유전적 프로그래밍을 이용한 응답면의 모델링 II: 최적의 다항식 생성

This paper deals with the problem of generating optimal polynomials using Genetic Programming(GP). The polynomial should approximate nonlinear response surfaces. Also, there should be a consideration regarding the size of the polynomial, It is not desirable if the polynomial is too large. To build small or medium size of polynomials that enable to model nonlinear response surfaces, we use the low order Tailor series in the function set of GP, and put the constrain on generating GP tree during the evolving process in order to prevent GP trees from becoming too large size of polynomials. Also, GAGPT(Group of Additive Genetic Programming Trees) is adopted to help achieving such purpose. Two examples are given to demonstrate our method.

본 논문에서는 차량의 추종 주행 제어기를 비선형 상태관측자를 이용하여 설계한다. i 번째 차량(추종차량}과 i-1 번째 차량(선행차량) 간의 거리(상대거리)만을 측정하여 아는 것으로 간주 한다. 선행차량의 속도 및 가속도를 추정하기 위한 비션형 상태관측자를 설계하여 추종차량의 추종 주행 제어기에 이용할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법이 차간 통신이 필요 없음을 수학적으로 증명한다. 또한 비선형 상태관측자를 이용하여 추정한 선행 차량간의 상대속도 및 상대가속도 오차가 '0' 으로 수렴함을 증명한다. 제안한 방법의 타당성은 수학적인 증명과 더불어 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증한다. An nonlinear observer-based longitudinal control law for vehicles is presented in this paper. It is assumed that for vehicle i knows only the distance between vehicle i and the preceding vehicle, i-1. An nonlinear state observer for vehicle I is developed to estimate the velocity and acceleration of the preceding vehicle, i-1. The communication of the position, velocity, and acceleration information is not used in the proposed method. It will be shown by mathematical analysis that the longitudinal control of vehicle can be implemented without an communication of the informations. It will be proven that the observation errors of the nonlinear states converge to zero asymptotically. To show the effectiveness of the proposed method, the simulation results are presented for the longitudinal control of the vehicle.

Acoustic analysis of a moving sound source required that the measured sound signals be do-Dopplerized and restored as of the original emission signals. The purpose of this research is development of beamforming technique can be applied to the rotor noise source identification. For the do-Dopplerization and reconstruction of emitted sound wave, Forward Propagation Method is applied to the time domain beamforming technique. And validation test were performed using rotating sound source constructed by bended pipe and horn driver. In the validation test using sinusoidal sound wave, sufficient performance of signal processing can be seen, and the effect of measuring duration for accuracy was compared. In the prop-rotor measurements, the acoustic source locations were successfully verified in varying positions for different frequencies and collective pitch angle, in hover condition.
