        심리적 거리 조절에 따른 여성의 일-가족 다중역할갈등 상황에 대한 대안 생성 차이: 해석수준이론에 기반하여

        Increasing of women's external activities makes their work-family multiple role conflicts, which cause career discontinuity and psychological burden on women. Therefore, it is important to understand women's experience in the multiple role conflicts and effective coping strategies. In this context, this research studies the effect of psychological distance as a strategy of boosting resilient and flexible thinking. For that, Construal Level Theory(CLT) has been applied to the experiment design using scenarios as stimulus. The results of the study are as follows. Psychologically distant group was superior in fluency and flexibility in producing alternatives. In terms of the coping style tendencies in alternatives, the psychologically distant group had a higher response rate for problem-centered coping strategies and lower rate for maladaptive coping strategies than the psychologically close group. Finally, the implications and limitations of the study have been discussed.

        성별에 따른 예비교사의 성역할 인식 및 역할기대차이 분석

        As women's social activities and multiple roles increase, the importance of education about gender role perception are growing. It is worth identifying the perception of preservice teachers because the influence of teachers is very large in education and they will teach the youth who also make a family in the future. Questionnaires were collected from 295 students who belong to college of education or completing a course of teaching. The results of this study were as followed: first, there were differences between male and female preliminary teachers in the gender role perception, specially in 'expected lyrics contribution ratio', 'career barriers'. But there were no differences in 'dual income status of parents', 'attitude about dual income status of parents', 'multiple role planning' and 'employment stereotypes of career barriers'. Second, women showed higher expectations of gender role including every lower measure. Third, the researchers tested the influence factors of gender role expectations. Finally, conclusions, implications and limitaions of the study were discussed.

        은퇴자 적응 연구 동향 분석: 2000-2019년 발간 국내 학술지를 중심으로

        This study analyzed research materials(KCI registered or cadidates) related to the adaptation of retirees from 2000 to 2019 to provide the information about the trends and issues of the retirement adaptation in Korea. A total of 120 articles were selected and analyzed by the systematic reviews, and the coding system for analysis included the following aspects: the annual publication, research purpose, research subject, research subject and research method. For analysis, the criteria for classification of research materials were prepared based on prior research, and efforts were made to minimize errors in research by joining the expert evaluation team in the process of selecting articles and setting criteria for analysis, analysis and evaluation of results. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First of all, there were a total of 120 papers on retirement adaptation in the last 20 years, and they showed a tendency to increase gradually as of 2009. Second, 13 (10.8%) papers had theoretical purposes among the study of retirement adaptation and 107 (89.2%) carried out for the empirical purposes. Next, the papers selected for the study were classified by similar topics, and the subjects were named for each category, with a total of 11 thematic categories derived. Specifically, they include retirement preparation, family relations, health, living satisfaction, adaptation process, career development, economic status, spouse adaptation, type of retirees, return to farming and leisure. Fourth, according to the analysis of the subjects of study, the human subjects were 114 (95%) cases and the papers dealing with physical subjects were 6 cases (5%). Human targets were again analyzed in terms of retirement status, occupation and gender. Finally, the analysis of research methods was centered on the type of data analysis and the type of research design settings and data collection period. The data analysis types had empirical and theoretical studies, with 96.7% and 3.3% of the total papers tallied, respectively. The research design settings only showed the field, and 96.6%(112cases) of the studies performed data collection in a single period of time. Finally, the implications and limitations of the research were discussed.

        지연행동(procrastination) 연구의 동향과 과제

        This study analyzed research materials(KCI registered or candidates) related to the procrastination from 2001 to 2021 to provide the information about the trends and issues of the procartination issues in Korea. A total of 198 articles were selected and analyzed by the systematic reviews, and the coding system for analysis included the following aspects: the annual publication, the research purpose, research subjects and research methods. For analysis, the criteria for classification of research materials were prepared based on prior research, and efforts were made to minimize errors in research by joining the expert evaluation team in the research process. The expert evaluation team consulted article selection, setting criteria for analysis and evaluation of analysis results. The analysis results are as follows. First, a total of 198 papers about the procrastination were published from 2001 to 2021, and they have been increasing rapidly since 2011. Next, 3 (1.5%) papers had theoretical purposes among 198 studies, and 195 (98.5%) showed empirical purposes. Third, research subjects were classified into the human subject and the physical subjects, which the human subjects were 185 (93.4%) cases and the physical subjects were 13 out of 198 (5%). Papers selected for this study were also classified with similar topics, and the researchers named for each 19 thematic categories including learning, perfectionism, self-regulation, self-concept, motivation, cognitive characteristics, parenting environment, negative emotions, evaluation fear, time management, life adaptation, interventions, stress, personality traits, career development, smart media use, psychological resources, health and psychological well-being. Lastly, the analysis of research methods was conducted. The data analysis types had empirical and theoretical studies, with 97.% and 1.0% of the total papers. Finally, the implications and limitations of the research were discussed.

