        확률론적 시뮬레이션 분석방법을 적용한 건축개발사업의 재무적 타당성 분석

        Construction development work invents profit as those finalize object, and a make or break success of project depends on correct analysis and forecast business feasibility at project early. Business feasibility study would be decision-making under precarious situation because is connoting uncertainty that is future. estimate at present visual point essentially. Under uncertainty, a decision-making method is based on probability theory of statistics, but business feasibility study had applied with not feasibility study by probabilistic decision method but it by determinism derision method so far. Therefore in this study doing decision-making by a probability theory method for successful project at early business feasibility study, it present a probabilistic study method that use simulation that can supply a little more correct and reliable data to decision-maker As result, a probabilistic study method is more suitable than deterministic study method as technique for a financial feasibility study of construction development work. Making good use of this probabilistic study method at important business or careful decision-making, because efficient Judgment that is based accuracy and authoritativeness may become available. 건축개발사업은 목적물을 완성시킴으로써 이윤을 창출하는 사업이고, 프로젝트의 성공을 좌우하는 것은 프로젝트 초기에 사업타당성을 정확히 분석하고 예측하는 것에 달려있다. 사업타당성 분실은 본질적으로 현재시점에서 미래예측이라는 불확실성을 내포하고 있으므로 불확실한 상황 하에서 의사결정을 할 수밖에 없다. 이러한 불확실성 하에서의 의사결정방법은 통계학의 확률이론에 기초하고 있지만, 지금까지 사업 타당성 분석은 확률론적 결정방법에 의한 타당성 분석이 아니라 결정론적 방법에 의한 타당성분석을 적용하여 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 초기 사업 타당성 분석 시 프로젝트의 성공을 위해 확률론적 방법에 의한 의사결정을 함으로써, 의사결정 자에게 좀 더 정확하고 신뢰성 있는 자료를 제공할 수 있는 시뮬레이션을 이용한 확률론적 분석방법을 제시한다. 본 연구 결과 확률론적 시뮬레이션 기 법은 건축개발사업의 재무적 타당성 분석 기법으로 적합하다. 중요한 사업 또는 신중한 의사결정시 이 방법을 활용함으로서 정확성과 신뢰성에 근거하여 효율적인 판단이 가능해 질 것이므로 그 활용성이 기대된다.

        저전력 멀티미디어 통신을 위한 전력 의식 움직임 추정 기법

        본 논문에서는 저전력 멀티미디어 통신을 위한 새로운 전력 의식 움직임 추정 기법을 제안한다. 동영상 압축 기법에서 가장 많은 전력을 소모하는 것은 움직임 추정 기법인데, 일반적으로 성능이 우수한 기법일수록 전력 소모도 높다. 제안하는 움직임 추정 기법에서는 서로 다른 전력 소모와 성능을 가지는 여러 개의 움직임 추정 기법 중에서 연산량과 전력 소모의 절충을 고려하여 최적의 움직임 추정 기법을 실행 중에 적응적으로 선택한다. 제안하는 움직임 추정 기법은 현재 사용되는 대부분의 움직임 추정 기법에 쉽게 적용될 수 있으며, 추가되는 연산량이나 하드웨어 부담도 거의 없다. 모의 실험 결과에 따르면 제안하는 움직임 추정 기법은 기존의 움직임 추정 기법에 비교하였을 때 동일한 성능에서 전력 소모를 1/15.7~1/5.6으로 줄일 수 있었다. In this paper, novel power-aware motion estimation is proposed for low-power multimedia communication. In the video compression, motion estimation dominates the total power consumption, where better performance usually requires more power consumption. Among several motion estimation algorithms with different performance and power, the proposed motion estimation adaptively selects the optimal algorithm during run-time, considering the trade-off between performance and power. The proposed motion estimation can be easily applied to various motion estimation algorithms with negligible computation or hardware overhead. According to simulation results, the proposed motion estimation reduces the power consumption to 1/15.7~1/5.6 without performance degradation, when compared to the conventional algorithms.

        분절형 PC 공법을 적용한 정밀산업시설 대경간 바닥구조시스템의 동특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study dynamic make a study about dynamic characteristic of long-span floor system based on segmented PC method. In this study, half scale experimental model based on similitude law that applied segmented PC method proposed from previous studies was mocked up, and then dynamic characteristics of experimental model were found by experimental modal analysis and modeling method for dynamic analysis was modified by comparing the results of the experiment and analysis about dynamic characteristic. In conclusion, this study find out the dynamic characteristics (natural frequency, mode shape, transfer function) of floor structural system appling segmented PC method using the modal analysis by experimental method and program analysis method about long span structure and general structure in micro-vibration facilities. Also, long-span floor system based on segmented PC method could be verified to get vibration performance of similar or more level compared with the existing structure less than 17m span.

