        恥齋 李範世의 「題朴秋堂畵竹十七絶」 硏究

        본 논문은 일제강점기 때 반일 성향을 지니고 그에 걸맞은 삶을 산 恥齋 李範世(1874~1940)가 당시 수차례 조선미술전람회에서 입선한 秋堂 朴 好秉(1878~1942)의 墨竹圖에 題한 시 「題朴秋堂畵竹十七絶」에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 「제박추당화죽십칠절」은 7언절구 17수로 이루어져 있다. 치재의 제화시 각각의 1,2구에는 추당의 묵죽도를 보지 않고도 각각의 대나무를 그려낼 수 있을 정도로 대나무의 특징이 섬세하고 자세하게 묘사되어 있다. 이에 더해 치재는 일반적인 한시처럼 1구 또는 2구에 시의 소제목이 함의되는 것을 원칙으로 시를 지었다. 치재는 3,4구에서는 자신의 감정은 최대한 절제하면서 대나무에 대한 해박한 지식과 대나무의 성품만큼이나 곧고 청량한 느낌을 그려냈다. 그래서 추당은 자신의 묵죽도에 치재의 제화시가운데 대나무의 형상을 묘사한 1,2구를 화제로 사용했다. 한마디로 치재의 제화시로 인해 추당의 묵죽도의 이해도가 높아지고 품격이 높아지는 결과를 낳았다. 그러므로 추당의 묵죽도를 이해하기 위해서는 치재의 제화시 가운데 묵죽도에 기재되지 않은 내용까지 모두를 아울러 살펴봐야 묵죽도에 담긴 眞意까지 파악할 수 있게 된다. 한마디로 치재의 제화시는 추당의 묵죽도를 이해하고 묵죽도의 품격을 높이는 데 있어 필수 자료라는 점에서 가치를 더한다. This paper is about Chi-Je, Bum-se Lee(1874~1940), and his 17 poems devoted to Muk-juk-do which is painted by Chu-dang, Ho-byung Park (1878~1942) who was awarded few times at a Cho-sun Art Exhibition. The 17 poems are made up of 7 phrases. Every piece of the bamboos is described at the 1st and 2nd poems. Plus, Chi-Je put the subtitles of the poems at the 1st or 2nd poems like commonal chinese poems. Chi-Je gives the refreshing and straightened feelings of bamboos in the 3rd and 4th poems of the poem, but also trying to abstain his emotions. It makes Chu-dang to write the 1st and 2nd poems at his Muk-juk-do. We can say the Chi-Je’s Je-wha poems help us understand Chu-dang’s Muk-juk-do and give its own dignity to the painting. Therefore, to understand the real meaning of Chu-dang’s Muk-juk-do, it is recommended to study the all of Je-wha poems of Chi-Je, not only the written poems at ths painting. Chi-Je’s 17 Je-wha poems have its own meaning for understanding the Muk-juk-do of Chu-dang and giving the dignity of the painting.

        사과과즙 첨가에 따른 고추장의 품질특성

        The purpose of this study was to enhance the quality of kochujang Apple juice was added to traditional Kochujang at 0%, 20%, 40%, 60 and 80%. Physicochemical and microbial characteristics were periodically investigated during at room temperature during a 90 day fermentation period. The moisture content of the apple Kochujang was higher than that of the control, while the salt content of the apple Kochujang was lower than that of the control, At first, the sweetness of the apple Kochujang showed no significant difference from the control; however, its sweetness increased during the 90 days. In all treatments, the pH value decreased during the fermentation period, while the titratable acidity increased during the fermentation period. Viscosity decreased greatly after 30 days. Sugar reduction was higher in the apple Kochujang than in the control, and its concentration increased with apple juice content. According to the analysis of free sugar, glucose, fructose, and maltose had an especially high ratio in the apple Kochujang. The organic acids detected in Kochujang were citric acid, malic acid, oxalic acid and lactic acids. The content of citric acid and malic acid were higher than the other acids in the apple Kochujang. L, a, and b values generally decreased during the fermentation period. When the Kochujang was made, the number of the total viable cells was $10^7\;CFU/g$. At room temperature, the number steadily increased up to the 30th day, then steadily decreased on the 90th day. After that, there was no significant change. The number of yeasts was $10^6\;CFU/g$ at the end of the 90th day. After the 90th day of fermentation, sensory results showed that the 60~80% apple juice Kochujang showed the best taste, appearance, texture, and overall quality.

