국내 정신과 작업치료의 현황 조사연구

본 연구는 정신보건영역에서 근무하는 작업치료사의 정신과 재활서비스 현황을 파악하여 향후 작업치료사의 역할에 대해 제언하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 대상자는 대한작업치료사협회에 등록된 협회원의 정보와 연쇄소개추출법(snowball sampling)을 통해 얻은 정보를 취합하여 선정하였으며, 주로 성인을 대상으로 치료하는 정신과 작업치료사 13명 중 11명이 설문에 참여하였다. 설문지의 내용은 일반적인 특성과 근무 기관의 환경, 재활 서비스, 평가방법, 정신과 작업치료의 발전방향과 전망으로 구성되었다. 전국적으로 정신과 작업치료사가 근무하는 기관의 수는 본 연구자의 근무지를 포함하여 총 12개였으며, 근무기관의 형태로는 전문정신병원, 종합병원, 정신보건센터, 사회복귀시설, 치료감호소 등으로 다양하였다. 연구자가 근무하는 기관을 제외 한 11개 기관 중 5기관에서 임상실습교육을 시행하고 있었으며, 작업치료사들은 다양한 재활서비스를 제공하고 있었다. 대부분의 응답자들은 정신과 작업치료의 전망에 대해 긍정적으로 평가하였으나 인력부족과 작업치료 평가도구의 제한적 사용, 작업치료에 대한 인식부족은 앞으로 개선해야 할 점으로 지적하였다. 본 연구는 국내 정신과 재활서비스의 전반적인 현황을 파악하고 작업치료사의 전문적인 역할을 모색해 보았으며, 이를 통해 정신과 작업치료의 발전을 촉진하는 데 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. This study investigated the current condition of rehabilitation service in mental health where occupational therapists work and suggested the role of occupational therapists in the future. The participants were recruited from the database of the Korean Association of Occupational Therapists and utilized snowball sampling. Thirteen occupational therapists working with adult clients were identified and eleven therapists participated in the survey. The survey was composed of demographic information, work environment, rehabilitation services, evaluation methods, and personal view on the future of psychiatric occupational therapy. There were 12 institutions(including the researcher’s working site) nationwide where psychiatric occupational therapists were working. The settings varied as mental hospital, general hospital, community mental health center, halfway house, and forensic service. Five out of eleven institutions excluding the researcher’s working site were accepting students for fieldwork education. Psychiatric occupational therapists were providing various rehabilitation services. Although most of the respondents were optimistic about the growth of occupational therapy in mental health they were concerned about lack of manpower, limited use of occupational therapy evaluation tools, and lack of awareness on occupational therapy. This study examined the overall situation of rehabilitation service in mental health and suggested professional role of occupational therapists. It is expected that this study will be utilized in facilitating the growth of psychiatric occupational therapy.

Streptozotocin was injected to rats to induce the experimental diabetes mellitus. In order to find out the effect of diabetic treatment by experimental method, Palmiwon and Gliclazide were administrated to observe the change of blood sugar, body weight, the weight of organ and alkaline phosphatase. And thus, the result was as follows. 1. The blood sugar level of diabetic rat was decreased after administration of Palmiwon with Gliclazide. 2. Body weight of diabetic rats was decreased after administration of Palmiwon with Gliclazide. 3. The levels of kidney alkaline phosphatase were recovered by administration of Palmiwon with Gliclazide.

