        아네사키 마사하루(姉崎正治)의 ‘신종교’론과 그 실천 양상

        Masaharu Anesaki (1873~1949) was a prominent Indian scholar, Buddhist scholar, and founder of Japanese religious studies. This paper highlighted one aspect of his religious studies, focusing on his ‘New religion’ theory and its practical aspects. In previous studies, confusion often arose due to the interchangeable use of ‘new religion’ and ‘New Religion’, leading to misunderstandings. However, in my analysis, I distinguish between the two terms and explore Anesaki's concept of ‘New Religion’. In this context, ‘New Religion’ refers to an ideal form of religion demanded by Japan's unique historical circumstances during that era. It represents a novel type of religion capable of harmonizing with scientific knowledge. This reflects the new trends and ideologies of the religious community that emerged in the Meiji 20s, and was mainly supported by the intellectual class. Anesaki explains that the need for ‘New Religion’ arose from the specific historical and cultural context of the Meiji era, and characterized the history of Japanese religions as a history of inclusiveness and synthesis, with ‘New Religion’ being the most notable manifestation of this characteristic. His ‘New religion’ theory, developed when he was 24~25 years old, lasted throughout his life as a religious scholar and religious person. The 1896 Conference of Religious Council(宗敎家懇談會) marked the pinnacle o f the ‘New R eligion’ m ovem ent in t he M eiji 2 0s a nd 3 0s. Masaharu Anesaki's participation in this conference had significant academic and social implications. Following this, he played a leading role in subsequent ‘New Religion’ activities such as the Society of Teiyu Ethics (丁酉倫理會), the Wartime Religious Community Meeting(戰時宗敎家懇談會) in 1904, and the Tri-Religious Meeting(三敎會同) in 1911. Reflecting on the history of interreligious cooperation from the Religious Congress of 1896 to the Tri-Religious Meeting of 1911, Anesaki took pride in leading these activities, recognizing their close association with the Department of Religious Studies that he headed within the College of Letters. From this perspective, it becomes evident that Anesaki's theory of ‘New Religion’ and his practical engagement constituted a core part that permeated his entire body of work in religious studies.

        최근 우리 사회에서는 환경적 사회적 영향과 장애 범주의 확대 등으로 인해 장 애 유아의 출현이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 「장애인 등에 대한 특수교육법」에서 명명된 장애 판정을 받은 유아 외에도 진단을 통한 발달지체 및 발달부진 유아와 성공적인 학교 교육에 방해가 되는 조건을 가지고 있다고 진단되어진 유아도 특수 교육 서비스 필요자로 분류되며 해마다 특수교육 대상자의 수가 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다.

        Effects of Cleaning Chemicals on the Surfaces of Waste Halitios discus hannai Shells

        With the increasing production of shellfish farming in Korea and neighboring countries, mountainous accumulations of waste seashells have become environmental problems. To recycle the waste seashells into any product, the first process step is to clean the dirt and other organic materials from the surface of the shells. The cleaning process should be effective and low cost in order for the final product to be commercially competitive and viable. In this paper, we report the cleaning effect of five different commercially and readily available and popular industrial and household cleaning chemicals on the surface of abalone shells: Finish, Quickclean, Chlorox, Metex TS-40A, and NaOH. The abalone shells were treated with the chemicals at 40 °C for 22 hours. All the chemicals removed effectively the organic layers in the inner and outer surfaces. Specially, we found that the NaOH solution removed the outer calcite regions preferentially than the inner aragonite region.

        유치환 시의 숭고미 연구 : 초기시를 중심으로

        본 논문은 유치환의 초기시를 숭고의 관점에서 접근하여 작품 속에 구현된 세계 인식 태도와 시학적 의미를 분석함으로써 한국 현대시의 숭고 미학에 대한 연구의 가능성을 열어놓고자 한다. 유치환 시세계의 본질이라 해도 과언이 아닌 생명에 대한 인식과 사유는 필연적으로 시적 정서의 문제와 연결되는 양상을 보이는데, 필자는 유치환 시의 미학적 특성을 '숭고'(the Sublime)의 관점에서 접근해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 유치환 시에 나타난 숭고의 미학적 특성과 언술 방식에 대해 논의해 보려는 것이다. 유치환의 초기시에 나타난 숭고미는 허무의지와 자기 부정, 그리고 자학의 서정성에서 비롯되며 이것은 절명(絶命) 의식의 고양과도 근본적으로 맞물려 있다. 그의 절명(絶命) 의식은 죽음마저 불사하겠다는 무게를 가지고 있으며 무한한 시공성 속으로 자신의 존재의미를 투사시킴으로써 독자에게 숭고의 한 극점을 느끼게 하는 것으로 파악된다. This thesis aims to look into the Sublime of aesthetics on the Yu Chi Hwan's poetry and its significance in the history of literature in 1930's. Yu Chi Hwan who has actively written poems since 1931 has continuoslly gotten good attentions and remarks from the critics. They estimated that his work accomplished higher state in poetic message. In these remarks from the contemporaries, this thesis was written for the purpose of looking into the basic paradigm of his poetic consciousness, which was revealed by researching into the aesthetic character of poetic mood mecanically accompanied with pose and trans-process of world perspective of the persona. This study is to deal with most to 『The book of life』(1947). He tried out new forms of poetry and wrote important works. He tried to invesgate the issue of life and death, an essential human predicament, by making 「The flag」. The serial poem in 1930's suggests a strong image and tone in its structure and thinking style. Thus, in this thesis, I shall illuminate and analyze the unconsciously presented prototype of the self image in the poems, so as to reveal the nihilism of self-torture meanings. I shall also examine the existential meanings that Yu Chi Hwan tries to obtain through his nihilistic poetic mood. He wrote some love story poems, but he emphasizes self-mortification. The third chapter reviews the poetic examination of objective out-side world beyond gap and isolation placed on the self and the world. This transition of poetic perception is closely related with the attitude of the persona which transmits a point of view from an abstractive and non-existential space to a concrete and common space. In later Yu Chi Hwan's work, he has attemped to freedom and redemtion in the consciousness of poem through nihilism and vital usages. The usage of the persona based by a pervaded inside consciousness purposes to encounter the life, the world, and the self which have arrived at what the speaker has thought of the essential in them by getting out of the non-existential absorbed in the common. By this perception of the world, the poet can acquire more intense and strong poetic consciousness. So many readers accept the sublime on his poetry.
