라이프스킬 중심 체육수업을 위한 교사 전문성 프로그램 개발 및 최적화 과정 탐색

The purpose of this study was to develop and optimize a continuing professional development (CPD) program for secondary teachers to facilitate their life skills teaching in PE classes through iterative processes of development, provision, evaluation, and modification. First, online questionnaires (n = 251) and semi-structured interviews (n = 20) with secondary PE teachers were conducted to assess teachers needs. Second, an initial CPD program was developed based on principles of effective CPD (O’Sullivan & Deglau, 2006), results of needs analysis, and Basic Needs Theory life skills model (adapted from Hodge et al., 2013). With the initial program pilot test was conducted with 5 teachers and quantitative and qualitative feedback was obtained. Then, the program was adjusted, reflecting feedback from pilot test and expert review. With the modified program, pilot test was conducted with another 5 groups of teachers, and feedback was obtained. The optimized program was composed of: (a) online-based pre-training, (b) intensive workshop, (c) school observations, (d) monthly workshops, and (e) SNS sharing. The findings from the second pilot study revealed that the program enhanced teachers’ knowledge, skills, and motivations for teaching life skills in PE classes. Discussions were made regarding (a) the need for developing CPD programs based on teachers’ needs, (b) bridging gaps between theory and practice, (c) seeking diverse strategies to turn teachers into active learners. 본 연구의 목적은 핵심역량 중심의 체육과 교육과정을 실천하기 위한 구체적인 방법으로서, 라이프스킬 중심의 체육수업지도를 위한 교사 전문성 프로그램의 개발 및 최적화 과정을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 중등 체육교사 (n=251)를 대상으로 온라인 설문지와 반구조적 면담(n=20)을 통해 교사의 요구를 분석하였다. 둘째, 2015개정 체육과 교육과정을 분석하고 효과적인 교사전문성 프로그램 개발의 원리(O’Sullivan & Deglau, 2006)와 기본요구이론(basic needs theory)에 기초한 라이프스킬 모델(Hodge et al., 2013)을 이론적 프레임워크로 하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. 최초 개발된 프로그램은 파일럿테스트(2회), 전문가 회의(1회)를 통해 수정 및 보완하여 최적화 하였다. 이를 통해 최적화된 프로그램은 온라인 사전영상 교육(10모듈), 집중 워크샵(30시간), 학교 체육 수업 적용 및 관찰(6차시), 월례모임(월 1회), 모바일메신저를 통한 수업 사례 나눔의 요소를 포함하였다. 파일럿 프로그램에 참여한 교사들을 대상으로 프로그램의 효과를 탐색한 결과 전문성 개발 프로그램이 교사들의 라이프스킬 수업 실천에 필요한 지식과 기술, 심리적 동기를 함양하였고, 다양한 요소들로 구성된 역동적인 지원활동을 통하여 일회성 교육의 단점을 극복하고 교사들이 지속적으로 노력할 수 있는 원동력을 제공하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 교사의 요구에 기반을 둔 전문성 프로그램의 개발과 최적화 연구의 필요성, 이론과 실제의 간극을 줄이기 위한 노력, 능동적 학습자로서의 교사를 지원하기 위한 다양한 전략의 필요성에 대하여 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a life skills-centered teacher professional development program on students’ perceptions of the learning climate and life skills transfer. Data were collected through a survey of 294 secondary school students (n = 183, experimental group; n = 111, control group) by administering the Learning Climate Questionnaire (LCQ) and the Korean Life Skill Transfer Survey (KLSTS) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0. Results showed that there were significant differences in perceptions of the learning climate and life skills transfer between students in the experimental group and those in the control group (p < .05). Findings of the study indicated that a teacher professional development program can influence students’ perceptions of the learning climate, especially regarding autonomy, competence, and relatedness, thus promoting life skills development and transfer.
우리나라 자원기술의 획기적 증진을 위한 정책적 접근: 국내 자원개발산업

우리나라에서 자원기술의 선도적 역할 및 자원산업 육성에 대한 수요가 증가함에도 불구하고 현행 방식의 연구개발 투자 및 관리로는 빠른 시일 내로 선진국 수준에 근접하기 어렵다. 따라서 자원기술시스템 강화를 위하여 마스터플랜 또는 전략의 수립, 전문인력 및 인프라의 부족 해소, 민간기술개발의 투자 확충이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 자원기술의 획기적 증진을 위하여 자원기술 및 자원개발산업의 개념 재설정, 연구개발 투자 확충 시스템의 구축, 전문인력의 확충, 인프라의 재구축이 필요함을 제안하고자 한다. Though the demand of a leading role of resources technology and fosterage of the resources industry has increased in Korea, it is difficult for the existing investment and management of its R&D to lead to be the same level of those in more advanced countries within a short period. Therefore, in order to strengthen the resources technology system it needs to set up systematic plan or strategy, to resolve shortage of professional human forces, and to expand the investment of private technology development. In this study, we suggest the concept redefinition of resources technology and resources development industry, the establishment of expanded R&D investment system, to offer professional human forces and to reestablishment of the infrastructure for creatively improving resources technology.

The purpose of the study is to design PBL instruction model for Elementary practical Arts Education and to see the effect of the application of PBL instruction model to the unit our living and wooden goods. To this end, literatures on the designing of PBL instruction model and the effect of its application were looked into first, and then the effect of its application to the unit our living and wooden goods on the education of practical Arts Education course was examined. For the investigation, total 61 students were sampled from the two classes of Grade 6 of S Elementary School in Busan Metropolitan City and the sample group was divided into two groups, the experimental group of 30 students and the controlled group of 31 students. And the PBL model was applied to the experimental group for the comparison with the other group in the area of recognition, function, and definition.
