The comparison of demand and supply is needed for efficient ecosystem services planning. However, the gap between them cannot be analyzed as existing studies mainly dealt with only the supply of ecosystem services. This study compares the demand and supply of ecosystem services in Shiheung using environmental complaints and urban planning by semantic network analysis. As a result, 'air' and 'water' quality are magnified in demand, 'energy' and 'water' are crucial in supply. This result presents that citizen ask for the improvement of air quality in regulation services, although local government has plans for energy support in provisioning services. Periodic ecosystem services demand and supply monitoring will be the base of effective ecosystem services planning, which reduce insufficiency and surplus.

현재 지적분야는 기존 종이도면관리가 아닌 전산화된 파일관리체계로의 전환, 지적측량시장의 개방, 지적분야의 해외 진출 등 많은 변화를 겪고 있다. 이러한 환경의 변화는 측량의 정확도 향상, 효율화된 관리체계, 지적측량의 경쟁력 강화 등 많은 이점을 가져다주고 있다. 그러나 선진화된 지적관리체계로의 전환은 과거 보다 상대적으로 지적정보 및 기술이 유출될 수 있는 가능성을 높이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지적기술의 무분별한 유출에 대비하고자 현행 지적분야의 환경변화에 대한 내용을 검토 고찰하고, 이를 토대로 하여 지적기술의 유출방지 및 보호방안을 제시하고자 하였다. At present, the cadastral field, with the conversion into digital cadastral map management system, not the existing cadastral map management system, has gone through a lot of changes, such as the market opening of cadastral surveying and overseas launching of a cadastral field. Such an environmental change has brought on a lot of advantages, such as improvement in accuracy of surveying, efficient management system, and reinforcement of competitive power in cadastral surveying. However, the conversion into the advanced cadastral management system serves to relatively heightening the possibility of outflow of cadastral information and its technology in comparison with in the past. This research, with the aim to cope with indiscriminate outflow of cadastral technology, is aimed at suggesting the plan for the prevention of outflow of cadastral technique and its protection after examining and considering the contents of environmental changes in the currently going cadastral field.

SQL-92는 동적 SQL문의 입 · 출력 매개변수로 주언어 변수와 SQL 설명자를 지원한다. 프로그래머는 ALLOCATE DESCRIPTOR문으로 SQL 설명자를 할당할 때 항목 설명자의 개수를 명시적으로 지정할 수 있으며 DESCRIBE문으로 동적 SQL문의 입력 인자 또는 결과 칼럼의 칼럼 정보를 SQL 설명자에 저장할 수 있다. 동적 SQL문에 대하여 최적 개수의 항목 설명자를 가지는 SQL 설명자를 할당 하고 그 SQL문의 칼럼 정보를 획득하기 위해서는 SQL-92의 SQL 설명자 관련문들을 정해진 여섯 단계에 따라 수행하여야 한다. 본 논문은 프로그래머의 이러한 불편을 하나의 SQL문으로 대체하는 새로운 SQL문을 제안하고 그 SQL문을 바다-Ⅱ에 구현한 사항을 제시한다. For input and output parameters of the dynamic SQL statements, the SQL-92 supports host language variables and SQL descriptors. Upon allocating an SQL descriptor through an ALLOCATE DESCRIPTOR statement in application programs, the number of SQL descriptor items of the SQL descriptor can be specified in the statement; and the column information of the input arguments or the result columns of the dynamic SQL statement can be stored in the SQL descriptor through a DESCRIBE statement. To allocate an SQL descriptor that encompasses the optimal number of SQL descriptor items and also acquire column informations of a dynamic SQL statement, SQL statements of the SQL-92 that are associated with SQL descriptors have to be performed according to the six predefined steps. In order to alleviate programmers' inconvenience owing to that, this paper proposes a new SQL statement that substitutes for the above six steps and presents the implementation details of BADA-Ⅱ for the new SQL statement.