        동종조직에서의 방사선 멸균효과에 대한 연구

        Allograft donations are commonly found to be contaminated. The most of tissue banks has promoted the use of ionizing radiation for the sterilization of biological tissues. The potential for transmission of human infectious diseases and contamination of microorganism has created serious concern for the continued clinical use of hard and soft-tissue allografts. Tissue banks have employed 15-25kGy for sterilization of hard and tendon allografts, which, according to the national standards, approaches the level at which the tissue quality is adversely affected for transplantation. The donations of allogeneic tissues to the Korea Tissue Bank over a 2-year period were reviewed, and the incidence and bacteriology of contamination were detailed. Clinical outcomes were determined for donors who had positive cultures at the time of retrieval and during the processing and they were compared with those of post sterilization. After exposure of the frozen block bone to 25kGy and the processed tissues to 15kGy of gamma irradiation, the authors were able to demonstrate complete inactivation of the bacteria. The aim of this study was to obtain the effects of gamma irradiation and the irradiation dose according to the type of tissue, through conventional microbiologic test without on influence of biocompatibility in allografts. The contamination rate after the final irradiation sterilization is 0% in the processed allografts. This may be due to the fact that the gamma radiation and processing steps are effective to control contamination.

It is translated plain and simple for Korean, exaggerative and decorative for Chinese, romantic decoravive and decoration of Tang Dynasty influnced for Japanes. All styles are showed in modern oriental styles. 본 연구에서는 한국, 중국, 일본의 전통 헤어스타일과 머리장식, 메이컵의 특성에 대하여 비교 정리해 보았다. 각 나라의 전통 헤어스타일 장식 등의 비교를 통하여 현대패션에 새롭게 해석된 오리엔탈 룩을 이해할 수 있다. 한국의 스타일은 소박하고 단순하며, 중국은 과장적이고 장식적이며 일본의 스타일은 당나라 장식의 영향과 로맨틱한 소녀적 꽃장식을 볼 수 있었다.

        미세여과 공정을 이용한 제주산 감귤 주스의 청징화

        Citrus류 과실은 독특한 풍미와 영양적 가치로 인하여 전 세계적으로 널리 섭취되고 있다. 막을 이용한 과육 주스 가공시 혼탁 유발 물질을 제거하는 동시에 유기산, 당, ascorbic acid와 같은 주요 성분의 손실을 최소화하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 감귤 주스 청징화에 가장 적합한 미세여과 막을 선정하기 위하여 surface filter인 Whatman No.4와 다섯 종류의 미세여과 막(GF/A, GF/D, GF/F, Gelman, SM)을 사용하였다. 과육에 3배의 물을 혼합한 감귤 주스를 170 mesh로 거른 후 미세여과 막이 장착된 Samduck 여과 시스템에서 막 분리하였다. 시간에 따른 flux와 HPLC로 분석한 여액내 유용성분 함량을 SAS 프로그램으로 통계처리하여 최적막을 선정하였으며 막 표면에 침착된 물질은 SEM으로 관찰하였다. 유의수준 0.10에서 시간 경과에 따라 GF/A와 GF/F 막의 flux는 감소하였으며 Gelman, SM, GF/D 막은 안정한 flux를 유지하였다. Citrate, malate 및 ascorbic acid의 농도로 대변되는 영약적 지표와 brix와 색도로 대변되는 구매 지표를 합한 종합적인 점수는 Gelman 막이 가장 높았다. 따라서, 미세여과법이 청징화시 매우 효과적인 공정이었으며 세공의 크기와 막 재질이 다양한 미세여과 막중 Gelman 막이 감귤 주스 청징화에 가장 적합한 막으로 판명되었다. Citrus fruits are consumed worldwide due to their unique flavor and nutrition value. It is necessary to remove the haze material as well as to minimize the loss of major compounds such as organic acids, sugars, and ascorbic acid in membrane processes for clarification of juice. The objective of our research was to select the best membrane among one surface filter (Whatman No.4) and five microfiltration filters (GF/A, GF/D, GF/F, Gelman, and SM). Tangerine fresh blended with three times of water was partially clarified with 170 mesh followed by prefiltration in a Samduck filtration system. The best membrane was selected by measuring the amounts of major compounds in the permeates as well as the flux which were statistically analyzed with SAS program. The foulants on the membrane surface were observed by SEM. The flux of GF/A and GF/F decreased with time at probability 0.10. Gelman, SM, and GF/D maintained the stable flux. Gelman showed the highest total scores including nutritive value (the amounts of citrate, malate, and ascorbic acid) and purchasing need (brix and color). Therefore, the microfiltration membrane process was a very effective method in tangerine juice clarification and Gelman type A/E was proved to be the best membrane among the five microfiltration membranes.

