        브레히트 이전에 나타나는 소외기법

        1. Der Entfremdungsbegriff bzw die Verfremdungstechnik ist weiter a¨lter als ihr Wort. ^(51) Wir finden solche Technik bzw Begriffe achon vor Brecht in der Tradition. Diese Form war auch im antiken und im mittelalterischen Theater bekannt, das Menschen-and Tiermasken gebeauchte, und das asiatische Theater benutzt heute noch musikalische und pantomimische, V-Effkte‘. ^(52) In, Kleines Organon‘ distanziert aich Brecht eindeutig von dem ku¨natleriachen Prinzip und von jeder Form von romantischer Ironie und Futurismus. Diese Formen von Verfremdung haben indessen nicht denaelben Zweck wie die von Brecht, sie verhindern zwar das unmittelbare Einfu¨hlen, jedoch beruhte diese Teohnik eher mehr denn weniger auf hypnotisch suggestiver Grundlage als diejenige, mit der die Einfu¨hlung erzielt wird. ^(53) 2. Wenn Brecht den mit Hegel beatimmten Begriff der ’Entfremdung‘ als ’Verfremdung‘ bezeichnet, beweist das Nebeneinander beider Begriffe in der Zeit zwischen 1936 bis mindestens 1940. Mo¨glicherweise deutet sich in diesem Nebeneinander doch auch eine Different an, insofern na¨mlich der Begriff ’Entfremdung‘ im hegelschen Sinn erkenntnistheoretischfixiert bliebe, der der ’Verfremdung‘ hingegen den a¨sthetischen Aspekt meinte : der Schauspieler ’verfremdet‘, um die Entfremdung‘ zu ermo¨lichen. ^(54) 3. Der Formalismus ist ein Aufruhr gegen das Didaktische in der Kunst zukunsten des A¨sthetiachen. Die Welt Boll frexnd gemacht werden, aber im Sinne von mystisch, bizarr, undurchsohaubar fu¨r den Verstand, Brecht arbeitet auch konstruktivistisch, aber seine Absicht mit der Betonung der Ku¨nstlichkeit der Kunst, mit der Montage ist es gerade, u¨ber die Kunst hinaus auf die ,Wirklichkeit‘ zu zeigen, Shklovskij und die russischen Futuristen huldigen dagegen einer extremen Theorie von der Unabha¨ngigkeit der Kunst vom Leben. Der Konstruktivismus des Futurismus ist ein direkter Nachkomme der romantischen Poetik. ^(55) 4. Der Marxsche und Brechtsche Begriff ’Entfremdung‘(spa¨ter ’Verfremdung‘) sind zweifellos verwandt. Bei Marx bedeutet aber ’Entfremdung‘ einen Zustand der Gesellschaft, bei Brecht bedeutet das Wort eine Methode, den Zuachauern diesen Zustand bewußt zu machen. ^(56) 5. In stilistischer, Hinaicht ist das epische Theater nichts besonders Neues. Mit seinem Ausstellungscharakter und seiner Betonung des Artistischen ist es dem uralten asiatischen Theater verwandt. ^(57)

        Spirosoma montaniterrae sp. nov., an ultraviolet and gamma radiation-resistant bacterium isolated from mountain soil

        A Gram-negative, yellow-pigmented, long-rod shaped bacterial strain designated DY10T was isolated from a soil sample collected at Mt. Deogyusan, Jeonbuk province, South Korea. Optimum growth observed at 30°C and pH 7. No growth was observed above 1% (w/v) NaCl. Comparative 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that strain DY10T belonged to the genus Spirosoma and was distantly related to Spirosoma arcticum R2-35T (91.0%), Spirosoma lingual DSM 74T (90.8%), Spirosoma endophyticum EX36T (90.7%), Spirosoma panaciterrae DSM 21099T (90.5%), Spirosoma rigui WPCB118T (90.2%), Spirosoma spitsbergense DSM 19989T (89.8%), Spirosoma luteum DSM 19990T (89.6%), Spirosoma oryzae RHs22T (89.6%), and Spirosoma radiotolerans DG5AT (89.1%). Strain DY10T showed resistance to gamma and ultraviolet radiation. The chemotaxonomic characteristics of strain DY10T were consistent with those of the genus Spirosoma, with the quinone system with MK-7 as the predominant menaquinone, iso-C15:0, C16:1 ω5c, and summed feature3 (C16:1 ω7c/C16:1 ω6c), and phosphatidylethanolamine as the major polar lipid. The G+C content of the genomic DNA was 53.0 mol%. Differential phenotypic properties with the closely related type strains clearly distinguished strain DY10T from previously described members of the genus Spirosoma and represents a novel species in this genus, for which the name Spirosoma montaniterrae sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is DY10T (=KCTC 23999T =KEMB 9004-162T =JCM 18492T).

