That’s not reason of wife exception. So well, if rape is attendance of violence, it’s must punished. A married woman has the same right to control her own body as does an unmarried woman. And punishment of husband, according to an exemption law of domestic violence regard as appropriate.
샤시 네트워크 시스템을 위한 FlexRay 스케줄링 알고리즘

In the future, an intelligent car requires high level applications such as fault tolerance and high data rate. Existing CAN which is the most popular In-Vehicle Network protocol until now cannot support these applications. So FlexRay appeared for complement to CAN. FlexRay is time-triggered protocol and I has deterministic characteristics. But scheduling algorithm for support FlexRay is very complicated and there is no standard scheduling algorithm. In this paper, therefore, we propose two FlexRay scheduling algorithm using CAN database. One is called 'Message-based scheduling algorithm', another is 'Communication node-based scheduling algorithm'. 'Message-based scheduling algorithm' use messages, ' Communication node-based scheduling algorithm' use communication nodes in a cluster for scheduling. This paper suggests these two scheduling algorithm going one step forward valuates them.
Dual CAN 시스템을 위한 Kalman 기반 Traffic balancing 알고리즘 개발

The controller area network (CAN) is the dominant protocol for in-vehicle networking systems because it provides bounded transmission delay among electronic control units (ECUs) at data rates between 12Kbps and 1Mbps. And, many automotive companies have chosen the CAN protocol for their chassis network system of intelligent vehicles. However, the increasing number of ECUs in the intelligent vehicle and the need for more intelligent functions require a network system with more network capacity and real-time capability. As one approach to enhance the network capacity of a CAN system, this paper introduces a CAN system with dual communication channels. And, this paper presents Kalman based traffic-balancing algorithm that predicts the traffic of each channel using Kalman filter and allocates frames to the more appropriate channel. An experimental test bed using commercial off-the-shelf microcontroller with two CAN controllers was used to demonstrate the feasibility of the Kalman based traffic-balancing algorithm.
2002 FIFA 월드컵 한·일 공동 개최에 대한 양국 청소년의 의식 조사

The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey to youths in Korea and Japan, in order to document their perceptions with regard to the co-hosting of 2002 FIFA World Cup. Using the multi-staged cluster random sampling, the selected 520 youths (130 males and 130 females in Korea, 130 males and 130 females in Japan) completed questionnaire consisting of demographic facet, preference facet, interest facet, participation facet, and perceived facet regarding the co-hosting of 2002 FIFA World Cup. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square were utilized to find out the differences in the above factors between two country youths. The results of this study were that: (1) the preference of soccer game of the Korean students was higher than that of students in Japan (p<.001); (2) there were significant differences in the recognition and interest relating to the co-hosting of 2002 FIFA World Cup between Korean students and Japan students (p<.05); (3) it was revealed that korean youth and japanese youth believed that the co-hosting of 2002 FIFA World Cup would contribute to development of relationship between two countries.

Because the text is enact in the abstract, the application of the text is not smooth about problem in connection with ATM(automated teller machine) that problem is a reason this text. And it will be apply to problem frequently. A man draw out cash from an ATM by another person's card. In this case, not a few theory and precedent come to the conclusion that larceny. And, other advocate have been persisted that embezzlement. The latest precedent decide that comes fraud about computer use about draw out cash from an ATM by another person's card in excess of one´s authority. But carry on a discussion about this. Unlike the Supreme Court, the lower court is opposed the application of fraud about computer use or continue a discussion on the application of larceny. the application of a this text come to the conclusion that take a triangular position firmly. This text from Germany based on its. As many systems depend on electronics in an intelligent vehicle, concern for fault tolerance is growing rapidly. For example, a car with its braking controlled by electronics and no mechanical linkage from brake pedal to calipers of front tires (brake-by-wire system) should be fault tolerant because a failure can come without any warning and its effect is devastating. In general, fault tolerance is usually designed by placing redundant components that duplicate the functions of the original module. In this way a fault can be isolated, and safe operation is guaranteed by replacing the faulty module with its redundant and normal module within a predefined interval. In order to make in-vehicle network fault tolerant, this paper presents the concept and design methodology of an IEEE 1451 based dual CAN module. In addition, feasibility of the dual CAN network was evaluated by implementing the dual CAN module.