        하순에 발생한 혈관종 환자의 치험례

        Vascular anomalies are common birthmarks. A eight-month-old male infant had a small size, bright red swelling on the lower lip since birth. On cutaneous examination there was a small brightly erythematous, lobulated, soft plaque on the left side of the lower lip of $10{\times}8{\times}5$ mm. Ultrasonogram examination revealed the lesion and confirmed the diagnosis of capillary hemangioma. The decision to initiate treatment is based on many factors, including size, location and risks and benefits of the proposal therapy. Systemic corticosteroids are decided to prevent the scarring and deforming. Prednisolone was given at a dose of 2 mg/kg/day for 2 weeks followed by tapering for 6 weeks for treatment. After eight weeks there was 80% reduction in the size of the lesion and the left lower lip almost completely cleared without intraoral bleeding. Furthermore, intervention by way of systemic steroids, laser therapy or surgical debulking is appropriate and safe in a select group of patients presenting with a proliferating hemangioma. This report describes a case that was sucessfully treated by systemic steroid therapy for hemangima in intraoral region.

        상악골 전방 결손부 재건 시 견고 고정과 공간 유지로 사용된 타이타니움 메쉬의 임상 예

        Reconstruction of defect in the anterior part of the maxilla to enable implant placement or prothesis is a complicated treatment due to the anatomical position and lack of soft tissues. Two cases are presented in which autogenous iliac PMCB(particulate marrow and cancellous bone) with titanium mesh were used for premaxilla reconstruction and alveolar bone repair of the anterior maxillas prior to denture and implants fixation respectively. Cancellous bone from the anterior iliac crest was compressed and placed against a titanium mesh fixed to the bone of palate in a patient with severe defect of the anterior maxilla. There were no problem in the healing, and the anterior maxillas of two patients had increased height and width during the initial healing and remodeling. The clinical reports describe the use of titanium mesh for reconstruction of premaxilla. Autogenous bone grafts were harvested from the iliac crest and were loaded on a titanium mesh that were left in the patient's maxilla for 6 months before they were removed respectively. The radiographic analysis demonstrated that a 10mm vertical ridge augmentation had been achieved. In guided bone regeneration, the quantity of bone regenerated under the barrier has been demonstrated to be directly related to the amount of the space under the membrane. This space can diminish as a result of membrane collapse. To avoid this problem which involved the use of a titanium mesh barrier to protect the regenerating tissues and to achieve a rigid fixation of the bone segments, were used in association with autologous bone in 2 cases. The aim of this study was to evaluate the capability of a configured titanium mesh to serve as a mechanical and biologic device for restoring a vertically defected premaxilla.

        구개부에 발생한 다형성선종의 트랩도어 수술법에 대한 증례보고

        A 27-year-old female presented to our hospital with a slow growing, hard and soft palate mass on the right that had been present for the several months. Physical examination showed a 2 cm, firm, well-circumscribed, painless mass on the right side of the palate. PNS computer tomographic imaging showed a $1.5{\times}1.3{\times}2$ cm well-defined cystic mass on the right side of both the hard and soft palate without any underlying bone change. The lesion was completely excised under general anesthesia. In order to preserve the palatal mucosa, trapdoor approach for removal of the pleomorphic adenoma was done. This technique provided more comfortable healing of the operative site. Three years after surgery, there was no evidence of recurrence. If pleomorphic adenoma without bony and mucosal destruction exists, we suggest consideration of the trapdoor approach to protect the palatal mucosa. In view of the potential for tumour recurrence, long-term follow-up and careful examination are necessary.

        상악골낭종 적출술 후 이식된 이종골지지체의 술 후 8년 감염 증례

        Bone grafts are becoming increasingly common in oral and maxillofacial surgery to improve bone healing procedures. Bovine bone as a xenograft is a representative osteoconductor and space filler; however, sometimes complications, such as infection and wound dehiscence are encountered with its use. We report the result of an eight-year follow-up of a xenograft case and processing methods of inorganic bovine bone along with a review of the literature. Xenograft ($LUBBOC^{(R)}$) was used in a cyst enucleation site of the maxilla, as a bone substitute and space filler. Inflammation and infection were defined several times as lack of osseous contact between the graft and host bone, caused by remodeling failure over an eight-year period. Pathologic findings of the xenograft revealed dead bony trabeculae with inflamed fibrous tissue and actinomycosis.
