        구순-구개열 환아에 발생한 신생아치의 증례 보고

        The teeth present at birth are called natal teeth, while the teeth that appear within the first thirty days following birth are called neonatal teeth. Approximately one in 2,000 to 3,500 infants experiences the eruption of teeth at birth or within the first few weeks postpartum. Many contributing factors have been suggested for the premature eruption of primary teeth. It has been suggested that upon eruption these teeth are of normal structure according to their developmental age, but after eruption, lateral movement in the cervical area leads to disturbance of the dentin and premature degeneration of Hertwig's root sheath. In most cases, they have immature, aborted structures consisting only of caps of enamel, dentin, or a combination of both. A radiograph can show the presence or absence of enamel, dentin, or root structures, as well as supernumerary teeth. These teeth may be aspirated or swallowed during feeding. Discomfort from mobile and erupting teeth often causes the infant to refuse to feed. In addition, a nursing mother's nipples may become lacerated and infected. Extraction is the indicated treatment if these neonatal teeth cause discomfort or demonstrate mobility or incomplete, immature development. Treatment decisions must be made on an individual basis from both clinical and radiographic findings. We report four cases of neonatal teeth in complete cleft lip and palate patients.

        SK에너지의 인적자원개발 사례: 교육체계를 중심으로

        This study explored the characteristics of training system of SK Energy which have developed its employees' capabilities in foreign market as well as in domestic market, and suggested their policy implications for human resource management. The components of training system were training objective, curriculum, training method, training evaluation, and training infrastructure. The results of the study were as follows: First, training objective of SK Energy was linked to organizational strategy; Second, training curriculum was designed to achieve training objective. SK Energy focused on values-training to foster ‘SUPEX Leaders’ equipped with SK Foundation Spirit and its corporate culture. SK Energy provided leadership training for those who need leadership skills, especially for team leader- and executive-level positions who play a role as a core leader. SK energy figures out that leadership training programmes lead to organizational performance via fostering job ability; Third, training method was classified into off-line, on-line, and blended learning and was operated appropriately according to curriculum. Fourth, SK established well-organized infrastructure, thus it was able to lead to effective learning; Finally, the theoretical and practical implications of the results were discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 인적자원개발을 위한 우수기업의 교육체계에 대한 분석 및 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 글로벌 경영을 표방하고 있는 SK그룹의 대표기업인 SK에너지의 교육체계를 대상으로 사례분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SK에너지의 교육목적은 기업전략에 부합되도록 수립되도록 잘 설정되었다. 둘째, SK에너지의 교육과정은 기업의 교육목적에 부합되게 매우 효과적으로 설계되어 운영되고 있다. SK에너지는 핵심가치로 무장된 ‘SUPEX 리더’를 육성하기 위하여 가치관 교육에 중점을 두고 있으며, 리더십 교육을 통하여 임직원들이 각 직급에 맞는 리더십을 발휘할 수 있도록 하고 있다, 또한, SK에너지는 전 임직원의 글로벌 역량교육의 강화를 통하여 글로벌 경영마인드와 전략수립능력을 고양함으로써 글로벌 경영성과에 기여할 수 있도록 하고 있다. 그리고 SK에너지는 직무 전문역량 교육을 통하여 직무수행능력을 향상시킴으로써 궁극적으로는 조직성과에 기여하도록 하고 있다. 셋째, SK에너지의 교육방법은 집합식 교육, 온라인 교육, 블랜디드 러닝의 세 가지로 구분되어 교육과정에 따라 적절하게 운영되고 있다. 넷째, SK에너지의 교육인프라는 교육목적의 달성과 교육과정의 효과적인 진행에 지원이 되도록 적절하게 구축되어 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구결과의 이론적․실무적 시사점이 논의되었다.

      • 요관 폐색에 따른 신장통의 전기생리학적 고찰

        The present experiment was performed to evaluate functional characteristics of renal afferent nerves according to acute unilateral ureteral occlusion (UUO) in the anesthetized cat. Acute ureteral occlusion is characteristically associated with pain of excruciating severity and with compensatory adaptation of contralateral control kidney by activation of a renorenal refldx. Acute ureteral occlusion was operated through catheter placed in left ureter and the evoked potentials of renal afferents had been averaged by Clinical Averaging Package (CAP201, Nicolet) The results are as follows: 1. Renal nerves were found to contain three afferent fiber groups (A delta, B, andC): the majority of these fibers reach the sympathetic chain through the least splanchnic nerve. 2. In renal afferent evoked potentials the amplitudes of A delt group were the largest, which meant that the renal afferents were composed mainly of A delta fibers. 3. The C group afferents was elicited by trains of pulses high voltage and the hight of amplitude ws sharply changed against strength of stimulation. 4. Evoked potentials of renal afferents according to UUO was demonstrated during selective stimulation of low voltage (A delta and B) and high voltages (C). 5. The first (A delta and B) group was not particularly changed in amplitude and latency of evoked potentials during UUO. 6. The second (C) group was greatly changed in increment of the amplitude and in decrement of th Iatency during UUO: the C group afferents was activated by decrement of the threshold during UUO. These results indicate that C group of renal afferents could play a major role in transmission of the pain and in renorenal reflex of compensatory adaptation during UUO. The significance and the physiological role of renal afferents as well as their composition remain to be determined.

