Objectives : This study was performed in order to investigate the effect of Panax notoginseng(SCG) on phenylhydrazine (PHZ)-induced hemolytic anemia in rats. Materials and Methods : Rats were divided equally into 3 groups (Normal, Control, SCG). Anemic model rats (Control, SCG) were induced by the treatment of PHZ (40mg/kg/day, i.p.) for 3 days. Red blood cell, hemoglobin, reticulocyte count, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin, and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration were determined on days 0, 4, 7 and 10. Body weight was investigated on days 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and weight of spleen was measured on day 10. Results : In the SCG group, significantly higher levels of RBC was found on day 4 and higher concentration of Hb on days 4, 7 and 10. Furthermore, reticulocyte count was dramatically lower on day 10 compared to the control group. Conclusions : These results suggest that SCG may be beneficial in the treatment of hemolytic anemia.

밀폐 공간에서 용접작업을 위한 단열 복합재 프레임의 설계 적용 연구

본 논문에서는 밀폐/협소의 공간에 적용을 위한 이동형 용접 로봇의 매니퓰레이터의 경량화 및 단열 성능 확보를 위한 설계 적용 연구 내용을 나타내었다. 선박 및 해양플랜트와 같이 구조가 복합하고 협소한 공간에 대한 용접 작업을 위하여 용접사를 작업 대상물 외부에서 용접로봇을 이용한 용접작업을 위하여 다양한 로봇 플랫폼이 개발되고 있다. 일반적인 로봇의 개발 과정은 적용 환경과 요구조건을 고려하여 기계 개발, 전자 장치 개발, 제어 알고리즘 개발 및 통합 검증으로 이루어 진다. 용접로봇의 완성도 높은 개발을 위하여 로봇 플랫폼의 기본 설계에서 환경 조건을 고려한 로봇 매니퓰레이터의 경량 설계를 수행하였다. 또한, 단열성능 및 냉각 성능 확보를 위한 소재 선정과 검증, 해석 및 시험의 과정을 거처 개발된 로봇과 연구 결과를 나타내었다. In this paper, the design application for the lightweight and insulation of the manipulator of the mobile welding robot for the closed/narrow space is presented. A variety of robotic platforms have been developed for weldworker using a welding robot outside a workpiece for welding work in a complex and narrow space such as a ship or an offshore plant. Normally, The development process of robots consists of machine development, electronic device development, control algorithm development and integration verification considering application environment and requirements. In order to develop the robustness of the welding robot, the lightweight design of the robot manipulator considering the environmental conditions was performed in the basic design of the robot platform. Also, The results of the robot selection and validation, analysis and testing for the insulation performance and cooling performance and the results of the research are shown.

초국적기업의 사회적 착근성에 관한 소고: 사업체계론을 중심으로

본 논문은 경제지리학의 ‘관계적 전환’에 따른 지역발전 논의에서 초국적기업의 사회적 착근성에 대한 이해와 설명의 결핍을 문제화한다. 기존 지역발전 문헌에서는 초국적기업의 해외 활동에 지대한 영향을 주며 전략적 커플링에 선행하는 출신국에서의 사회, 문화, 제도적 기반에 대한 고려가 미흡했기 때문이다. 이에 대한 해결 방안의 하나로 본 논문에서는 국가 중심의 신제도주의적 경제사회학 담론인 사업체계론의 유용성을 검토한다. 사업체계론은 과점적 이익의 지리적 확장에만 주목했던 전통적 초국적기업 담론과는 달리 기업 활동의 착근성을 국가 스케일에서 형성되는 공식/비공식적 제도를 중심으로 파악한다. 그래서 사업체계론이 관계적 지역발전의 문제를 초국적기업의 사회적 착근성과 결부시켜 탐구하기에 유용한 개념적 지침이라고 판단하며, 사업체계의 유형과 사업체계가 기업의 초국적 활동에 주는 영향도 살핀다. 아울러 경제지리학 내에서의 비판을 수용하며 사업체계론을 활용함에 있어 연구자가 주의해야할 사항도 밝힌다. This paper problematizes the contemporary discussion of relational regional development because it lacks any conceptual device that can shed lights on the societal embeddedness of transnational corporations (TNCs), and also addresses the problematic with a neo-institutionalist discourse on national business systems. Unlike pre-existing conventional views centered on the geographic expansion of oligopoly power and profits, the business systems literature emphasizes the association between firms’ transnational operation and (in)formal institutions in their home country. For the reason, this article considers the frame of business systems to be a useful conceptual guide that helps examine the nexus of relational regional development and TNCs’ societal embeddedness. It then reviews six ideal-types of business systems from a cross-national comparative perspective, and suggests their implications on TNCs’ global-local operations, and on concrete case studies in Korea as well. In line with critical reviews from some economic geographers, some caveats in the adoption of business system literature are also outlined.

