        Thin-Film Dielectric을 이용한 V-band Rotman Lens의 개발

        본 논문에서는 초박막 유전체 기술을 기반으로 하여 60 GHz에서 작동하는 위상 배열 안테나 시스템을 설계 하였다. Dividing/combining 손실을 줄이고 위장 변위기이 의한 손실을 피하기 위하여 Rotman Lens를 안테나의 feeder로 사용하였다. 설계된 렌즈는 3개의 빔 포트와 5개의 배열 포트, 그리고 2개의 더미 포트를 가지는 구조이다. 설계를 위한 시뮬레이션은 모멘트 기법을 사용하는 시뮬레이터로 수행되었다. 제작된 렌즈는 $58{\sim}62GHz$에서 ${\pm}2dB$ 이하의 진폭 편차와 ${\pm}5^{\circ}$ 이하의 위상 수차 특성을 보였다. 또한 5개의 배열 안테나를 이용하여 ${\pm}7^{\circ}$의 빔 조향 특성을 확인하였다. In this paper, a phased array antenna based on thin-film dielectric technology at 60 GHz is designed. In order to reduce dividing/combining loss and avoid high loss of phase shifters, Rotman Lens has been employed as a feeder of antenna. The lens has 3 beam ports and 5 array ports with 2 dummy ports. The simulation for the design was performed by simulator using MoM(method of moments). The measured results of fabricated lens show magnitude deviation less than ${\pm}2dB$ and phase aberration less than ${\pm}5^{\circ}$ over $58{\sim}62GHz$. The antenna shows ${\pm}7^{\circ}$ of scan angles.

        분말재료의 복소 유전율 및 투자율 측정

        Materials used at microwave are usually used as a dielectric with a manufacturing purpose of printed circuit boards, etc. Complex permittivity of them can be measured from attenuation constant or propagation constant of a transmission line using a microstrip line with bulk type. But as the technique recently which can manufacture to have complex permittivity and permeability demanded using nonferrous metals for powder-type grows UP. we need sensors and methods which can measure characteristics of powder-type materials. So far measuring methods of permittivity and permeability with waveguide or coaxial cable are used but they have faults which have a complex measurement method and are difficult to simultaneously measure permittivity and permeability. In this paper, a simultaneous measuring method of permittivity and permeability with 2-port coaxial cable and a new proposed calculation. The proposed 2-port coaxial cable is designed to be easy to insert materials and to have a wideband. We measure permittivity and permeability of magnetic powder(Ni-Fe-Mo, Ni-Fe) which reveal its characteristic at 0.3~1.3㎓ to identify the proposed sensor.

        피부 석회증의 임상 및 병리조직학적 관찰

        Background : Calcinosis cubs may occur when connective tissue is abnormal (dystrophic), ar where calcium or phosphate levels in the blood we high(metastatic); alternatively, there may be no obvious underlying cause(idiopathic). The exact incidence of calcinosis cubs in dermatologic patients is not well-kmiown and the p~thameehanism of it remains to be elucidated. Objective : This study was performed to analyze the incidence, clinical and histopathological features of calcinosis cubs. Methods : We studied 72 patients with calcinosis cubs who visited our department between January 1985 and December 1956. The patients were classified into 3 types (dystrophic, metastatic, and idiopathic) and were analyzed clinically and histopathalogically. Results : The results were sunuxrerized as follows; 1. There were 60 cases(83.3%) and 12 cases(16.7%) of the dystrophic and idiopathic types, respectively but the metastatic type was not observed. The frequency of dystrophic calcification in individual disorders was 88.2% in pseudoxanthoma elasticum, 66.7% in triehilemmal cyst and dermatamyosltis, and 64.6% in pilomatrichama. 2. In the idiopathic type, it was common in females aged over 50 years and the mean duration of lesions was 2.8±2.0 years. The predilection site was the flank(5 cases) and most of the lesions(7 cases) showed skin-colored nodules 3. Histopathologically, calcified material of the idiopathic type was located predominently in the dermis(10 cases) and was present as large masses surrounded by a foreign body reaction. 4. In the dystrophic type, calcified deposits were noted predominently within the shadow cells of pilomatricoma, in the degenerated elastic fibers of pseudoxanthoma elasticum, and in the keratinized area of basal cell carcinoma; squamous cell carcinoma, triehilemmal cyst, and epidermal cyst. Foreign body reactions with giant cells and mononuclear cell infiltrations were often found around large deposits of calcium. Conclusion : The incidence of calcinosis cutis in dermatologic patients is relatively low, but a variety of disorders can be associated with cutaneous calcification. Therefore, dermatologists should be familiar with the different farms of cutaneous calcification and the dermatoses that manifest them.

        각화형 수족부 백선에 대한 Itraconazole Melt-Extrusion Tablet 단기 요법의 효과에 관한 연구

        Background: The many antifungal agents have been used in fungal infections. In usual trial agents, itraconazole still remains difficult to absorption in gastrointestinal tract. Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of short-term itraconazole melt-extrusion tablet increased in hyperkeratotic type of tinea pedis and/or tinea mauns. Methods: From November 1998 to February 1999, a total of 60 patients with palmoplantar type of tinea pedis and/or tinea manus at Department of Dermatology of 5 general hospital, were enrolled in a subject group for the study. Itraconazole melt-extrusion tablet was administered, 200mg twice daily, in one week. Clinical symptoms and signs with mycological findings were assessed. Results: Fifty-six patients (male 33, female 23; mean age 36.1±10.7; mean duration 6.5±4.8) completed the follow-ups. Direct KOH smear examination was positive in all of them. Decrease in initial percentages of patients showing symptoms at the last follow-up 2 months after starting therapy: for scale, from 100% to 85.4%; for erythema, from 91.1% to 10.7%; for hyperkeratosis, from 100% to 32.3%; for pruritus, from 82.1% to 10.7%. Mycologic cure rate was 92.9% at the last follow-up. Overall clinical responses evaluated at the last follow-up were 'cured' in 6 patients(10.7%), 'markedly improved' in 38 patients (67.9%), making a clinical response rate of 78.6%. During therapy, transient epigastria pain and indigestion developed in 5 patients (8.9%). Conclusion: With these results, itraconazole melt-extrusion tablet is considered an effective and safe treatment modality for hyperkeratotic type of tinea pedis and/or tinea manus.