        내인성 성호르몬과 인체 자궁평활근의 β-아드레날린성 수용체와의 관계

        저자들은 월경주기 및 임신에 따른 내인성 성홀몬의 생리적 변화가 자궁평활근내의 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도와 친화력에 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위하여 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 결합측정검사를 위한 방사능 표지물질로 최근에 이용되기 시작한 특이성과 친화력이 높은 125Iodine labelled iodocyanopindolol을 사용하여 중여포기 여성(13예), 중황체기 여성(12예), 폐경기 여성(9례)와 만삭 임신부(8예)에서 β-아드레날린성 수용체를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 경하지만 순수한 에스트로겐 자극이 있는 주여포기(estradiol;25~75pg/ml, progesterone;$lt;1ng/ml) 여성들에서의 β-아드레날린성 수용체농도와 해리상수는 각각 63.4±22.2fmol/mg protein, 32.4±13.6pmol/L였다. 2. 증가된 에스트로겐 자극외에도 프로게스테론 자극이 함께하는 시기인 중황체기(estradiol; 100~300pg/ml, progesterone; 5~20ng/ml)여성들에서의 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도와 해리상수는 각각 40.8±12.7fmol/mg protein, 30.8±11.7pmol/L였다. 3. 낮은 내인성 호르몬농도로 특징 지워지는 폐경기(estradiol;10~20pg/ml, progesterone; $lt;0.1ng/ml)여성들에서의 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도와 해리상수는 각각 52.8±11.0fmol/mg protein, 28.1±8.1pmol/L였다. 4. 매우 고농도의 에스트로겐과 프로게스테론이 함께 존재하는 시기인 만삭임신(estradiol;10~45ng/ml, progesterone; 75~250ng/ml)여성들에서 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도와 해리상수는 각각 32.5±10.3fmol/mg protein, 36.9±15.7pmol/L였다. 5. 증여포기 여성에서의 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도는 중황체기 여성과 만삭임신부에 비하여 의의있게 높았다. 6. 만삭 임신시의 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도는 비임신 자궁의 β-아드레날린성 수용체보다 유의하게 낮았다. 그러나 해리상수 값은 중여포기, 중황체기, 폐경 및 만삭 임신간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 인체 자궁평화근내 β-아드레날린성 수용체가 내인성 성호르몬에 의하여 이형의 조절을 받는 것으로 사료되나 β-아드레날린성 수용체의 농도변화가 월경주기에 따른 자궁평활근의 수축반응에 관여하지 않는 것 같다. The adrenergic response of the myometrium and concentration of adrenergic receptors in influenced by exogenous gonadal steroids in rabbit uteri. In human studies, it was also observed many years ago that the uterine contractile response to catecholamine stiumlation could be modulated by changes in the gonadal steroid environment. The ability to inhibit uterine contractions by activation of β-adrenergic receptor (myometrial relaxation) has clinical applications for the treatment of preterm labor. In order to prove the hypothesis that endocrine changes at different phases of the reproductive cycle and gestation might alter the β-adrenergic receptor concentration and affinity, we quantitated β-adrenergic receptor concentration and affinity in myometrium from women during the mid-follicular phase, mid-luteal phase, in postmenopausal women and from women at term pregnancy. Using the radiologand idione 125-labeled iodocyanopindolol with high specific activity and high affinity, the β-adrenergic receptor concentrations were determined. The results were as follows; 1. β-adrenergic receptor concentration and dissociation constant (Kd) were 63.4± 22.2fmol/mg protein and 32.4±13.6pmol/L, respectively from women during the mid follicular phase (estradiol:75~75pg/ml, progesterone:$lt;1ng/ml) of the cycle which corresponded to pure but mild estrogen stimulation. 2. β-adrenergic receptor concentration and dissociation constant (Kd) were 40.8± 12.7fmol/mg protein and 30.8±11.7pmol/L, respectively from women during the midluteal phase (estradiol; 100~300pg/ml, progesterone; 5~20ng/ml) of the cycle which correspond to increased estrogen stimulation, combined with progestestational stimulation. 3. β-adrenergic receptor concentration and dissociation constant (Kd) were 52.8± 11.0 fmol/mg protein and 28.1±8.1pmol/L, respectively from women in postmenopaual phase (estradiol;10~20pg/ml, progesterone; $lt;0.1ng/ml) which are characterized by low circulating levels of gonadal steroid homones. 4. β-adrenergic receptor concentration and dissociation constand (Kd) were32.5± 10.3 fmol/mg protein and 36.9±15.7pmol/L, respectively from women with term pregnancy (estradiol; 10~45ng/ml, progesterone; 75~250ng/ml) which are characterized by very high levels of both estrogen and progesterone. 5. The concentration of β-adrenergic receptor during the mid-follicular phase were significantly increased compared with those during the mid-luteal phase and at term pregnancy. 6. The concentration of β-adrenergic receptor at term pregnancy were significantly decreased compared with those from the non-pregnancy myometrium. But there was no significant difference in dissociation constant (Kd) among the mid-follicular phase, mid-luteal phase, postmenopausal and term pregnancy. The findings suggest that the β-adrenergic receptors in the myometrium might be modulated by endogenous gonadal steroid hormones. But the alteration of myometrial contractility during menstrual cycle and pregnancy may not be directly mediated by β-adrenergic system.
