이상 기술한 내용은 수입육에 비해 한우 쇠고기는 양이나 가격면으로는 경쟁에서 이길 수 없다는 사실을 알 수 있으며, 오직 품질로써만이 경쟁력이 있다는 것을 알 수 있으므로 한우에 관한 모든 기술을 조합하여 먼저 한우의 고급육 생산에 집중하여 우선 소비자의 기호에 맞도록 하고 또한 필요한 양을 생산하여 공급하는 체계가 정착이 된다면 비육우 사업은 일정한 소득을 보장받는 안정된 사업으로 자리를 굳히게 되며, 비육우 사업농가는 필연적으로 송아지를 정기적으로 구입할 수 밖에 없으므로 송아지 가격도 동반 상승하게 되어 부업농으로써 번식우를 하는 농가도 소득을 보장 받게 되기 때문에 송아지 생산농가도 늘어나게 되어 자연적으로 수급조절이 이루어지는 자연스러운 시장경제 체제에 의한 한우사육에 대한 수급 및 공급안정이 이루어지는 사업이 될 수 있으리라고 확신한다.

불소함유 소와열구전색재 도포 후 법랑질의 불소농도 변화에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to verify quantitatively the incorporation of fluoride into human enamel from fluoride-containing sealants and to compare the difference in the degree of enamel fluoride uptake and characteristics of fluoride releasing patterns between two fluoride-containing sealants with different releasing mechanisms The author used two fluoride-containing sealants, Teethmate-F releasing fluoride by hydrolysis and Fluroshield releasing fluoride by anion exchange, and one non-fluoridated sealant, Concise. Sealants were applicated on smooth buccal surface of each enamel block. 4 enamel blocks from a pair of pre-molars from same person were basic experimental unit, and 10 pairs of pre-molar from same person were used in each experiment. 2 enamel blocks were applicated by Teethmate-F and Fluroshield, and the rest 2 blocks were used as control, one of them was applicated by Concise (Control-Concise). Acid-etching as a conventional step in sealant application was not performed. During 4 weeks after application of sealants, the concentration of released fluoride ion from sealants was measured and, at the end of experimental period, enamel fluoride concentration was measured at three successive depth. The results obtained.. Were as follows; 1. The release of fluoride ion from two fluoride-containing sealants decreased as time passed and, 4 weeks after application, Teethmate-F released 0.13 jtgF/cm /day and Fluroshield released 0.17 itgF/cm /day. The total amount of fluoride released from Fluroshield(28.82 itgF/cm) was 2.6 times that of from Teethmate-F(10.96 pg/em2). Especially, during first 24 hours, Fluroshield released 62%(17.91 ptg/cm2/day) of total amount released for 4 weeks and it was about 10 times that of Teethmate-F(1.86 ug/cm2/day). 2. The enamel fluoride concentrations 4 weeks after application of Teethmate-F and Fluroshield were 2328 ± 177 and 2539±177 ppm at 5 pm enamel depth, 1894±170 and 1927±186 ppm at 10 gm enamel depth, and 975±140 and 950±116 ppm at 20 ,Um enamel depth, respectively. 3. Enamel fluoride uptake from Fluroshield was greater than from Teethmate-F only at 0-5um enamel depth (p <0.05) and there were no statistically significant differences between two fluoride-containing sealants at any other enamel depth. 4. More than 50% of fluoride incorporated into enamel was in the form of apatitic fluoride and there was no statistically significant difference in increased degree of apatitic fluoride between two fluoride-containing sealants.

T-S Fuzzy Identification을 이용한 유도전동기 구현에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 비선형 시스템에 대하여 Takagi-sugeno(T-S) 퍼지 Identification을 이용하여 유도전동기의 비선형 다변수 시스템을 선형화 할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. T-S 퍼지 모델의 선형화는 퍼지 규칙들 및 소속 함수들의 산술적인 계산으로 인해 선형화가 쉽지 않다. 그러므로 T-S 퍼지 Identification을 이용하여 퍼지 규칙 및 소속함수들의 추정을 통해 높은 정확도를 가지는 선형 모델로 제공한다. In this paper, it suggest that nonlinear multivariable system control of induction motor using 'T-S Fuzzy Identification' 'T-S Fuzzy model of linearization' is not easy because of that arithmetic is difficult in computation of the function. Therefore 'T-S Fuzzy Identification' is suggested that the rules and functions through the estimation of high accuracy provides linearized model.

EU 배출권 거래제도의 철강 무역에 대한 영향관계 실증분석

배출권 거래제도 시행 이후 EU는 배출권 거래제도가 기업들에게 탄소배출 감축을 위한 효율적 방법으로 인식하고 있다. 그러나 탄소 에너지 사용의 집약도 뿐만 아니라 무역노출, 시장구조 및 탄소저감 비용의 업종간 차이로 인해 배출권 거래제도는 철강, 알루미늄, 펄프, 시멘트, 화학 등의 산업에 특히 심각한 영향을 끼칠 것으로 분석되기도 했다. 특히 철강 산업은 매우 탄소 집약적 산업으로 상대적인 저마진 구조로 국제적으로 거래되며 노동 고용률이 높아 배출권 거래제와 관련하여 가장 민감한 산업으로 여겨진다. 실제로 EU ETS 2단계(2008.1.1∼2012.8.31) 기간 유럽의 배출권가격과 철강 시장과의 관계를 조사한 결과 배출권 가격 변화가 유럽의 철강재 수출입에 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 이와 같은 분석을 바탕으로 배출권 거래 도입 시 EU 시장보다 수출입 비중이 월등히 높아 대외여건 변화에 민감한 우리 철강업체가 받을 영향은 현재 예측 불가능하다. 따라서 국내 제조업의 근간인 철강산업의 안정적 발전을 위해 배출권 거래제는 주변국들의 상황을 참고하면서 유연하게 실행되어야 한다고 판단된다.

A dramatic increase of data produced by simpler methods of nucleic acid sequencing has needed the fast analysis of sequence data in research of gene organization. A computer program was developed for search of tRNA genes from linear DNA sequences. This program was based on the property that the DNA sequences reflect the tRNA secondary structure that has the clover leaf shape. And this program was designed to be able to work where an intervening sequence (IVS) may or may not be present. The program has been successfully applied to tRNA genes of yeast where an IVS may or may not be present.

The author reports on the personnel radiation dose accumulated during the past years in the Atomic Energy Research Institute, No one has recieved over the maxi-mum permissible dose. Same time the hematological findings are reviewed statistically. Some leucopenic status have been found but non of them seemed to be radio-logically significant.
