고려한 지오캐스트

Geocasting is a form of communication that transmits messages to all nodes within a given geographical region(i.e., the geocasting region). Most of conventional onery aware protocols were based on shortest-hop routing that is, they minimized the cost in terms of the distance and total transmission energy not considering both the residual energy at each node and the link error ratio when selecting the routes for communication. In this paper we propose a MLRG(Maximum Lifetime Reliable Geocast) protocol for energy-efficient and reliable geocasting in Ad-hoc networks. The proposed MLRG, a position-based and routing-based geocasting algorithm, maximizes the network lifetime using newly defined cost function and selecting the energy balanced routes on the basis of each node's residual energy, and provides a reliable communication considering the link error ratio. 여기에 지오캐스팅(geocasting)이란 어떤 특정한 지역(지오캐스트 영역이라 함)에 있는 모든 노드들에게 데이터를 전송하는 통신형태이다. 기존의 에너지 관련 프로토콜은 주로 통신 경로 설정 시 주로 최소 홉 수, 즉 전송 에너지를 최소화하기 위한 최단거리 관점에서 최적의 경로를 구하며, 각 노드의 잔여 에너지와 링크 에러율에 대해 고려하지 않는 것이 대부분이다. 본 논문에서는 ad-hoc 네트워크에서 에너지 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 전송을 하기 위한 지오캐스팅 방법인 MLRG를 제안한다. MLRG는 위치기반과 라우팅-기반인 지오캐스팅으로 각 노드의 잔여 전력을 파악한 경로 탐색과 새롭게 제안하는 cost 관계식을 통해 네트워크 활동시간을 최대화하고, 링크의 에러율도 고려하여 신뢰성 있는 통신이 가능하다.
