문화상호주의 공연으로서 < 사천가 >의 각색 전략

지구촌화라는 말이 일상적으로 쓰이는 오늘날 문화상호주의는 공연의 창작방식 중 하나로 자리를 잡았다. 그러나 비서구권의 문화상호주의 공연은 여전히 서구중심적인 문화상호주의 공연의 지형학을 해체하고, 서구의 소비의 대상이 아닌 예술 창작 주체로서 스스로를 실현해야 하는 과제를 안고 있다. 이자람과 판소리 만들기 자의 < 사천가 >는 예술성과 대중성 모두에서 성공한 문화상호주의 공연으로서 21세기 비서구권 문화상호주의 공연 창작을 위한 하나의 모델을 제시한다. 본 논문은 < 사천가 >의 각색 전략에 초점을 맞추어 비서구권 문화상호주의 공연이 당면하는 다양한 문제들을 어떻게 해결하고 있는가를 분석한다. < 사천가 >는 원작과 한국의 문화적 차이를 적극적으로 이용한다. 두 문화 사이의 차이를, 한국사회의 현실에서 당연하게 여겨지는 것들을 낯설게 바라보면서 한국 문화의 독특한 현실과 그 맥락을 더욱 분명히 이해하는 계기로 삼는다. 또한 < 사천가 >는 브레히트가 원작에서 제기하는 주제의 보편성은 작품의 중심에 두되 그것에 얽매이지 않는다. 선이라는 본질적인 미덕조차 의심스럽게 만드는 사회 구조와 환경을 드러내는 과정에서 < 사천가 >는 한국적 자본주의의 역사와 현실을 탐색한다. 더욱이 남성 작가로서 브레히트가 가졌던 가부장적인 사고방식의 한계를 넘어 중심인물의 직업과 구체적인 사회적 조건들을 새롭게 구축한다. 이를 통해 한국적인 성 이데올로기가 현재 한국사회의 여성들의 정체성 인식에 미치는 영향 또한 극 속에 반영한다. 원작이 제시하는 보편적 문제를 시작으로 하여 한국적 현실에 맞닿은 새로운 내러티브를 구성한다. 마지막으로 < 사천가 >는 전통을 현재 속에 살아있게 만들고자 한다. 비서구권 문화상호주의 공연에서 전통이 하나의 이국적인 장식으로 전락하는 예가 종종 있었다. < 사천가 >는 이와는 달리 판소리라는 전통 양식을 새로운 극 형식 실험의 중심에 두고 있다. 브레히트를 현대적 주제의식을 매개로 하여 판소리 고유의 세계관과 형식을 현대 관객들의 일상 속으로 가지고 온다. 이 때 창자 개인의 경험을 바탕으로 관객과의 공감대를 형성하는 것은 < 사천가 > 보이는 중요한 각색 전략 중 하나이다. < 사천가 >는 브레히트의 원작을 각색하는 데 있어서 단순화한 면이 없지 않다. 그러나 문화적 차이를 적극적으로 활용하고, 원작의 보편성을 존중하되 한국적인 특수성을 탐색하며, 전통을 현재 속에 되살리는 < 사천가 >의 전략들은 21세기 문화상호주의 공연의 방향성을 제시한다고 할 수 있다. Globalization has become one of the common terms we use everyday and in this ever changing international environment interculturalism in performance has become one of the general methods to create a new piece. One of the problems theatre artists in the Third world face in terms of interculturalism is that it has been a West-dominated area. Thus they are required to dismantle the geography of interculturalism in which the West is assumed to occupy the center and the rest of the world its periphery and to establish themselves as positive subjects to create intercultural performances on their own terms. Jaram Lee`s Sacheonga, a pansori adaptation of Brecht`s The Good Person of Szechwan, is an intercultural performance acknowledged for both its artistic achievement and popular success. It suggests a creative model for intercultural performance initiated from the Third world. This paper examines and analyzes how Sacheonga adapts Brecht`s original text into Korean cultural context and meets the challenges as an intercultural performance from the Third world. Sacheonga makes the best use of the cultural differences between the two cultures as an opportunity to observe and explore what is considered normal in Korean culture in a different light. Thus it attempts to understand and identify the specificities of Korean culture and where they come from. Sacheonga, while retaining the universal themes found in the original text, is not limited by it. Jaram Lee boldly explores the unique historical context and the presence of Korean capitalism from a critical point of view. She also examines the gender ideology of Korean culture as part of the social environment that affects Korean people`s perception of goodness. In terms of using tradition, Jaram Lee "invents" tradition in the present cultural context of Korea. Instead of using tradition as exotic decoration for the Western audience, Jaram Lee builds her narrative upon the tradition of Pansori in ways Pansori can be newly perceived by Korea audience as part of their everyday lives. It is true that Jaram Lee simplified Brecht`s complex play in some ways. Even so, this paper argues that Sacheonga suggests a creative model for the 21st century intercultural performances from the Third world as Jaram Lee creates a new narrative upon both Brecht`s text and the tradition of Pansori.

