투명 유전체 PbO-B$_2$O$_3$-${SiO_2}-{Al_2}{O_3}$의 물성 및 전극(ITO)과의 반응성 연구

PDP용 투명유전체 재료로 사용되는 $PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-Al_2O_3$계의 소성과정 중에서 투명전극 (ITO)과의 반응성 및 광학적, 열적, 전기적 특성을 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 유전체막.두께는 12$\mu\textrm{m}$으로, 온도는 550-58$0^{\circ}C$에서 소성한 후 여러 물성을 평가하였다 그 결과로, 유전체와 투명전극(ITO)의 반용에서, In 이온이 유전체층으로 확산이동하였으며, Sn 확산은 거의 발생하지 않았다. 선팽창계수, 유전상수, 유리전이온도,광 투과율은 유전체 조성의 PbO 양에 큰 영향을 받았다. PbO양 증가는 선팽창계수와 유전상수를 증가시킨 반면, 유리전이온도와 광 투과율온 저하시켰다. $Al_2O_3/B_2O_3$ 비가 증가함에 따라서는 선팽창계수는 감소, 유전상수는 증가, 광 투과율은 감소하였으며, 유리 전이점 변화는 거의 나타나지 않았다. $PbO-B_2O_3-SiO_2-Al_2O_3$, system was investigated for optical, thermal and electrical properties of transparent dielectric. We also studied the reaction between transparent dielectric and transparent electrode(Indium Tin Oxide, ITO) during firing. For the evaluation of properties, dielectrics were prepared under the conditions fired at 520~58$0^{\circ}C$ with 12$\mu\textrm{m}$ thickness. In the reaction between dielectrics and electrode(ITO), In ions diffused into dielectric layer, while Sn ion diffusion was not observed. The coefficient of thermal expansion, the dielectric constant, the glass transition temperature and the transmittance of the dielectric were greatly dependent on PbO content. The increase of the coefficient of thermal expansion and the dielectric constant were monitored by increasing PbO, while the glass transition temperature and the transmittance were decreased. With the increased $Al_2O_3/B_2O_3$ ratio, the coefficient of thermal expansion and the transmittance were decreased, while the dielectric constant was increased. The glass transition temperature did not change significantly.

Post-intubation granuloma of the larynx is a rare complication of general inhalation anesthesia, which is associated with direct mechanical irritation of laryngeal mucosa from trauma, prolonged period of endotracheal intubation, multiple intubations and endotracheal movement. This study was performed retrospectively to evaluate symptoms, incidence, duration and site for prevention of the intubation granuloma. The authors investigated 16 patients of intubation granuloma among 719 patients during 1 year period from August, 2005 to July, 2006 at the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Pusan National University Hospital. The results were as follows. 1. The incidence was 16/719 cases(2.2%) 2. The female to male ratio was 7:1 3. Hoarseness was the main symptom 4. Most cases occurred after 2-jaw orthognathic surgery.

Post-traumatic enophthalmos is a relatively common problem following orbitozygomatic fractures. Bony-volume expansion and soft tissue atrophy are considered the main etiological causes of this condition. Enophthalmos is corrected mostly through reducing the enlarged orbit volume. Autogenous graft and various alloplastic materials are used for this purpose. Porous polyethylene is highly biocompatible, durable, and remarkably stable. Also, the titanium plate embedded in a porous polyethylene sheet provides radiographic visibility and increased sheet strength and contour retention. We present experiences of titanium reinforced porous polyethylene for correction of the traumatic enophthalmos with literature review.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the stability of the total setback of maxilla. It also discussed the surgical considerations of the procedure. Methods: The study consisted of 15 patients (mean age, $25.53{\pm}5.71$) who were treated with total setback Le Fort I osteotomy (with or without additional posterior maxillary impaction). The cone beam computed tomography was obtained before surgery (T0), 3~4 days after surgery (T1), and 6 months after surgery (T2). The surgical changes as well as the relapse of reference points in relation to the reference planes were statistically analyzed. Results: The mean maxillary setback was 2.35 mm. There were posterior movements of A-point ($0.73{\pm}0.83$ mm) during T2-T1. An opening of the nasolabial angle (mean $12.58^{\circ}$) was noted. Conclusion: Total maxillary setback allows combining satisfactory functional and cosmetic results for a number of carefully selected patients.
르포트씨 1급 골절단술을 시행 받은 환자들에서 Cone-beam Computed Tomography를 이용한 수술 전, 후의 상악동의 평가

