      • 한국무용 공연현황 및 마케팅 전략의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        오늘날 한국무용은 세계화의 흐름 속에서 우리의 전통문화를 재조명 재해석하여 세계적 보편성을 가진 무용문화로 현대화 시켜야 하는 과업을 지니고 있다. 이 같은 한국무용계의 숙원사업을 달성하기 위해서는 효율적 마케팅 전략이 필요하기 때문에 그 방안을 연구하는 과제를 본 논문의 주제로 삼았다. 한국무용 현황을 분석하기 위해 본 연구는 관련 단행본과 선행연구, 문화예술 총서, 문예연감, 전문서적, 정기간행물, 석, 박사 논문 등의 자료들을 수집하여 연구하였고, 특히 문화관광부와 한국문화관광정책연구원의 자료와 문서를 활용하였다. 본 연구는 한국무용의 경영이론을 정리하면서 무용공연 시장의 중요성을 파악하고, 그 활성화 방안을 연구하였으며, 관객개발의 필요성도 고찰해보았다. 무용공연의 현황 및 문제점을 연구하여 국내 무용단의 활성화와 각 예술 단체의 지역별 공연현황을 조사해보았으며 국제교류의 진전 상황도 살펴보았다. 해외 무용단의 한국공연은 무용계를 자극하여 실험예술들의 형성을 도왔으며 문화예술계의 관심을 불러일으키면서 학문연구에 수용되어가는 점을 알 수가 있다. 스포츠, 레저문화, 영화산업분야에서는 마케팅의 효율적 적용이 활발한데 비해서 무용공연에서의 마케팅은 아직도 전문인 수준에 도달하지 못한 것이 사실이다. 무용공연의 새로운 흐름으로는 전문 무용단 중심으로 연중 공연 횟수가 늘어난 점, 장기공연이 많아 진 점과 재 공연을 통한 레퍼토리 작업이 활발해진 점, 기획공연이 늘어난 현상과 해외 무대 진출 등이 두드러진 현상으로 파악되었다. 특히 특정 계층을 위한 기획프로그램이 증가되고 있었으며 창작보다 한국무용공연이 확산되어가고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 한국무용 공연의 활성화 전략은 무용예술인 등 특정한 집단의 예술의식의 개혁이 전제되어야 하며, 투자와 정부의 정책 지원이 필요하다. In these days, Korean dance has a great task to analyze and illuminate Korean traditional culture again in order to develop Korean danceas the modernized dance culture which has universality in the world. To achieve this long cherished desire of Korean dance groups, efficient marketing strategies are needed; therefore, the subject of this thesis is to research the schemes. To analyze the present status of Korean dance, I collected and reviewed related books, pre-researches, series of culture and art books, periodicals as well as master's and doctor's theses. I especially reviewed the data and documents of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and KCTPI. In this thesis, I disclosed the importance of dance performance marketing and researched the scheme of revitalization and then also examined the necessity of enlightenment of audiences along with studying Korean dance marketing theories. In order to research the present condition of dance performance and problems, I investigated domestic dance groups' development and regional performance situations as well as the progress of international exchanges. Foreign dance groups'performances in Korea have stimulated Korean dance groups and helped to constitute of experimental art with interest and then it is being accepted in academic researches. In fact, efficient applications of marketing in sports, leisure, and movie industries have made good use of it. Nevertheless, the marketing in dance performances has not been reached a professional degree yet. The new stream of dance performance is increase of annual and long term performances with professional dance group. Besides them, repertory works of re-performances, project performances, and performances into foreign stages are understood as new stream. Especially,the project performances for a specified class have been increased and more Korean dance performances have been spread than creative dance performances. The strategies of revitalization for Korean dance performance supposed to be based on reforms in dance artists'or specific groups' awareness of art. In addition, public investment and government's policy support are needed.