It is proposed that Hwang-Ryeon-Hae-Dok-Tang may modulate the immune response on allergy or asthma. Human nasal mucosal fibroblasts are a rich source cytokines, inflammatory mediators, and chemokines. Chemokines are important for the recruitment of leukocytes to sites of infection, which is essential in host defense. Objectives : The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of Hwang-Ryeon-Hae-Dok-Tang(HH) on the release of the IL-8 chemokine in human nasal mucosal fibroblasts after stimulation with cytokines like interleukin-4(IL-4), tumor necrosis factor- (TNF- ), interferon- (lFN- ), and interle ukin-l (IL-I ). Methods : To detect the release of IL-8, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) kit was performed. The cytotoxicity was measured by MTT assay. Results : HH significantly inhibited the secretion of IL-8 with a dose-dependant manner. The effective dosage did not have the cytotoxicity on human nasal mucosal fibroblasts Conclusions : Results of our study show that HH would play an important role in modulation of IL-8 in human nasal mucosal fibroblasts.

지상라이다를 이용한 건축물의 3차원 경계 추출

지상라이다는 고정도의 3차원 영상을 제공하고 레이저빔을 현장이나 대상물에 발사하여 짧은 시간에 수백만점의 3차원좌표를 기록할 수 있는 최신 측량장비로서 다양한 응용분야에서 두각을 나타내고 있다 본 연구에서는 지상라이다를 이용한 아파트 건축물의 3차원 경계 추출을 다루었다. 실험측량결과 지상라이다로 아파트건축물의 3차원 경계를 신속하게 추출할 수 있었지만 지상기반시스템이므로 건축물 지붕 그리고 나무, 전주 때문에 건축물 저층부에서는 이것이 쉽지 않았다. 향후 토탈스테이션, 지상라이다, 항공라이다와 항공사진측량과의 결합을 통해 효율적인 3차원공간정보 획득이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. Terrestrial laser scanner provides highly accurate, 3D images and by sweeping a laser beam over a scene or object, the laser scanner is able to record millions of 3D points' coordinates in a short period, so becoming distinguished in various application fields as one of the representative surveying instruments. This study deals with 3D building boundary extraction using Terrestrial Laser Scanner. The results shows that high accuracy 3D coordinates for building boundaries are possibly acquired fast, but terrestrial laser scanner is a ground-based system, so "no roofs", and "no lower part of building" due to trees and electric-poles, etc. It is expected that the combination of total station, terrestrial laser scanner, airborne laser scanner with aerial photogrammetry will contribute to the acquisition of an effective 3D spatial information.

복분자의 항산화 및 광독성 억제활성에 미치는 영향

Objectives : Oxidation by active oxygen in the body, phototoxicity and photoallergic interest has grown, antioxidant and phototoxicity inhibiting substances for research progress. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects on antioxidant and phototoxicity of Rubus coreanus Fruits. Meterial and Methods : Hs68 cell lines using the DPPH radical scavenging activity, cytotoxic, phototoxic inhibitory activity and apoptosis were measured. Results : 1. In MTT assay, the concentrations of Rubus coreanus Fruits that were used on the test had no cytotoxicity. 2. In DPPH radical scavenging activity, the concentration of $50{\mu}g/ml$, $100{\mu}g/ml$ anti-oxidant effect of Rubus coreanus Fruits was statistically significant increased than control group in dose-dependantly. 3. In phototoxic inhibitory activity, Rubus coreanus Fruits dose-dependently increased the cell viability of Hs68 cell lines. 4. The concentration of $50{\mu}g/ml$ Rubus coreanus Fruits inhibited the enrichment of nucleus in the Hs68 cell stimulated with UVB. Conclusions : These results indicate that Rubus coreanus Fruits has anti-oxidant effects and Phototoxic Inhibitory Activity. If further study is performed, the use of Rubus coreanus Fruits will be valuable and beneficial in the therapy of skin aging and damage.