Purpose: The aim of this sturdy was to assess the prevalence and change in pathologic findings in the maxillary sinus by using preoperative and postoperative cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: The subjects included 83 patients with maxillary sinus abnormalities who underwent orthognathic surgery between January 2010 to December 2010. The CBCT analyses were classified according to the thickness of maxillary sinus membrane; Normal (membrane thickness<2 mm), mucosal thickening (membrane thickness ${\geq}2mm$ and <6 mm), partial opacification (membrane thickness>6 mm but not complete), total opacification, and polypoidal mucosal thickening. The diameters of the maxillary sinus ostium on the coronal cross-sectional view were also calculated. Results: Out of 166 maxillary sinuses in 83 patients, 42 (25.3%) maxillary sinuses before surgery and 37 (22.3%) maxillary sinuses after surgery showed abnormalities. A decrease in the diameters of maxillary ostium was observed after surgery (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in mucosal thickness both, preoperatively and postoperatively. Conclusion: The orthognathic surgery didn't deteriorate the maxillary sinus abnormaility. Despite the low prevalence of sinus complications in orthognathic surgery, all the patients should be informed of the possibility of sinusitis that could require the surgical intervention before surgery.
대학생용 교수-학생 상호작용 평정척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

이 연구는 대학 강의에서 나타나는 교수-학생 상호작용을 체계적으로 평가하고자, 구체화된 교수-학생 상호작용 평정척도를 개발하고 타당화하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 교수-학생 상호작용과 관련한 선행연구를 종합적으로 검토하여 상호작용을 평가하기에 적합한 하위 영역을 행동, 내용, 정서의 세 측면으로 구분하고, 각 영역을 평가할 수 있는 문항을 개발한 후, 전문가의 내용타당도 검증 등을 실시하여 영역별 5문항씩 총 15문항으로 구성된 교수-학생 상호작용 평정척도를 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 평정척도를 활용하여 2018년 1학기 강의를 수강한 156명의 대학생들을 대상으로 교수-학생 상호작용에 대한 평가를 실시하였고, 신뢰도와 구인타당도를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 교수-학생 상호작용 평정척도의 신뢰도는 .911로 높게 나타났으며, 확인적 요인분석 결과 양호한 적합도를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a more specific rating scales of faculty-student interaction to assess systematically in college classes. Having done a comprehensive literature review, faculty-student interaction is divided into three domains as behavior, content, and emotion. After developing items to measure each domain, the content validity was rated by expert conference. Based on the ratings, 5 items in each domain were selected and faculty-student interaction rating scales were constructed with total 15 items finally. Using developed rating scales, 156 college students assessed faculty-student interaction in their class done by same faculty. And then results of assessment were analyzed statistically to check reliability and construct validity. Consequently, the reliability of faculty-student rating scales was good as .911, and the construct validity with hierarchical confirmatory factor analysis was also satisfied.
퍼지 이론을 이용한 XNA기반 게임 개발 사례 : 히틀러의 반지

최근 게임 개발을 위한 다양한 개발 환경이 제공되고 있다. 특히 XNA Game Studio의 경우 다중 플랫폼을 지원하고, 다른 개발 도구에 비해 쉽게 게임을 제작할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 장점들로 인하여 아마츄어 및 전문 게임 개발자들에게 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 XNA를 이용한 게임인 “히틀러의 반지”의 개발 사례에 대해 소개한다. 또한 퍼지 이론을 이용하여 NPC(Non-player character)의 행동 패턴을 플레이어가 예측하기 어렵게 하였다. 게임 플레이어의 게임 데이터를 퍼지규칙에 적용하여 플레이어의 성향을 추론하였고, 플레이어의 성향 정보는 상대적인 NPC를 생성하는 기반 정보로 활용하였다. XNA기반 “히틀러의 반지” 게임에서 사용자의 성향에 따 적절히 반응하는 NPC를 확인 할 수 있었다.
