Fluorescence chemosensors to sense chiral molecules have been actively studied in recent years. In the current study, we report naphthoimidazolium-cholesterol derivative (NI-chol 1) as a fluorescence based chemosensor for chiral recognition, in which naphthoimidazolium serves not only as fluorophore but also as a recognition moiety for anions via imidazolium (C-H)<sup>+</sup>--anion binding and the cholesterol unit acts as a chiral barrier. In particular, NI-chol 1 displayed unique and distinct ratiometric changes with Boc-D-Phe, on the other hand, Boc-L-Phe induced a negligible change. Furthermore, distinct downfield shift (from 9.64 ppm to 9.96 ppm) of the imidazolium C-H peak were observed for Boc-D-Phe (5 eq.) with severe broadening, which indicates strong ionic hydrogen bonding between the C-H proton and carboxylate.
사회불안 성향자의 발표수행에 대한 피드백 조작이 타인의 기대 및 사회적 능력 지각, 예기불안에 미치는 영향

Background: This study examined the effect of feedback manipulation on anticipatory anxiety, perceived others’ expectations, and social ability insocially anxious individuals. Methods: One hundred individuals with high social anxiety and one hundred individuals with low social anxiety screened by Social Phobia Scale(SPS) were randomly assigned to four feedback conditions(i.e., the positive feedback condition, the non-negative feedback condition, the negative feedback condition, and the non-positive feedback condition). Results: In the two positive feedback conditions(i.e., the positive feedback condition and the non-negative feedback condition), following feedback manipulation, participants experienced increased perceived others’ expectations, increased perceived social ability, and reduced anticipatory anxiety regardless of participants groups. In the two negative feedback conditions(i.e., the negative feedback condition and the non-positive feedback condition), following feedback manipulation, participants experienced reduced perceived others’ expectations, unvarying anticipatory anxiety, and unvarying social ability. Individuals with high social anxiety rated feedback acception in the two negative feedback conditions higher than in the two positive feedback conditions. Conclusion: The clinical implications and limitations of the present study were discussed. 본 연구에서는 발표 수행에 대한 피드백 조작이 타인의 기대 및 사회적 능력 지각, 예기불안에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 사회불안 수준이 높거나 낮은 대학생들을 네 가지 다른 피드백 조건(각각 긍정적, 비부정적, 부정적, 비긍정적 피드백) 중 하나에 무선 할당하여 실험을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 타인의 기대 지각에 대해, 피드백 조건과 시점의 상호작용이 유의미하였다. 둘째, 사회적 능력에 대해, 피드백 조건과 시점의 상호작용이 유의미하였다. 셋째, 예기불안에 대해, 참가자 집단과 시점의 상호작용과 피드백 조건과 시점의 상호작용이 유의미하였다. 넷째, 피드백 수용성에 대해, 참가자 집단과 피드백 조건의 상호작용이 유의미하였다. 본 연구 결과에 대한 임상적 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.

‘Dabokchal, a glutinous rice variety (Oryza sativa L.) with a medium late maturation period was developed by the Departmentof Crops and Food, JARES in 2020. It was derived from a cross between the glutinous cultivar ‘Shinmyeongheugchal’ with the good glutinousproperties and ‘Hwangkumnodeul’ as a high yielding source. The progenies of the cross were selected by bulk and pedigree breeding methoduntil the F8 generation. As a result, a promising line, JR53-28-4-10-5-3, was advanced and designated as the name of ‘Jeonbuk12’ in 2018. The ‘Jeonbuk12’ local adaptability test was carried out at four locations during 3 years from 2018 to 2020. This variety headed on August13, which was eight days later than ‘Sinseonchal’ in Honam plane. The culm and panicle length of this variety was 70 cm and 22 cm, respectively. This variety has about 16 tillers per hill and 92 spikelets per panicle. The ratio of ripened grain is approximately 84.9% and 1000-grainweight was 24.9 g in brown rice. This variety has a higher amylose content compared to that of ‘Sinseonchal’. The yield performance ofbrown rice was 591 kg/10a in the local adaptability test. This cultivar is considered to be adaptable to the Honam plain area of Korea (RegistrationNo. 9602).
환영과 반영, 유배와 해방의 장소 - 클레르 드니 Claire Denis의 <개입자 L'Intrus>에 나타난 도시공간 연구

