        고려성립기 공주 지방세력의 동향

        이정신 한국중세사학회 2011 한국중세사연구 Vol.0 No.30

Gongju(公州) once used to be capital city of Baekje and one of the 9 Ju(州)s in unified Silla, but its local power had became weakened since Kim Heon-chang’s rebellion in the end of Silla. Hong Ki, a general of Gongju, had surrendered, it to Gungyae in 904 during the era of the Three States. However Wang Geon brought down Gungyae and dominated post-Goryeo. Hongki turned to the side of post-Baekje again but hadn’t been against Goryeo until 934 when the situation was completely favorable to Wang Geon. It means that there was no Hojockconnected to Wang Geon in Gongju when Goryeo unified the Three States. In addition, no Toseong(土姓) power could grow to noble families until the end of Goryeo owing to its feebleness. After unifying the Three States, Taejo searched the public’s sentiment through temples since he couldn’t dispatch officials to local districts, except for Geumyoo(今有) Jojang(租藏). He implemented national monk test from the beginning of Goryeo and held Damseonbubhwae every other years to extend central power to local areas via temples. Given the fact, it is reckoned that Goryeo government studied the public sentiment by controlling temples around Gongju such as Gaetaesa, the closest one, Magoksa, Shinwonsa, Donghaksa and so on. Gongju was one of 12 Moks under the control of Seongjong in Goryeo but modification of local government system discouraged its reputation. In spite of being helped by Kim Eun-bu in Gongju Jeoldosa, Hyeonjong abolished Jeoldosa in his third year and degraded it into Jijusa in nineth year. It is predictable that when the king came to Gongju due to the Kitan’s invasion, Gongju was not really against Hyeonjong despite Kim Eun-bu’s hospitality, but not favorable to him either. To Hyeonjong, Gongju was place to avoid as soon as possible since it was a part of Post-baekje realm just same as Jeonju. Saying of Park “Jin not to stay at Jeonju, where Taejo hated”, was equally applied to Gongju as well. Therefore, the fact that Gongju existed as local base belonged to Cheongju can be interpreted as its loss of geographical significance, weakening of Toho representing Gongju to central government and strengthening of Cheongju power. The fact that Hyeonjong fled to Jeollado not to Kyeonsangdo when the Kitan captured Gaegyeong seems like an optimal measure to him to come up with the danger. Besides the convenient transportation, he had to go to Jeollado because he couldn’t go to Kyeonsangdo without passing through Chungju, where mother-side relatives of Jeongjong, Kwangjong, Kyeongjong, Mokjong who threaten Hyeonjong lived. Gongju and Jeonju were not safe either but there was Jeoldosa Kim Eunbu who supported him and also Toho was not strong enough to threaten royal authority. However, as going further down, Hyeonjong was threatened not only by local Toho but also local officials, Yeokli and soldiers. It was not antipathy to Goryeo government itself but complaints toward the administration giving up the capital city that easily. Seemingly, it stimulated Hyeonjong to defend the capital city with his life in times of the Kitan’s invasion later. 피치운동을 이용한 정밀 다위치 정렬기법 개발

        이정신,Lee, Jung-Shin 한국군사과학기술학회 2010 한국군사과학기술학회지 Vol.13 No.4

In Strapdown Inertial Navigation System, alignment accuracy is the most important factor to determine the performance of navigation. However by an existing self-alignment method, it takes a long time to acquire the alignment accuracy that we want. So, to attain the desired alignment accuracy in as little as $\bigcirc$ minutes, we have developed the precise multi-position alignment method. In this paper, it is proposed a inertial measurement matching transfer alignment method among alignment methods to minimize the alignment error in a short time. It is based on a mixed velocity-DCM matching method be suitable to the operating environment of vertical launching system. The compensation methods to reduce misalign error, especially azimuth angle error incurred by measurement time-delay error and body flexure error are analyzed and evaluated with simulation. This simulation results are finally confirmed by experimentations using FMS(Flight Motion Simulator) in Lab and the integration test to follow the fire control mission.

기압고도계 오차 보상을 고려한 INS/GNSS/TRN 통합항법 설계

        이정신,성창기,박병수,이형섭 한국군사과학기술학회 2019 한국군사과학기술학회지 Vol.22 No.2

Safe aircraft requires highly reliable navigation information. The traditionally used inertial navigation system (INS) often displays faulty location information due to its innate errors. To overcome this, the INS/GNSS or INS/TRN integrated navigation can be used. However, GNSS is vulnerable to jamming and spoofing, while TRN can be degraded in the flat and repetitive terrains. In this paper, to improve the performance and ensure the high reliability of the navigation system, the INS/GNSS/TRN integrated navigation based on federated filter is designed. Master filter of the integrated navigation uses the estimates and covariances of two local filters – INS/GNSS and INS/TRN integrated filters. The local filters are designed with the EKF that is feedforward type and composed of the 17st state variables. And the INS/GNSS integrated navigation includes the barometer error compensation method. Finally, the proposed INS/GNSS/TRN integrated navigation is verified by vehicle and captive flight tests.