      • 과학영재교육에 대한 학부모와 교사의 인식과 요구도 비교 연구

        우리나라는 자원이 부족하고 국토가 협소한 현실에서 국제 사회의 선진국 대열에 동참하기 위해서는 과학기술 분야의 인재 발굴과 양성이 무엇보다도 중요한 과제이다. 우리에게는 과학영재교육을 더 이상 미룰 수 없는 과제가 되었으며 올바른 과학영재교육을 시행하기 위해서는 영재교육에 대한 올바른 정의가 선결되어야 할 것이고, 사회적인 관심이나 국가적으로 요구되는 영재아 선발과 교육 프로그램 개발에 활발한 연구가 필요하다. 학부모와 교사가 과학영재교육을 어떻게 인식 있으며 그들이 요구하는 과학영재교육은 어떤 방향인지 제시해 보고자 한다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정된 문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학영재교육의 필요성에 대한 학부모와 교사들의 인식은 어떠한가? 둘째, 앞으로 이루어져야 할 과학영재교육의 방향에 대한 학부모와 교사의 요구도는 무엇인가? 연구대상은 창원시에 위치하고 있는 중·고등학교에 근무하는 교사 200명과 아파트 밀집지역과 백화점을 중심으로 학부모 200명을 대상으로 무작위로 선정하였다. 설문지는 교사와 학부모용으로 2종으로 구성되어 있으며 연구 목적에 맞게 각각 23문항으로 재구성하였으며 본 결과는 minitab14로 chi-square분석과 빈도와 백분율을 사용하였다. It is the facing work that we should find out and cultivate the talented children for the science technology progress under lacking of resources with a small territory, which is the important key factor to enter the advanced country. We can not postpone the facing work any more, so not only need to establish the right definition and the reasonable regulation to implement the specific science education for the talentedchildren but also need the social interest in the education and the research to make the better education and the fully sufficient selection program for the gifted children. This research is going to make the right direction for the specific science education of the talented children and analyze the recognition difference of the education with parents and teachers major group of research. The following things are the required subjects to accomplish this research First, what are the parents and the teachers' cognizance of the necessity of the specific science education? Second, what is the right direction to advance for the specific science education by the demands of parents and teachers? The research target are 200 teachers in junior and high school and 200 parents at the department store and the apartment complexity based on Changwon city, who had been selected randomly. The survey list is two types for teacher and parent andhas been reorganized 23 questions to suit the research. The data had been analyzed by Chi-square analysis and frequency with the tool of the statistical software 'Minitab14'. The summary of the research is as followed. First, parents and teachers believe that the talented children is being selected to get the specific science education and we should have more interest in the science specific education as the cultivating program of the genuine people in science technology from government for the gifted children who has better creation and science discernment. Second, the well-designed education for the gifted children is growing up more science experts and to help self-learning for them, which should be implemented from the beginning of elementary school, it is the most effective way we had the research. Third, the specific education for the gifted children currently implementing is insufficient by lacking of the financial assistance and the information sharing of government. Finally, the well designed education for the brilliant children should be implemented by local university or local government education office and also need more experts developing the education program and teachers for responding the education. The important thing is that the teacher should have much knowledge on that. We all hope that the people who accomplishes with the education program works for growing economy or take the expert role for the science technology.

