      • 통합교육에 대한 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학생들의 인식 비교

        본 연구의 목적은 통합교육에 대한 초·중·고 학생들의 인식을 알아보는데 있다.이에 따라 통합교육의 영역을 전반적 인식,교수-학습활동,사회성으로 나누어 울산 지역 초·중·고 학교 급별로 각 140명을 대상으로 조사하여 비교 분석 하였다.수집된 자료는 SPSS프로그램을 이 용하여 일원변량분석(One-WayANOVA)과 Tukey사후검증을 실시하였다.이러한 연구 방법 에 따라 나타난 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다.전반적 인식 영역에서는 초등학생이 중・고등 학생보다,교수-학습활동에서는 초등학생이 고등학생보다 긍정적이며 사회성 영역에서는 초·중 학생이 고등학생보다 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.그리고 통합교육대상자로서 장애영역별 선호 도에서는 정서장애학생에 대한 선호도가 가장 높고 청각장애 학생에 대한 선호도가 가장 낮게 나타났다.이러한 연구는 통합교육의 여러 측면 중에서 통합주체인 학생들의 인식측면에만 국 한된 것으로 보다 다양한 방면의 연구가 요구된다.

        언어치료학과 학생의언어재활현장실무에 대한 자기주도 학습 프로그램의 효과

        This study intended to apply a self-directed learning program to the field practice educational contents and examining its effect, and establish the direction of language rehabilitation field practice education that reflects individual characteristics of students by analyzing difference in each learning type. For self-directed learning program model, this study collected information through literature consideration and survey of actual condition, and selected an effective teaching-learning model through consultation with experts, drawing up a final plan by complementing educational contents and form. And this study verified effect of the program to examine the pre- and post-score difference of learning motivation and self-directed learning ability. Characteristics of the types of learning were shown in order of Assimilator, Accommodator, Diverger, Converger. As for learning motivation, score of post test was significantly high as compared to the pretest score. And post test score of self-directed learning ability was also significantly higher than that of pretest. As for changes in learning motivation and self-directed learning ability according to the types of learning, there was no significant difference. Application of self-directed learning program as a teaching method for language rehabilitation field practice subject was effective for acquiring practice-related tasks in advance and improving learning motivation and initiated learning ability of students lacking in field experience. And results also show that self-directed learning-teaching method was effective for all learning types of students. 본 연구는 자기주도적 학습 프로그램을 언어재활 현장실무 교육내용에 적용하여 그 효과를 알아보고, 학습 유형별 차이를 분석하여 학생들 개별적 특성을 반영한 현장실무 교육의 방향을 설정하고자 하였다. 자기주도 학습 프로그램 모형은 문헌고찰과 현황 조사를 거쳐 정보를 수집하고, 전문가 협의를 통하여 효과적인 교수 학습 모델을 선정 하였으며, 교육 내용과 형식을 보완하여 최종안을 구성하였다. 프로그램의 효과는 학습동기와 자기주도 학습능력의 사전 사후 점수 차이로 검증하였다. 학습유형 특성은 융합자, 적응자, 분산자, 수렴자 순으로 나타났다. 학습동기는 사전검사 점수에 비해 사후검사 점수가 유의하게 높았다. 자기주도 학습능력에서도 사전검사 점수에 비해 사후검사 점수 또한 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 학습유형에 따른 학습동기와 자기주도 학습능력의 변화는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 언어재활 현장실무 교과목의 교수법으로 자기주도 학습 프로그램 적용은 현장 경험이 없는 학생들이 사전에 실무관련 업무를 습득하고 간접 경험하고자하는 학습 동기와 주도적 학습능력을 증가시키는 데 효과적이었다. 또한 자기주도 학습 교수법은 학생들의 학습 유형에 상관없이 모두 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

