          인터넷 사용자가 늘어남에 따라 온라인 금융 거래의 편리성 때문에 인터넷뱅킹의 사용자가 꾸준히 중가하고 있다. 하지만 인터넷뱅킹 시스템의 사용자 증가에 따라 인터넷뱅킹 시스템의 사용자인 클라이언트에서 보안 사건들이 자주 일어나고 있다. 이런 문제점을 예방하고 인터넷뱅킹 시스템의 안전성을 보증하기 위해 인터넷뱅킹 시스템과 클라이언트를 인터넷뱅킹 시스템의 TOE로 하여 인터넷뱅킹 시스템이 일반적으로 갖추어야 할 보안기능과 보안요구사항을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 공통평가기준 V.3.1 기반의 인터넷뱅킹 시스템 보호프로파일을 개발한다. As the number of Internet users increases, the number oi users of the Internet banking system is also steadily increasing due to the convenience of online financial transactions. Accordingly, however security accidents happen frequently in the client who uses the Internet baking systems. In order to prevent these problems and ensure the security of Internet banking system, by selecting both the sever and the client of the Internet banking system as its TOE (Target of Evaluation), we derive security functions and security requirement that the Internet banking system has to furnish. Based on these, we develop a PP(protection profile) for the Internet banking system in accordance with the Common Criteria v. 3.1.

          젊은 정상성인의 비운동 VO<sub>2max</sub> 추정식

          The purpose of this study was to produce the regression equation from non-exercise $VO_{2max}$ of healthy young adults and to develop a maximal oxygen consumption ($VO_{2max}$) regression model. This model was based on heart rate non-exercise predictor variables (rest heart rate, maximal heart rate/rest heart rate), as an extra addition to the general regression which can reflect an individual's inherent or acquired cardiorespiratory fitness. The subjects were 101 healthy young adults aged 19 to 35 years. Exercise testing was measured by using a Balke protocol for treadmill and indirect calorimetry. The prediction equation was analyzed by using stepwise multiple regression procedures. The mean of $VO_{2max}$ was $39.02{\pm}6.72\;m{\ell}/kg/min$ (mean${\pm}$SD). The greatest variable correlated to $VO_{2max}$ was %fat. The predictor variable used in the non-exercise $VO_{2max}$ included %fat, gender, habitual physical activity and $HR_{max}/HR_{rest}$. The non-exercise $VO_{2max}$ estimation was as follows: $VO_{2max}$($m{\ell}/kg/min$)=55.58-.41(%fat)+.59(physical activity rating)-2.69($HR_{max}/HR_{rest}$)-5.36 (male=0, female=1); (R=.85, SEE=3.64, R2=.72: including heart rate variable); $VO_{2max}$($m{\ell}/kg/min$)=48.47-.41(%fat)+.45(physical activity rating)-5.12 (male=0, female=1); (R=.84, SEE=3.74, R2=.70: with the exception of heart rate variable). As an added heart rate variable, there was only a 2% coefficient of determination improved. Therefore, these results demonstrated that heart rate variable correlation with a non-exercise regression model was very low. In conclusion, for healthy young korean adults, those variables that can affect non-exercise $VO_{2max}$ estimation turned out to be only % fat, gender, and physical activity. We suggest that further research of predictor variables for non-exercise $VO_{2max}$ is necessary for different patient groups who cannot perform maximal exercise or submaximal exercise.

          This paper explores limitations and exceptions in the international copyright regime. I start my discussion with the public domain because limitations and exceptions to copyright are in fact, limitations to the privatization of creative works. Therefore, limitations and exceptions to copyright should be discussed in connection with the public domain. The concept of the public domain reflects the balance between the private right and the public good in that society. Next I lay out the standard for limitations and exeptions to copyright in U. S., European Union, and Republic of Korea. Then I expand my discussion to the international level. I focus on the WTO Panel’s report regarding Section 110(5) of U. S. Copyright Act in 2000. In this case, WTO Panel embarked on a detailed interpretative analysis of provisions about limitations and exceptions on copyright laid down in Article 9(2) of the Berne Convention and Article 13 of the TRIPS Agreement. Article 9(2) of the Berne Convention and Article 13 of the TRIPS Agreement suggest the “three-step test” which provides a flexible, open provision offering much room for interpretation. In this case, WTO Panel explained the definitions of terms in Article 13 of the TRIPS Agreement such as “certain special cases,” “normal commercial exploitation,” “unreasonable prejudice,” and “legitimate interests of rightholder.” I analyze this case in depth hoping to offer not only WTO Panel’s opnion but also the analysis of EC and U. S. on the “three-step test.” Lastly, I criticize the uncertainty of U. S.’s fair use doctrine and inflexibility of EC’s approach aiming to suggest the proper standard for Korean fair use doctrine.