공간정보 포탈 동향 분석에 관한 연구

공간정보 포탈은 지리데이터와 정보에 대한 커뮤니케이션과 공유를 용이하게 해주는 발견창구(discovery gateway) 라고 할 수 있다. 대개 공간정보 포탈은 운영주체 목적 등에 따라 서로 다른 기능 서비스를 제공한다. 미국 아시아국가 유럽 등 해외 공간정보 포탈 동향 조사를 통해 공공데이터와 공간정보 데이터 플랫폼의 통합, API 기능 제공, 공유형 클라우드 인프라 중심으로 공간정보 포탈이 구축되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 궁극적으로, 본 연구는 국내외 공간정보 포탈의 동향분석 결과를 제시하여 공간정보 오픈플랫폼(브이월드)의 미래발전에 기여하고자 한다. The portal is conceptualized as a discovery gateway to facilitate the communication and sharing of geographic data and information. Generally, Geospatial portal serve the different function and service according to the operational agents and goal. It was shown that Geospatial Portal might be constructed, based on the integration of the public data and Geospatial data portal, OpenAPI, shared Cloud Infrastructure. Ultimately, this study suggests the analysis results for Geospatial Information Prortal trends and contribute to the future development of Geospatial Information Open Platform(called Vworld).

계절별 RTK GPS의 Mapping 정확도 평가

본 연구에서 RTK GPS의 매핑 도구로서의 가능성을 알아보고 RTK GPS의 정확도에 영향을 주는 요인을 알아보기 위해 각각 봄과 여름에 동일대상지역에서 두 번의 현장 작업을 수행하였다. 실험결과, 겨울뿐만 아니라 나무숲이 우거진 봄에도 고층건물과 나무숲으로 둘러싸인 일부환경을 제외한 곳에서 RTK GPS로 매핑이 가능하였다. 하지만 RTK GPS의 이용성과 매핑 정확도는 높지 않았다. 따라서 위성신호수신이 용이하지 않은 도심지 등에서 RTK 매핑 시 Total Station 등의 기타 장비에 의한 현장보완측량이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. In this study, Real Time Kinematic GPS(RTK GPS) was conducted twice at the same site in two different seasons, respectively to check the possibility of it as the mapping tool, and how the factor affecting the accuracy of it. As a result, most parts of a small garden except f3r the worst environments surrounded with lots of tree canopy and several buildings were mapped using RTK GPS even in spring, full of a green foliage and winter as well. However, the mapping accuracy and the availability of RTK GPS were not so high. The study showed that it is recommended in RTK GPS mapping to utilize Total Station, etc. in the worst urban environments unable to track the satellite signals with ease.

Cetraxate 가 흰쥐 위액분비에 (胃液分泌) 미치는 경향

The present study was done to evaluate the effect of cetraxate on the gastric secretion of rats with pylorus ligation. We determined the gastric volume, acid output, total protein, mucoprotein and pepsin concentration of gastric juice 24 hours after administration. The following results were obtained. The gastric volume was decreased than control group. 2. The acid output was decreased than control group. The total protein and mucoprotein were markedly increased in spite of low dosage administration of cetraxate. 4. The pepsin concentration was not changed.

지상레이저스캐너 성능평가를 위한 테스트베드 구축 방안

3차원 지상레이저스캐너는 짧은 시간에 대상물의 수많은 위치에 대한 고정도의 3차원 좌표를 얻을 수 있는 장비로서 측지분야를 포함하여 토목공학, 고고학 및 건축, 그리고 응급서비스 및 국방 등 다양한 분야에서 널리 응용되고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 이용되는 지상레이저스캐너 장비는 대부분 외국에서 수입되고 있으며, 현재 측량장비로서 공인되지 않은 상태이다. 따라서 지상레이저스캐너를 다양한 분야에서 활용하기 위해서는 장비 검정과 성능평가를 위한 실외 표준 테스트베드가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 지상레이저스캐너의 테스트베드 구축과 관련하여 국외 사례를 고찰하여 이를 통해 국내 테스트베드 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 3D terrestrial laser scanners record high precision three-dimensional coordinates of numerous points on an object surface in a short period of time, and is applied to a wide variety of fields including geodesy, and civil engineering, archaeology and architecture, and emergency service and defence, etc. However, most of terrestrial laser scanner utilized in homeland, were imported from foreign country, and also was not authorized formally as the surveying instrument. Therefore, standard test facility to calibrate and perform its evaluation in order to utilize it in a variety of fields is required. This study deals with the test facility of foreign countries for terrestrial laser scanner and suggest the establishment scheme of domestic test facility.