        유방의 화생성 편평상피세포암종 17예에 대한 임상 및 병리학적 분석

        Background : Squamous cell carcinoma of the breast is very rare and it is considered to arise from metaplastic change of ductal carcinoma. Metaplastic squamous cell carcinoma (MSC) of the breast includes pure squamous cell carcinoma, metaplastic adenosquamous carcinoma and low grade adenosquamous carcinoma. Most of the cases of MSC of the breast were reported to have lymph node metastasis and this has a worse prognosis than that of conventional invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods : We collected 17 cases of MSC of the breast from 1,173 cases of breast cancer and analyzed the clinicopathological characteristics. Results : The age range was 31 to 69 years (mean age: 47.2). The mean tumor size was 3.6 cm. Twelve cases (70.6%) had a negative nodal status. The majority of the cases were of a high nuclear grade (grade III: 76.5%), and a high histologic grade (grade III: 88.2%). All the cases had no amplification of HER2, and they were negative for hormonal receptors, except for 2 cases with weak positivity. All the cases showed positivity for EGFR (3+: 14 cases, 1+: 3 cases). Clinical relapse was found in 3 patients on follow up and two of them expired due to lung and bone metastasis. Conclusions : MSC is associated with high nuclear and istologic grades, a high EGFR expression and they are triple negative for ER, PR, and HER2. The EGFR immunopositivity of MSC suggests a basal-like subtype.         성별 및 성숙 단계별 운동선수의 신체조성과 운동수행력의 상관성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the association study between body composition and exercise performance according to sex differences and stages of maturation in athletes. Data collection selected 4,560 were used for final analysis from elementary, middle, high school, and adults athletes. All subject were tested for body composition and exercise performance. The positively (+) correlate between weigh and hand grip in man elementary/middle/high school and woman elementary/middle school athletes, between height and hand grip in man middle school and woman elementary/middle school athletes, between percent body fat and hand grip in woman elementary/middle school athletes, between standing long jump and sargent jump in man elementary/middle/high school and woman elementary/middle/high /school and adults athletes, between standing long jump and hand grip in man middle school athletes, between 20 m run and side-step in man elementary school and woman elementary school athletes, between 20 m run and sit-up in woman elementary school athletes, between 20 m run and sargent jum in woman elementary school athletes, respectively. These results of this study found that body composition and exercise performance of athletes by sex differences and stages of maturation have a variety of relationships.

        몽골 게세르칸 영웅신화의 구비본 계보와 전승 양상― 내몽골 바아린, 자로오드 지역 전승 현장을 중심으로 ―

        This paper explores the mythical driving force of Mongolian heroic epic which shows dynamic survival power even in the long tradition process by exploring the text that can be called the prototype of the Geser khan story and paying attention to its narrative performing field. Among the various tradition types of the Geser heroic epic(tuuli, tuul'), a representative northern heroic myth known in the Mongolian region and in vast areas, the site of the Geser, The folklore data of Geser myth and the characteristics of the tradition. Mongolian traditions of the geser are traditionally handed down from the geographical legend of the geser, and the belief of geser temple and the traditions of performing by specialist geserchi, We examined the transmission patterns in the Jaruud(扎魯特旗) area and the Barin(巴林右旗) area. These regions have a strong mythical belief that stories alone have extraordinary powers. By interrogating a more intimate and detailed narrative such as a legend of geographical names to the climatic environment of this region, the story gained public sympathy for the myth at the site of the transmission. Meanwhile, Geserchi responded sensitively to the demands of the masses at the scene of the epic reenactment. The openness of this Mongolian heroic epic has been mixed with genre and genre, region and region, and various elements that have a variation in the times, and have brought the story of the new version to life. The bundles of stories that seemed to patch the existing ones more intensify the identity of the Mongolian epic genre, while at the same time defining the genealogy of each epic. The genealogical tradition of the Geser khan myth that is handed down in the Inner Mongolia region can be divided into the Geserchi genealogy in the Barin region by Zimbazamts and the Geserchi genealogy in the East Mongolia region (Jaruud et al.) by Luvsan. There are many types of Mongolian oral literature in Geser mythology of Mongolia, and ‘various cultures’ are accumulated according to the age. Especially Geser faith has survived a lot of crises such as the huge religion called Buddhism, the Chinese hero of Guandi, the China’s Cultural Revolution in Inner Mongolia region, and the socialist revolution in Mongolia area. The driving force behind this survival is eventually the mythical flexibility of the Geser story and the Geser divine. I confirmed the double belief that the envelope is accepted by the survival strategy of the story, but the mythical nature by the Mongolian nomad in their epic tradition. The dual recognition of the Geser epic tradition in Inner Mongolia where the story of mutual sympathy and common literature of the Mongolian culture and the unique local cultural heritage can be enjoyed freely can be regarded as ‘local cultural contents’. It can be said that the desire for development and tradition is closely linked. The epic tradition of Inner Mongolia, based on the openness of flexible nomadic cultures in new genres and mediums, will be a driving force in the constant re-creation of original local cultural contents through a fantastic combination of sacred, attractive nature and spectacular stories.