        Prostaglandins Involving in Blastocyst Development through Calcium Mediated Signaling Pathway

        Lipid metabolites involved in cellular regulation as signaling mediators. Prostaglandins (PGs), metabolites of lipid are involved to pregnancy at the time of implantation but the functional roles of PGs on embryo development are still controversy and largely unknown. In previous report, the levels of PGE_2 and PGF_(2α) at embryos of morula stage and blastocyst stage were explored (Cheon et al, 1998). In this study, the previous suggestion was confirmed and the possible downstream mediator of prostaglandin E_2 and prostaglandin F_(2α) on the expansion and hatching of mouse embryo was examined. As expected, developmental rate of the blastocyst to expanded stage was a concentration-response curve that showed the highest expansion rate at 10 μM PGE_2, but at 100 μM PGE_2, the rate was decreased. In contrast to the PGE_2, PGF_(2α) stimulated expansion without toxicity at highest concentration. Cotreatment of PGs with indomethacin overcame the inhibitory effects of indomethacin in expansion. Exogenous PGs also improved the development of expanded embryos to the hatching stage. Besides, PGs receptors’ transcripts detected at blastocyst. PGE_2 was caused of calcium fluctuation in the blastocyst but PGF_(2α) did not. The changes of intracellular calcium concentration were different between indomethacin pretreated embryos and non-treated embryos. Based on these results it is suggested that PGs work as paracrine and/or autocrine factors through calcium and the others which were not identified in this study.

        청소년의 직업에 대한 성유형 인식 정도에 따른 진로타협 과정의 차이

        본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 직업에 대한 성유형 인식 정도에 따른 진로타협과정의 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Gottfredson(1981)의 타협요인 선호도가 국내 청소년에게는 어떻게 나타나는지를 가상의 진로의사결정 상황을 제시한 후, 제시자극(직업)의 성유형 변화에 따른 중․고등학생의 진로타협 과정 차이를 살펴보았다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 성유형, 지위, 흥미 세 가지 타협요인 중 직업의 성유형(sex type)을 제시자극으로 설정하고 제시자극을 변화시킨 세 가지 상황에 따른 진로의사결정 과정 변화를 확인하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업의 성유형인식과 상관없이 40가지 직업 중 무작위로 직업을 선정하여 진행한 진로의사결정 상황(상황 1)에서는 남학생과 전체 집단에서 흥미를 유의미하게 고려하였다. 다음으로 성유형 특성이 강하다고 인식된(매우 여성적/매우 남성적인) 직업을 제외한 상황(상황 2)에서는 남학생은 흥미를 가장 중요하게 고려한 반면, 여학생은 흥미와 성유형을 지위보다 중요하게 고려하였다. 전체집단에서는 흥미, 성유형, 지위 순서로 선호도 차이가 있었다. 마지막으로 성유형 특성이 매우 강하다고 인식된 직업을 반드시 포함한 타협 상황(상황 3)에서는 전체 집단 및 남·녀 집단 모두에서 흥미, 성유형, 지위 타협요인 간 선호에 차이가 없었다. 이상의 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 제시자극에 따라 청소년들의 진로타협 선호에 변화가 나타남으로써 직업에 대한 성유형 인식 정도가 진로타협에서 중요하게 작용하는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 청소년 진로지도 및 상담 실제와 본 연구에 대한 함의를 제공하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyse the compromise factor preference and the difference of compromise process in Korean youths according to perceived sex types in occupations. For the purpose, this study focused on the Gottfredson"s decision making theory, and used web-based programs including circumscription and compromise process. Subjects of the study are middle and high school students in Korea. The results are as followed. First, the male group the whole group think interests most important than sex types and prestiges of occupations. Second, the male group thinks interests most important than sex types and prestiges. The whole group shows preference difference in the order of interests, sex types and prestiges. The female group, on the other hand, prefers interests and sex types to prestiges. Third, in the situation, which included an occupation that was perceived to have strong sex types, all of three group do not show preference differences. Finally, since difference of compromise process occurs according to suggested stimulus, sensitiveness of measurements are required for the future studies. Implications of this study for the future research and practices are suggested.