      • Kano 모형을 통한 항공서비스과 교육서비스품질요소와 학생만족간의 관계연구

        ABSTRACT The relation between the quality of education service and student's satisfaction in Aerial Service : a study based on Kano;s Model Lee Soomi Tourism management The Graduate School of Tourism Sejong University This study was conducted with the aim to analyze the needs of educations consumers by investigating how the students in the department of air service recognize the education service factors in terms of category using Kano’s dualistic service quality theory; suggest, based on the findings, the directions towards education service management for providing educations services, and further determine the effect of education quality factors on students satisfaction. To achieve the purpose of this study, the author has derived education service factors through literature analysis, finally selected 22 quality factors needed for evaluating education service quality, conducted a questionnaire survey with the first and second grade students of the Department of Air Service in I University that has the longest history and a good reputation in Oct 2015 as part of empirical research. More specifically, the author distributed questionnaires to students, explained the guidelines to how to reply to answer positive and negative questions in Kano Model, and collected the answered questionnaires on the spot. A total of 400 self-administered questionnaires were distributed and 380 questionnaires were collected. Of them, 364 questionnaires (excluding 16 questionnaires that were insincerely replied) were used for an analysis. To verify Research Subject 1, the author conducted an empirical survey using Kano questionnaire with students in the department of air service to classify the types of the student’s recognition on education service quality based on Kano Model, and based on the findings derived Better indexes and Worse indexes. To verity Research Subject 2, the author conducted a factor analysis and a reliability analysis of the collected data, refined measurement items and then verified the effect relationship between variables through a regression analysis. Under the theoretical background, the author composed the sub-factors of education service quality and derived professor, eduction, administration and physical environment factor as sub-factors through an factor analysis. The author conducted a regression analysis of the effect relationship between the results of Research Subject 1 and the measurement variables derived from the results of Research 2 based on the dualistic analysis of Kano Model, and thereby derived the following conclusions. First, of education service types, 6 of a total 22 items among education service quality types have been classified as attractive quality. Of them, 3 items were administration factors, 3 items were professor factors and 1 item was education factor. The contents of respective items were: ‘wide choice for course’, ‘classroom teaching’ and ‘a wide range of credit acquisition methods (e.g. classroom teaching, cyber class and replacement of certification, ‘faculty motivates students to participate in educational process’, ‘ongoing consultation between professions and students’, and ‘industry-academy cooperation programs run efficiently’, implying that providing more options for courses and diversifying credit acquisition method increases the students satisfaction. In addition, the results showed that there is a need of information exchange through networking with senior students, seamless communication with faculty, motivation and efforts to link education and employment through running practical programs which will help student to find jobs after graduation. Second, of education service quality types, 6 of a total 22 items have been classified as unitary quality. Of them, 4 items corresponded to physical environment factor, 1 item corresponded to professor factor and 1 item corresponded to administration factor. The unitary quality perceived by students include: ‘The school is well equipped with the latest educational equipment and laboratories (mock up)', ‘convenient dormitory facilities’, and ‘shuttle bus service for commuting to school’ in physical environment factors, indicating students prefer the educational environment equipped with the mock-ups similar to the corresponding sites and lab equipment, and the improvement of basic amenities(e.g. dormitory facilities, shuttle bus and canteen) and environment will increase the students satisfaction. Third, of education service quality types, 10 of a total 22 items have been classified as indifferent quality. OF the, 5 items were education factors, 2 items were professor factors, 2 items were physical environment factors and remaining 1 factor was administration factor. The followings were classified as indifferent quality: ‘major subjects are efficiently configured with theories and practice hours’, ‘instruction by native-speaking professors improve speaking ability’, ‘English class by levels runs smoothly’, ‘teaching methods fit the nature of curriculum (e.g. lecture, presentation, and debate, etc.) and ’service programs are useful’, indicating that students majoring air service do not raise significant objection to the policies and education factors since they have solid objective(i.e. employment at airlines) to achieve during 2-year course. (In fact, they did not show great interests in school events or attendance system) Forth, as a results of comparing the education service quality classification by grade, the 5 items showed different results, implying that the expectation and interest factor relating to education service vary depending on the grade according to the needs and environment for respective grade students. Fifth, for the ranking of education service quality Better indexes and Worse indexes, the item placed at the highest Better index and the second Worst index was ‘a wide range of scholarships and the benefits are adequate’, implying that providing scholarships can be recognized as a very attractive factor for the students and parents who live in the era of economic uncertainty. Thus, to increase the competitiveness of schools, it is required to establish scholarship systems that fit such needs. Lastly, the findings of this study suggested that effect relationship is meaningfully influenced by professor factor, education factor, administration factor and physical environment factor. In this study, the author investigated how the students in the department of air service recognize education service quality in terms of properties, and, based on the findings, determined the needs to which priority is put for students satisfaction. In addition, the author researched into the relationship between education service quality and students satisfaction, and thereby the determined the factors of service quality factor influencing students satisfaction, and based on the findings suggested implications for the management of education service quality.       • Oboe주자의 호흡법 및 reed제작에 관하여

        The dissertation deals on the production of reed of oboe, the breathing and posture which are the most fundamental factors to oboe players. The basic skill to produce a oboe sound is breathing, resulted form vibration of reed. To make the best sonorities of oboe, first of all, the most recommendable breathing is doing the mixture breath of abdominal and arib breathing. The arib breath is regarded as the most effective way to expand the abdominal region. On the other side to produce good sonorities, all oboe players shuld be very skillful to make reeds that are abre to make the most accurate pitch. The reed crafted prefect-completed procedure has to sound the note C and B very easily throughout three octaves, and also should possesses stability and flexibility for comfortable sound. All procedure to a make good reed, therefore, needs well-trained craftsmanship, which requires not only all functional techniques, but also needs broad knowledge, including musicality, many experiences and proper breathings. In order to make most effective and satisfactory sonorities, every oboe player should always try to fit and find the appropriate individual features: the lung capacity, physiological differences, thickness of lips and pressure of breathing etc. For the most effective posture to produce good oboe sounds, I mentioned several ways as recommendable and bad postures. Usually, comfortable postures are more effective among many postures which are described already.