          This paper analyzes the recent United States Supreme Court's decision, Mayo Collaboraive Service v. Prometheus Laboratories, Inc. This decision reversed the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's holding that the claims were patentable because they satisfied the machine-or-transformation test. In Mayo, the United States Supreme Court held that Prometheus' process was not patent-eligible. Since Prometheus' claims recited the laws of nature -the relationships between concentrations of certain metabolites in the blood and the likelihood that a thiopurine drug dosage would prove ineffective or cause harm- the claimed processes were not patentable. To be patent-eligible, there should be additional features that provide practical assurance that the processes are genuine applications of those laws rather than drafting efforts designed to monopolize the correlations. The three additional steps in the claimed processes were not themselves natural laws but neither were they sufficient to transform the nature of the claims. However, how much of application is necessary to satisfy the patent requirement is still questionable. After Mayo, the Court remanded two cases -Association of Molecular v. Myriad, and Ultramercial v. Hulu.- to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. This suggests that the Supreme Court intends Mayo to have a wide-ranging impact in biotech and software cases. In light of Mayo, it is unlikely that the Court will hold Myriad and Ultramercial's claims are patent-eligible based on the Court's precedents.

          혼색에 관한 색채실습모형의 연구

          Color can be divided into color of object and light. Various colors are distinguished by the eye and used before learning the concept of color. Colors have been used by color education from childhood. Although color mixture may be experienced naturally by the process of mixing paintings and expressing color, many people do not know the exact concept of the primary colors. For using various colors, it is important to understand and use of primary colors. In this study, exercise sheets of color are proposed to study the concept of Additive Color Mixture and Subtractive Color Mixture step by step. Exercise of color is the basic step for understanding of color, but we can find meaning in the point of constructing concept of color. Through exercise sheets of color can be elevated the interest about color around us and utilized colors systematically, we can expect to use various colors effectively.

          헬스 웨어러블 디바이스의 인터랙션 연구

          사회적 이슈와 기술의 발달로 인해 사용자와 지속적으로 연결 가능한 웨어러블 디바이스의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며 다양한 분야로 개발되어 새로운 수익원으로 급부상하게 될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 따라 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있도록 디바이스가 개발되고 인터랙션이 강조될 것이다. 본 연구는 인터랙션을 통한 웨어러블 디바이스의 개발방향을 파악하고 개선을 위한 지침을 얻기 위해 피트니스 트래커의 기능이 있는 웨어러블 디바이스와 사용자 그리고 애플리케이션 간의 인터랙션 부분을 비교 분석하였다. 첫째, 웨어러블 기기의 특징과 기능, 트랜드와 전망을 파악하고 기기의 가치를 알아보았다. 둘째, 본 연구의 대상으로 헬스케어 웨어러블 디바이스 제품군에서 수요가 가장 높은 제품인 Jawbone up 24와 Fitbit Charge를 선정하고, Peter Morville의 honey comb model의 원칙을 5가지 원칙으로 재구성하여 시스템, 기능, 연동, 디스플레이로 인한 디바이스와 사용자간의 인터랙션을 비교, 분석한다. 마지막으로, 심층인터뷰 분석 결과를 통해 사용자들의 사용성과 동기 부여에 관한 한계점을 파악하였다. 앞으로 사용자들에게 최적화 될 수 있는 인터랙션과 지속적인 동기부여로 인해 건강관리 및 예방을 유도 할 수 있도록 개선 방향을 도출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 사용자들의 지속적인 동기 부여 및 인터랙션 개선을 위한 지표와 지침이 될 수 있다. Aroused from social issue and the development of technology, the importance of wearable devices which inevitably are linked to users is emphasized. It is expected to become one of the new source of income when developed to diverse fields. As a result, devices that can meet the consumer’s needs will be designed with concentration to its interaction with other diversity of fields. The main research analyzed the interaction among the device with fitness tracker function, user, and application in order to come up with a proper scheme and to make improvements. First, we examined the characteristics and functions of wearable devices, its prospect and value considering the newest trends. Second, we chose the most profitable product , Jawbone up 24 and Fitbit Charge as our subject. Then we reconstituted Peter Morville’s 5 principles of ‘Honey comb model’ to analyze interactions between users and the device, concerning its display, linkage, and its performance. Lastly, we went over the problems of utility and the lack of costumers’ motivation to use the device from the result of in-depth interviews and figured out a way to make the devices optimized to users so as to provide motivation and manage health problems in advance.