기형도 시에 나타난 공간 연구 - 사회심리적 관점으로

Ki Hyeong-do is a poet who reveals the pain of life through aesthetic representation. In particular, he reveals the various spaces of human life through poetic figurations, which seems to raise a lot of questions about the contemporary society. It seems as if the poet's will to resist was strategized in various spaces. And it reminds readers of Lefebvre's words that space implies discourse having meaningful interaction with power. By analyzing the spaces embodied in Ki Hyung-do's poems through the relationship between social mechanisms and human behavior or psychology, the poet's awareness of the problems scattered in contemporary society can be read. In this study, the social psychological meaning of space was investigated by classifying it into a cleavage space in the symbolic world, a space where power is reproduced, and a space of wrinkles where the poetic subject's desires are projected. According to the field theory of social psychology, an individual's psychological experience is constructed in the interrelationship between various situations, which constitutes the field of interaction. The various spaces in Ki's poems were also formed by interlocking the poet's psychological environment in the various personal and social situations and also atmospheres of the time. As a result, it makes them contemplate the subjective and conative life and rethink on the space in which life is realized. Although this study started from the relationship between the poetic subject's spatial perception and the social situation of the 1980s when Poet Ki Hyung-do was active, the issue of perception as a human being thrown into the world is a transcending task. Therefore, it can also be effective for explaining the psychological symptoms of modern people who feel unfulfilled deficiency and fall into anxiety in social aspect. 기형도는 삶의 실상을 미학적 형상화를 통해 드러낸 시인이다. 특히 다양한 공간들을 시적 형상화로써 드러내는데, 당대 사회에 대하여 많은 질문을 던지는 듯하다. 이는 시인의 저항 의지가 다양한 공간들 속에서 전략화된 것으로 보이는 지점이다. 기형도 시의 공간들은 권력과 관련된 의미작용을 하며 담론을 함의한다. 본고는 기형도의 시에서 형상화된 이런 공간들을 사회적 메커니즘과 인간 행동이나 심리와의 관련성을 통해 분석함으로써 당대 사회에 대한 시인의 문제의식을 읽어내고자 한다. 그의 시는 권력이 작동되는 공간에서 담론의 자격을 박탈당하거나, 상징계의 균열 지점을 드러내거나, 시적 주체의 토포필리아적 공간들을 창출하기도 한다. 이런 공간들의 시적 형상화는 저항성과 더불어 기형도의 시가 미학적 개성을 갖는 데에도 기여하고 있다. 이런 점들에 주목하여 기형도 시의 공간을 사회심리적 관점으로 살피면 세 범주로 볼 수 있다. 먼저, 침묵과 배제의 공간은 사람들이 사회체계로 편입되고 권력에 순응하게 되는 곳이며, 길들이려 하거나 길들어지는 삶의 모습을 보여주는 곳이다. 시에서는 가짜 친절과 억압이 행사되는 골목, 대학 교정, 사무실, 행사장 등으로 형상화된다. 그곳에서는 권력의 담론을 무비판적으로 받아들이고 복종하는 사람들의 모습, 그에 따른 고뇌의 심리를 드러내는 인물들이 나타난다. 편중된 권력을 정당한 것인 양 대중들로 하여금 받아들이게 만드는 공간이기도 하다. 둘째, 상징계의 균열을 보여주는 공간에서 시적 주체는 분명한 시야를 확보할 수 없거나 처음 보는 공간인 듯 낯섦을 느끼게 된다. 안개 낀 방죽, 백야의 거리, 망자의 혀가 흘러넘치는 거리, 얼음장 밑 등이 해당한다. 이는 상징계가 내포하고 있는 틈과 균열을 보여주는 것이며, 당대 도시인의 트라우마적 존재 양상들에 대한 서사이다. 셋째는 시적 주체의 욕망이 투사된 주름 공간이다. 자연과 정신의 겹, 신체와 영혼으로 가득 채워지는 겹, 규칙화된 공간과 혼돈 공간의 겹이라 할 지점에 주름 공간이 있다. 기형도의 시에서 주름 공간으로 볼 수 있는 곳은 유년의 집, 숲으로 된 성, 포도밭 묘지, 악기가 있는 어둡고 텅 빈 방, 어두운 천막교회 등이다. 상징계 진입 이전의 공간이거나 시적 주체가 안주하고픈, 생성의 에너지가 흐르는 공간이다. 사회심리학의 장(場)이론에 따르면 개인의 심리적 경험은 여러 상황들 간의 상호 관련성 속에서 구성되며 이는 상호작용의 장을 형성한다고 한다. 기형도의 시에서 형상화된 다양한 공간들도 당대의 개인적․사회적 여러 정황들과 시인의 심리적 환경 등이 맞물려 형성된 것이다. 그 결과 삶이 실현되는 우리의 공간을 되돌아보게 하고, 주체적․능동적 삶에 대해 숙고하게 만든다. 이 연구는 기형도 시인이 활동했던 1980년대의 사회적 상황과 시적 주체의 공간 인식과의 관련성에서 출발한 것이지만, 세계 속에 내던져진 한 인간으로서 느끼는 공간에 대한 인식의 문제는 시대를 초월하는 일일 것이다.

