On Formanek's central polynomials

Formanek([2]) proved that Mn(K), the matrix algebra has a nontrivial central polynomial when charK = 0. Also Razmyslov([3]) showed the same result using the essential weak identity. In this article we explicitly compute Formanek’s central polynomial for M₂(C) and M₃(C) and classify the coefficients of the central polynomial.

Nagata[3] and Higman[1] showed that nil-algebra of the nilindex n is nilpotent of finite index. In this paper we show that the bounded degree of the nilpotency is less than or equal to 2n −1. Our proof needs only some elementary fact about Vandermonde determinant, which is much simpler than Nagata’ or Higman’ proof. In [1], the structure of C(2, 2) is determined as the polynomial ring in 5 variables. In this work, we show that C(2, 3) is a free module over the subring of 9 variables. We explicitly give a presentation of C(2, 3) as free module over the polynomial ring.

With the change of times, the postal service environment and the customer's service needs are changing greatly. In this paper, we researched to improve inefficient service for registered mail by using ICT technology. ICT-based non-face-to-face registered mail discharger can deliver mail efficiently and improve customer satisfaction. In addition, it is expected that it will be able to reduce the work intensity of the mailman delivery of mail and greatly improve the working environment of the on-site deliverymen. 시대의 변화와 함께 우편서비스 환경과 고객의 서비스 요구는 크게 변화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ICT 기술을 활용하여 등기우편물에 대한 비효율적인 서비스를 개선하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. ICT 기반 비대면 등기우편물 교부기는 우편물을 효율적으로 배송하고, 고객의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 집배원들의 우편물 배달에 대한 업무강도를 경감시켜고, 현장 집배원들의 근로환경의 개선에도 크게 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