        바닥구조의 내부보 배치와 강성을 이용한 수동형 진동저감

        The performance of passive control by structural design for floor vibration may depend on boundary condition, member length, dimension and beam arrangement in floor system. In this study, 9 types of beam-girder floor system were set up and statically designed for the 12m×12m of column module building, according to the beam arrangement. Dynamic analysis was performed for the each floor system and the results were analysed to take structural design factors for passive vibration control in floor. Conclusively, some significant design factors were found as followings; (1) Joist slab system is effective in view of static design and structural material quantity but contrary to floor vibration design since it has almost one way stiffness and the other stiffness is extremely weak. (2) While floor beam arrangement consists of interior large beam and crossing small beams, this floor system has two way stiffness and vibration response was less then joist floor system. (3) As far as stiffness ratio between two perpendicular direction in floor system is less 7, it is effective for the passive control of floor vibration and there is only little difference in vibration response.

        셀룰로오스 섬유 함유 일축 연신 폴리비닐알코올 필름의 열 수축 특성

        셀룰로오스 섬유를 함유한 일축 연신 폴리비닐알코올(PVA) 필름의 열 수축 특성을 살펴보았다. 열처리된 일축 연신 PVA 필름은 열처리 온도 및 시간 증가에 따라 사슬 배향 고정화 현상에 의하여 필름 사용 온도 증가에 따른 열 수축률이 낮아짐을 알 수 있었다. PVA에 셀룰로오스 섬유가 첨가되면 열 수축 감소 현상이 더 두드러지며 마이크로 셀룰로오스 섬유가 나노 셀룰로오스 섬유에 비하여 더 효과적으로 열 수축이 감소하였다. 하지만, 마이크로 셀룰로오스 섬유는 나노 셀룰로오스 섬유에 비하여 상대적으로 PVA와의 혼화성이 떨어지고 그 결과, 일축 연신 PVA 필름의 편광 필름 적용에서 가장 중요한 광학 특성을 감소시킴에 따라 PVA 편광 필름의 광학 특성 유지와 치수 안정성 개선을 동시에 얻기 위하여 나노 셀룰로오스 섬유가 첨가된 연신 PVA 필름이 더 적합함을 확인하였다. Thermal shrinking behaviors of uniaxially oriented polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films with cellulose fibers were studied. Thermal annealing process with optimum temperature and time resulted in the decrease of thermal shrinkage in uniaxially oriented PVA film due to the heat setting in chain orientation. Beside thermal annealing, the thermal shrinkage could be reduced by adding cellulose fibers in PVA. It was found that micro cellulose fiber is more effective than nano cellulose fiber in order to obtain less thermal shrinkage. However, micro cellulose fiber caused the lowering of optical transmittance because of relatively poor mixing with PVA compare to nano cellulose fiber. As a result, uniaxially oriented PVA film with nano cellulose fiber is found to be a more appropriate material for the polarized film in optical applications with increasing dimensional stability as well as maintaining of transmittance.

        The purpose of this paper is to examine how the diffusion of Islam has affected the traditional culture of Central Asia. Historically The Central Asia has been the potential area where the Silk Road passed through, and underground resources are abundant. After the diffusion of Islam in Central Asia, this area was islamized and mixed Islam with their own cultural heritage. Hence, this area has the peculiar Islamic culture combined culture of Central Asia with Islam. This research is to examine the diffusion of Islam in Central Asia and to show the relation between traditional culture in the area and Islam, Shamanism.

        이라크의 민주화에 관한 연구

        This paper is to analyze three parliamentary elections in the process of Iraqi democratization. After American attack in 2003, Iraq was under U.S. control. In three parliamentary elections after 2005, the United States has strongly promoted democracy in Iraq. The U.S. struggled to form the coalition of Shi"a sect and Kurds and to compose a council between them, and made efforts to stabilize the Iraqi coalition. However, under the U.S. military government there are the conflict between Shia sect and Sunni sect and that between Arabs and Kurds in Iraq. In addition, it is not easy to solve the conflict between people in leadership class and general people. They are the problems that have an effect on the democratization of Iraq. How to solve these conflicts in Iraq is the key to the democracy of Iraq. In the past, Iraq was ruled by a dictator, Saddam Hussein. During his regime, there were the variety of political and social problems in Iraq, and these problems have still remained in Iraqi society. The United States attacked Saddam Hussein"s regime and collapsed the regime in 2003. Then, the new administration based on Shi‘a sect and Kurds was established. However, the present situation in Iraq after five years is still in a state of disorder. This paper is to research the content of three parliamentary elections in Iraq after 2005. Also, this paper is to analyze how Iraqi democracy is progressing.