Purpose: We designed a retrospective study to measure the accuracy of the ICD-10 (International Classification of Disease-10) code for trauma patients. We also analyzed the error of the ICISS (International Classification of Disease based Injury Severity Score) due to a missing or an incorrect ICD-10 code. Methods: For the measuring the accuracy of the ICD-10 code for trauma patients in a tertiary teaching hospital`s emergency department, two board certified emergency physician performed a retrospective chart review. The ICD-10 code was classified as a main code or a sub-code. The main code was defined as the code of the main department of treatment, and the sub-code was defined as a code other than the main code. We calculated and compared two ICISS for each patient one by using both the existing code and the other by using a corrected code. We compared the proportions of severe trauma (defined as an ICISS less than 0.9) between when the existing code and the corrected code was used respectively. Results: We reviewed the records of 4287 trauma patients who had been treated from July 2008 to November 2008. The accuracy of the main code, the sub-code of emergency department, main-code, the sub-code of hospitalized patients were 97.1%, 59.8%, 98.2% and 57.0%, respectively. Total accuracy of the main and sub-code of emergency department and of hospitalized patients were 91.4% and 58.6%. The number of severe trauma patients increased from 33 to 49 when the corrected code was used in emergency department and increased from 35 to 60 in hospitalized patients. Conclusion: The accuracy of the sub-code was lower than that of the main code. A missing or incorrect sub-code could cause an error in the ICISS and in the number of patients with severe trauma. Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the serum levels of total homocysteine (tHcy), folate and vitamin B12 in Alzheimer's disease and mild cognitive impairment. Methods : Sixty-one Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients, forty mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients and forty-four normal controls were studied. The serum homocysteine (tHcy), folate, and vitamin B12 were measured and MMSE-K, GDS were evaluated for cognitive function. Results : Serum tHcy levels were significantly higher and folate levels were lower in patients with AD than in controls. And also serum folate levels were lower in MCI than in controls. Vitamin B12 did not have a significant difference among three groups. The serum homocysteine and folate levels shows significant correlation with MMSE-K. Conclusion : Elevated tHcy levels and low blood levels of folate were associated with AD. Serum folate were significantly lower levels in MCI than in controls. We suggested that serum tHcy, folate are useful risk markers for the development of cognitive dysfunction.
철도교량의 3D 포인트 클라우드 데이터를 활용한 PointNet++기반 레일 자동 탐지 기술 연구

최근 철도 사고들을 방지하기 위한 철도 유지관리에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 이에 따라 철도 유지관리에 IT기술을 적용하는다양한 기술들이 개발되고 있고, 디지털 모델을 사용하면 효율적으로 관리할 수 있다. 철도 디지털 모델을 제작하기 위해서는레일의 현재 상태 정보가 필요하다. 하지만 기존 방법을 사용하면 상당한 시간과 비용이 소모된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는UAV를 사용하여 철도를 스캐닝하고, PointNet++를 활용하여 레일을 자동으로 탐지하는 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템은단계 1 (Structure from Motion), 단계 2 (Rail Detection)으로 구성되어 있다. 제안한 시스템의 성능을 검증하기 위하여 대한민국세종특별자치시 전동면 노장리에 있는 오송시험선의 철도 교량을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템을 활용하면 손상 탐지, 시뮬레이션, 예측 유지 보수, 효율적인 운영관리 등 다양한 분야에서 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently, railway maintenance has been receiving significant attention to prevent railway accidents. Accordingly, various methods are being developed that apply IT to railroad maintenance, and digital models can be used for an efficient management. To develop a railroad digital model, current status information of the rail is required. However, the existing method consumes considerable time and cost. Therefore, in this study, we proposed a system to scan the railroad using a UAV and automatically detect the rail using PointNet++. The proposed system consisted of Phase 1 (structure from motion) and Phase 2 (rail detection). To verify the performance of the proposed system, the railroad bridge of the Osong test track in Nojang-ri, Jeondong-myeon, Sejong City, South Korea, was targeted. The proposed system is expected to be utilized in various fields such as damage detection, simulation, predictive maintenance, and efficient operation management.