글로벌 생산네트워크 담론의 진화

본 논문은 경제지리학의 글로벌 생산네트워크 담론을 태동기부터 현재의 GPN 2.0 이론화 단계까지 통시적으로 검토한다. 이 과정에서 2000년대 초반 글로벌 생산네트워크 논의의 형성 과정을 글로벌 상품/가치 사슬망의 개념적, 분석적 문제와 결부시켜 설명하고, 이후 논의의 확장과 경험적 연구의 축적을 통해 글로벌 생산네트워크가 세계화 경제, 초국적 기업, 지역발전 간의 밀접한 관계에 주목하는 담론과 실천의 틀로 자리잡게 된 점을 강조한다. 반면, 이론적 결여의 문제에 대한 비판이 꾸준히 제기되었고, 이에 대한 응답으로 최근 Yeung and Coe는 인과적 매커니즘의 추상화와 이와 관련된 글로벌 생산네트워크 조직 전략의 유형을 중심으로 GPN 2.0 이론을 제안했다. 이 결과, 글로벌 생산네트워크 담론은 이론화 결핍의 문제를 해결할 수 있게 되었고, 연구자는 내부 조직화, 통제적 관계, 동반자적 관계, 외부교섭 등 다양한 생산네트워크 조직 전략을 기업경쟁력 강화 요인 및 위험환경과 결부시켜 탐구할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 글로벌 생산네트워크와 글로벌 상품/가치 사슬 논의 간의 차이는 더욱 분명해졌는데, 여기에는 외부교섭 개념의 역할이 무엇보다 중요하다. 외부교섭은 GPN 1.0에서 가치, 착근성, 권력의 분석 개념을 포괄하고 있는 네트워크 형태로 판단되며, 이것은 기업이나 산업별 거버넌스 차이에 초점이 맞춰진 사슬 담론의 한계를 초월하게 해 줄 것이다. This paper reviews the evolution process of global production network(GPN) discourse, from its origin to the recent theorization, namely GPN 2.0. In so doing, the discursive formation of global production networks is introduced in comparison with a competing discourse global commodity/value chains, with particular attention to conceptual and analytical lacunae in the latter. This article also outlines how the global production network perspective has become a useful discursive and practical tool that allows the examination of the nexus of global economy, transnational corporations, and regional development. Subsequently, a theoretical dearth in the approach is discussed in reference to key critiques, and in this context Yeung and Coe’s recent theorization GPN 2.0, which is centered on casual mechanisms and network configurations is reviewed. This paper suggests that the theory adequately addresses the problem of casuality lacking in its precedented conceptual framework, and that it helps exploring the formation and evolution processes of varied production networks(including intrafirm coordination, interfirm control, strategic partnership, and extrafirm bargaining) in connection with competitive dynamics and risky environments. As a result of the theorization, the difference between GPN and the chain approaches has become more apparent, and the idea of extrafirm bargaining is particularly important in the differentiation. Extrafirm bargaining is seen to be a comprehensive networking form inclusive of such GPN 1.0 analytical concepts as value, embeddeness, and power, and research attentive to, and engaging with, the extrafirm networks is expected to help transcending the chain governance approaches’ analytical excess of interfirm linkages and industry-centeredness.