Atypique, iconoclaste et inclassable, Claire Denis est l'une des réalisatrices les plus présentes et emblématiques du cinéma français depuis plus de vingt ans. Cette cinéaste vagabonde, ne cesse de repousser ses propres limites physiques, intellectuelles, plastiques et sensorielles. Dans son univers cinématographique, se brouille la dichotomie Nord/Sud, colons/colonisés. Ainsi, les films de Denis permettent aux spectateurs de découvrir le caractère métissé et dynamique dans les villes comme Busan, Djibouti ou Papeete. Comme dans ses autres oeuvres, les villes de L'Intrus, le plus labyrinthique film de Denis, ne sont pas simplement des décors. Elles se donne comme lieu concret d'une combinaison des êtres, d'une incorporation des existences. Dans ce film, les villes sont les lieux paradoxaux où l'identité et la différence, la mêmeté et l'étrangeté coexistent. Lieux de mémoire, les corps deviennent les lieux où se réfléchit le monde. Ils sont une zone d'indétermination, d'indiscernabilité dont le déploiement dissout toute identité, renverse toute différenciation. Dans L'Intrus, de Genève jusqu'à Papeete, en passant par Busan, les frontières des territoires ne connaissent plus de limites. Les villes dessinent la transgression des limites et témoignent la dévalorisation de l'impérialisme occidental. Cinéma de la marge, de l'incarnation, les films de Claire Denis invitent les spectateurs à revoir le monde, à le capter autrement. Avec L'Intrus notre réalisatrice explore “la mondialisation” à sa manière, de façon très esthétique. Les identités troublantes et les frontières brouillées dévoilent les processus d’altération qui affectent notre être à l'époque post coloniale.

The purpose of this study is to categorize how college students perceive coaching topics and to revitalize college students' coaching based on an understanding of the perception of each type. The Q methodology was used for this study. The Q sample was 33 coaching topic items, and the P sample was 38 college students. As a result, four perception types were revealed. Namely, “self-management topic-seeking type,” “relationship formation topic-seeking type,” “balanced life topicseeking type,” and “continuous life topic-seeking type.” When coaches can understand each type's characteristics based on these results, they can contribute to their students’ efforts to develop their lives while at college.
<생선 쿠스쿠스 La Graine et le Mulet>와 지중해권 해항도시 세트 Sète에 나타난 혼종과 소통의 미학

La graine et le mulet, troisième long métrage d'Abdellatif Kechiche réussit à situer cet auteur dans la grande lignée du cinéma français et méditerranéen. Pourtant, Kechiche ne se présente pas seulement comme un véritable héritier de Renoir ou de Pagnol. Ce film permet aux spectateurs de trouver un changement profond dans le cinéma contemporain français. Le mélange de genres, celui de langues et de diverses tonalités dans ce film construisent un tissu riche d’une cohabitation des contraires et brouillent leur système de hiérarchie. Le gros plan et le plan d’ensemble que notre cinéaste privilègie représentent merveilleusement la richesse et l’énergie collective dans la culture méditerranéenne actuelle en France. Sète, c'est une ville qui possède une identité culturelle spéciale. Elle a une place qui oscille sans cesse entre tradition et avant-garde dans son histoire. Cette ville portière méditerranéenne se trouve un cadre parfait pour cette ode à la solidarité familiale. La ville d'artiste comme Georges Brassens devient un endroit qui reflète la mixité inévitable et potentiellement féconde entre les deux rives de la Méditerranée,A la fois réaliste et poétique, Kechiche représente l'hybridité dynamique dans la communauté méditerranéenne. Cette spécificité méditerranéenne que notre réalisateur montre, permet aux spectateurs de retrouver le vrai visage de la France d'aujourd'hui. C'est l'Hexagone métissé qui nous dévoile sa vitalité, ses apories et ses espoirs.