        Paenibacillus swuensis sp. nov., a Bacterium Isolated from Soil

        Strain DY6T, a Gram-positive endospore-forming motile rodshapedbacterium, was isolated from soil in South Korea andcharacterized to determine its taxonomic position. Phylogeneticanalyses based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence ofstrain DY6T revealed that strain DY6T belongs to the genusPaenibacillus in the family Paenibacillaceae in the classBacilli. The highest degree of sequence similarities of strainDY6T were found with Paenibacillus gansuensis B518T (97.9%),P. chitinolyticus IFO 15660T (95.3%), P. chinjuensis WN9T(94.7%), and P. rigui WPCB173T (94.7%). Chemotaxonomicdata revealed that the predominant fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0 (38.7%) and C16:0 (18.0%). A complex polar lipid profileconsisted of major amounts of diphosphatidylglycerol,phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylglycerol. Thepredominant respiratory quinone was MK-7. Based on thesephylogenetic, chemotaxonomic, and phenotypic data, strainDY6T (=KCTC 33026T =JCM 18491T) should be classified asa type strain of a novel species, for which the name Paenibacillusswuensis sp. nov. is proposed.

        Microlunatus terrae sp. nov., a Bacterium Isolated from Soil

        Strain BS6T, a Gram-positive non-motile bacterium, was isolated from soil in South Korea and characterized to determine its taxonomic position. Phylogenetic analyses based on the 16S rRNA gene sequence revealed that strain BS6T belonged to the family Propionibacteriaceae in the class Actinobacteria. Strain BS6T showed the highest 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity with Microlunatus soli CC-012602T (98.6%) and high sequence similarities with Microlunatus species (94.5–98.6%). Chemotaxonomic data revealed that the predominant fatty acids were anteiso-C17:0, anteiso-C15:0, summed feature 8 (C18:1 ω7c/ω6c), and iso-C16:0. The cell wall peptidoglycan contained LL-diaminopimelic acid, and the major polar lipids were diphosphatidylglycerol, and phosphatidylglycerol. Based on these data, BS6T (=KCTC 19858T=JCM 17661T =CCARM 9244T =KEMC 9004-079T) should be classified as a type strain of a novel species, for which the name Microlunatus terrae sp. nov. is proposed.

        Short-duration Electron Precipitation Studied by Test Particle Simulation

        Energy spectra of electron microbursts from 170 keV to 340 keV have been measured by the solid-state detectors aboard the low-altitude (680 km) polar-orbiting Korean STSAT-1 (Science and Technology SATellite). These measurements have revealed two important characteristics unique to the microbursts: (1) They are produced by a fast-loss cone-filling process in which the interaction time for pitch-angle scattering is less than 50 ms and (2) The e-folding energy of the perpendicular component is larger than that of the parallel component, and the loss cone is not completely filled by electrons. To understand how wave-particle interactions could generate microbursts, we performed a test particle simulation and investigated how the waves scattered electron pitch angles within the timescale required for microburst precipitation. The application of rising-frequency whistler-mode waves to electrons of different energies moving in a dipole magnetic field showed that chorus magnetic wave fields, rather than electric fields, were the main cause of microburst events, which implied that microbursts could be produced by a quasi-adiabatic process. In addition, the simulation results showed that high-energy electrons could resonate with chorus waves at high magnetic latitudes where the loss cone was larger, which might explain the decreased e-folding energy of precipitated microbursts compared to that of trapped electrons.

        How to strike a balance between competing interests on the Internet: A comparative study of the right of reply between the United States and South Korea

        This study explores, by examining international and comparative perspectives, the applicability of the right of reply to Internet media. The paper tries to identify current legal issues regarding the right of reply, a tool some believe capable of striking a more equitable balance between the freedom of expression and the personal rights within the Internet sphere. Largely focusing on how South Korea and the United States apprehend right of reply, this study attempts to demonstrate that right of reply could help resolve a lurking tension between freedom of expression and personal rights on the Internet.

        고밀도 광기록 채널에서의 NPML 검출 성능 한계 분석

        잡음예측 최대유사도(NPML, Noise Predictive Maximum Likelihood) 검출기는 잡음 예측/백색화 과정을 비터비 검출기의 가지 메트릭 계산 과정에 삽입하여 데이터 검출의 신뢰성을 높인다. 본 논문에서는 고밀도 광기록 채널에서 밀도가 높아짐에 따라 고차 전달함수 다항식으로 요구되는 성능을 달성할 수 있음을 보인다. 모의실험을 통해 밀도마다 가장 적합한 PR 타겟값을 찾고, NPML 다항식 차수를 올려가며 BER을 측정하였다. 결과로 각 밀도에 따른 적절한 차수가 필요함을 보였다.