비종교적 교회론을 통해 본 본회퍼의 목사직론에 관한 고찰

이 글은 covid 19팬더믹, 그리고 탈권위화와 다원주의의 확대로 인해 교회와 그리스도인이 그동안 가졌던 신앙적 자부심과 확신성이 점점 힘을 잃어가는 시대에 다시 교회의 신앙에 대한 원동력을 회복함에 있어 목사직의 중요성을 비종교적 교회론을 통해 살펴보고자 하는 의도이다. 교회공동체를 이루는 것은 교인들이지만, 그들에게 하나님을 대리하여 삶의 방향성과 본을 제시하고 가르치는 것이 목사의 역할이다. 근대교회 시대의 목사는 설교자의 역할이 강조되었던 것처럼 교회의 부흥과 신앙의 회복에는 설교자로서의 목사와 신앙의 본보기로서 목사의 역할이 매우 중요했다. 이 글은 본회퍼의 비종교적 교회론에서 나타난 목사의 역할과 하나님의 계시공동체와 행위공동체로서의 교회를 비교해서 공동체의 방향성과 건강성을 위해서는 목사의 직임과 역할이 어떤 모습이여야하는 지 다루어보았다. 특히 본회퍼가 주장한 목사직이 전통적인 목사직과 다르다는 오해가 그의 삶과 나치에 대한 저항에 의해 있었기에 초대교회 목사직으로부터 근대교회의 목사직의 정의와 본회퍼의 주장을 비교함으로써 그의 신앙과주장이 기독교의 정통성에 기인한 것임을 살펴보았다. 그리고 목사의 직임은 양육의 역할이기에 하나님의 계시인 성경을 가르쳐 삶에 적용시키는 교육적 직임과 행위공동체로서의 교회의 모습을 견고하게 하기위해 현실의 상황에 그리스도인들이 어떤 판단과 행위를 해야하는 가는 양육의 직임임을 정의해보았다. 본회퍼가 주장한 예수 그리스도를 만나는 가장 정확한 길은 말씀을 통해서고 나누는 길은 성례전이다. 설교를 통한 말씀으로의 부름은 오직 예수 그리스도와의 인격적 결합을 뜻하며 동시에 이전에 알았던 모든 일반 법칙과의 단절을 뜻한다. 예수 그리스도 없는 그리스도교는 분명히 순종이 없는 그리스도교가 되고 말 것이며 순종이 없는 그리스도교는 언제나 예수 그리스도 없는 그리스도교라 했기에 본회퍼는 목사직을 말씀선포로 그리스도를 전달하고 성례전과 공동생활을 통해 그리스도의 공동체 즉 하나님의 소유가 되는 길을 제시하는 직임으로 정의했다. 그가 제시한 목사의 말씀선포는 대중영합과 인기를 위해 듣는 사람들의 마음에 설교가 아닌 인간을 사랑하시는 하나님께서 인간에게 말씀하시는 그분의 뜻을 전하는 것이다. 세상의 지식전달과 재미와 쇼를 보는 것같은 설교는 실제로 교회의 힘과 구별성을 잃는 것이고 역시 교회의 구별성과 거룩성으로 인해 세상의 빛과 모범이 되는 것이 오히려 교회가 교인과 세상에 사랑과 신뢰는 받는 것임을 이 글을 통해 소개한다. This article is about the pastoral role in restoring the driving force for the faith of the church again in an era when the religious pride and certainty that the church and Christians had in the past due to the covid 19 pandemic and the expansion of deauthorization and pluralism are gradually losing power. It is intended to interpret the importance of the church through non-religious ecclesiology. It is the members of the church that make up the church community, but it is the role of the pastor to show them the direction and example of life on behalf of God. Just as the role of the preacher was emphasized in the modern church era, the role of the pastor as a preacher and the role of the pastor as an example of faith was very important for the revival of the church and restoration of faith. This article compares the role of the pastor in Bonhoeffer's non-religious ecclesiology and the church as a community of action and revelation of God, and deals with what the pastor's position and role should look like for the direction and health of the community. In particular, there was a misunderstanding that Bonhoeffer's pastoral office was different from the traditional pastoral office due to his life and resistance to the Nazis. I looked it up. It was defined as a position that suggests the path to becoming. The preaching of the word of the pastor he sacrificed is not a sermon to the hearts of those who hear it, but the will of God, who loves humans, speaking to humans for the sake of popular acceptance and popularity. 논문 : 도시 건축물의 상징, 논란, 그리고 일상적 실천들: 비판건축지리학 관점에서 기술하는 서울 한강의 노들섬