This study focused on the sexual utterances in Hwang Byeong-seung's poetry and attempted to examine how they are discussed and which social and cultural meaning they have. For that purpose, the research looked at confession and perversity as categories. Many of the sexual utterances in Hwang Byeong-seung's poetry show perverse tendencies, but they are realized through artistic figuration. Confessional speech can be seen as the first step for a discourse aimed at sexual liberation. It is related to the affect of shame. This is not perceived accurately and clearly like the feeling of shame, but acts unconsciously in the direction of understanding and being understood in the relationships between social bodies. Additionally, perverse speeches reveal a strong subversiveness against dominant discourse. Hwang Byeong-seung's poetic text, which has a strong character as a cultural code reflecting biological events, shows various sexual events and simultaneously breaks stereotypes by generating the most intense affects. Since the subject of the poem is not the poet himself, poet Hwang Byeong-seung devised many characters for creating an unfamiliar affects of encountering differences and heterogeneities. Sexual speech in Hwang Byeong-seung's poetry is not clearly divided into the categories of confession and perversion. They are connected or overlapped with each other and also influencing each other. The formation of sexual discourse in his poetry is due to the inherent power of queer affect. The text itself exists as a queer affect, and through delay and accumulation, it evokes an affect that crosses positivity or negativity in the reader's perception. This makes readers re-reckon about the boundary between normal and abnormal. In other words, the sexual utterances that seemed pathological in the text reveal queer affect, which is abstract, free, and unconscious feeling of the body, forming a micro-discourse of transcending boundaries. 이 연구는 황병승의 시에 나타난 성적 발화에 주목하여 그것이 어떤 양상으로 담론화되는지, 또 그것이 어떤 사회문화적 의미를 갖는지 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 퀴어의 정동을 중심으로 고백성과 도착성에 대해 살펴보았다. 고백적 언술은 수치의 정동과 관련된다. 수치의 정동은 수치의 감정처럼 정확하고 분명하게 인지되는 것이 아니라 무의식적으로 작용하며 사회적 몸들의 관계를 이해하고 이해받는 방향으로 작동하게 된다. 황병승의 시에서 그것은 성적 해방을 지향하는 담론의 첫 단계의 실천으로 볼 수 있다. 또 성도착적 발화들은 지배담론에 대한 강한 전복성을 드러낸다. 생물학적 사건이라기보다 문화적 코드로서의 성격이 강한 황병승의 시 텍스트는 강렬도 높은 정동들을 생성해 고정관념 깨뜨리기를 수행한다. 시적 주체의 이런 성적 발화는 당혹감을 안겨주기도 한다. 그러나 시의 주체가 시인 자신이 아니므로 황병승 시인은 많은 사건과 인물들을 고안해낸다. 이런 문학적 형상화를 통해 차이와 이질감들이 마주치는 낯선 정동을 생성하고 독자들로 하여금 그것에 정동되게 하였다. 황병승 시의 성적 발화가 고백성과 도착성으로 분명하게 구분되는 것은 아니다. 서로 연결되거나 중첩되면서 영향을 주고받는다. 그의 시는 퀴어 정동을 생성하여 정상과 비정상의 경계에 대해 다시금 생각하게 만든다. 이로써 텍스트에서 병리적으로 보이던 성적 발화들은 추상적이고 자유롭고 무의식적인 신체의 느낌인 퀴어의 정동들을 드러내면서 사회적 배제의 경계를 지우려는 미시담론 형성을 향해 나아간다.