본 논문은 ‘비판건축지리학’ 관점을 통해 서울 한강 노들섬의 다양한, 그래서 분석적 일반화가 거의 불가능한 일상적 실천들을 ‘비재현적’으로 기술하고자 노력을 한다. 비판건축지리학은 정치경제학 및 기호학적 해석, 분석, 그리고 재현에만 초점을 둔 소위 ‘신문화지리학’을 비평하며 2000년대 초반에 등장했고, 도시 건축물과 관련된 다양한 일상적 실천들을 선험적으로 규정된 인식론에 구애받지 않고 가감없이 보여주려 하는 탈구조주의적 시도이다. 이 관점의 큰 장점은 연구자가 ‘신의 눈’을 가진 엘리트주의적 입장을 탈피해, 낮은 곳에서 건축과 관련된 다양한 삶에 동참하며 이해를 가능하게 하는데 있다. 최근, 행위자-네트워크론과 수행성이론 등 비재현 관점을 접목해 건축의 물질성과 연관된 ‘수행성’ 및 인간 ‘주체’ 형성과정 이해의 단초를 제시하기도 한다. 이 관점에서 본 논문은 노들섬 사용 현실의 뒤죽박죽함 가운데, 다양한 비/수행적 주체 형성과정의 일상들을 목격하고 기술한다. 이를 통해, 비판건축지리학이 내적으로는 신문화지리학의 맹점을 극복하고, 외적으로는 한국 사회에서 만연한 도시 건축의 상징주의 행태를 비평할 수 있는 길을 열어줄 수 있을 만한 한 가지 관점이라고 제시한다. This article built on the critical architectural geography is an experimental and non-representational attempt to describe ordinary building practices, which take place in Nodeulseom, Seoul, and which defy any analytical generalization. The perspective emerged in the early 2000s by critiquing architectural semiotics ‘new’ cultural geographers pursued. Its advocates are endeavoring to present a variety of ordinary building practices, sidelining from a priori political economic and semiotic representation, The approach helps the researcher avoid any elitist ‘god-eye’ view, and instead explore and participate in the diverse and differentiated intermingling of building and ordinary lives from an on-the-ground perspective. Its association with non-representational perspectives, such as actor-network theory and performativity, also enables the examination of embodied performances and subject formations in relation to the socio-material constitution of architecture. From this perspective, this article describes my ethnographic witnesses of performative and non-performative ordinary building practices at Nodeulseom and their association with subject formations, amidst messy realities. On the basis of the observations, this article reaffirms the value of critical architectural geography in overcoming blindspots in architectural semiotics, and also suggests that it may offer a new lens that Korean urban geographers are able to critically reexamine architectural symbolism, which politicians and design professionals are obsessed with.

미국 위스콘신주 매디슨시 바이오산업의 지역우위 구축 과정: 줄기세포 분야를 중심으로

본 논문은 지역발전에 관한 진화 및 제도주의적 관점을 바탕으로 미국 위스콘신주 매디슨에서 줄기세포 바이오산업 분야에 `구성된 우위(constructed advantage)`를 검토하였다. 구성된 우위는 제도적으로, 정책적으로 마련된 지역발전의 조건으로 정의되고, 이를 살피기 위하여 우선 위스콘신주립대학이 `위스콘신 사상(The Wisconsin Idea)`을 바탕으로 `기업가 대학(entrepreneurial university)`으로 발전하는 과정을 역사적으로 탐구한다. 그리고 그러한 대학의 성격이 매디슨 지역에서 줄기세포와 재생의료분야의 지식 생산과 혁신 창출에 중요한 제도적 근간이 되었음을 밝힌다. 한편, 줄기세포 기술 상용화를 촉진시키기 위하여 마련된 지역의 제도적 발전상도 기술하였는데, 특히 위스콘신대학에서 발생한 줄기세포 연구의 상용화를 촉진시키기 위하여 마련된 최근의 주정부의 정책을 강조하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 본 논문은 `제도-기술 상호작용`이 출현기술(emerging technology)과 지식 기반의 지역발전 분석에서 중요한 측면이 될 수 있다고 제시했다. Built upon an evolutionary and institutional perspective on regional development, this article examines regionally `constructed advantage` for the stem cell biotechnology sector in Madison, Wisconsin, USA. Constructed advantage can be defined as a regional development condition that is supported by local institutions and policy. For the understanding, the case study historicizes the development of University of Wisconsin- Madison as an `entrepreneurial university` on the basis of `The Wisconsin Idea` in the beginning, and then highlights the role of the university as the institutional foundation of knowledge generation and innovation in the city-region`s stem cell sector. In addition, the study also outlines recent local and regional institutional development aiming at promoting the commercial use of stem cell technologies, with particular emphasis on state policy measures aimed to promote the commercial development of major progresses in stem cell research at the University. The article`s findings suggest that the `institution-technology` interplay be an important aspect of knowledge-based regional development, as well as the development of emerging technology.
