        집합주거의 색채사용방법에 관한 연구

        Color application method for collective residence has to be implemented with two aspects acceptable both broad sense and restricted meaning. Especially, color of collective residence with meaning as a cultural property can be approached by landscape of grand view point, but should formulate the mass aesthetics to be enabled and satisfied with residents. As mentioned the above aspect, this study was investigated to establish the method for using of color system with various collective residence. First, color of collective residence based on essential value as for landscape view in perspective side can build up the context and implement with identification using scenography. And, color application for climatic view can be based on the natural features with acclimation as the introductory system of base color in the exotic regions and sights. Second, the color application was deployed by viewpoint of connection between the unit residences in the view of middle range. It can accomplish the overall characteristics with individual color of unit residence. Also, it can be applied to the distinctive feature of color application system only for single characteristics with overall view in spite of discordance between the color of unit residence and the perspective. Third, color application system with approach to close range view can be applied to introduce in the accommodation aesthetics viewpoint, through the participation of residents. It can have functional aspect supporting the life style and behavior of residents by the color and pattern. Also it can accomplish the introduction of aesthetic expression for usual dailiness supporting in resident's visual pleasure and happiness with active and positive manner.

        차별적 판촉에 대한 소비자의 구매 후 반응: 판촉 주체와 지각된 파워의 역할

        본 연구는 상품을 구매한 후 차별적 판촉을 통해 해당 상품이 다른 고객에게 더 유리한 조건으로 판매되고 있다는 정보를 접하게 된 소비자가 자신의 구매에 대해 어떤 구매 후 반응을 보이는지 고찰하였고, 고객의 구매 후반응은 촉진 활동의 주체(구매 브랜드 vs. 경쟁 브랜드)와 소비자의 파워 수준(고 vs. 저)에 따라서 다르게 나타날 것으로 예상하였다. 실험결과에 의하면, 파워 수준이 낮은 고객은 구매 브랜드(vs. 경쟁 브랜드)가 차별적 판촉을 제공할 때 기존 구매에 대한 만족도가 더 낮은 반면, 파워 수준이 높은 고객의 만족도에는 판촉주체가 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한 행동적 충성도의 경우, 파워 수준이 높은 고객은 경쟁 브랜드(vs. 구매 브랜드) 가 차별적 판촉을 제공할 때 충성도가 더 낮은 반면, 파워 수준이 낮은 고객은 판촉주체에 따른 충성도 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 나아가, 이러한 효과는 고객이 차별적 판촉에 대해 지각하는 공정성에 의해 매개되었고, 특히 파워 수준이 낮은 고객에게 매개 효과가 강하게 나타나는 조절작용이 보고되었다. 본 연구결과는 최근 널리 시도 되고 있는 차별적 판촉에 관한 연구를 소비자의 구매 후 반응으로 확장하고, 소비자 파워 문헌에 새로운 지식을 추가하며, 효과적인 판촉전략을 수립하기 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공한다. This research examined how consumers would respond to the differentiated promotion of the product they had just purchase, especially when the promotion was more beneficial to other consumers. We proposed that the effect of differentiated promotion source (own vs. competitor brand) on consumers’ post-purchase responses would be moderated by consumers perceived power (high vs. low). Our experiment demonstrated that participants with low power were less satisfied with the purchased product when its own brand (vs. competitor brand) offered differentiated promotion, whereas participants with high power didn’t show any significant difference on their post-purchase satisfaction. In addition, participants with high power showed less behavioral loyalty when the competitor brand (vs. own brand) offered the differentiated promotion while participants with low power didn’t show any significant difference on behavioral loyalty. Moreover, these moderated effects were mediated by consumers perception of (un)fairness, and this mediation relationship was found to be stronger in the low-power condition. Our research extended the previous findings on differentiated promotions to consumers post-purchase responses, added new insights to the consumer power literature, and provided guidelines for the design of differentiated marketing strategy.

        통제 결핍이 소비자 정보탐색 행동에 미치는 영향 : 탐색 전 의사결정의 조절 효과를 중심으로

        통제감의 위협은 예측할 수 없는 상황에 부닥친 소비자가 흔히 느끼는 반응이다. 본 연구는 통제감을 위협받은 소비자가 더 많은 외부 정보를 탐색함으로써 보상통제를 추구하고, 이러한 정보탐색 행동이 탐색 전 노출된 선행과업의 유무에 따라 조절됨을 밝히고자 한다. 실험 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 발견하였다. 선행과업이 없는 상황에서 높은(vs. 낮은) 통제감 조건의 소비자들이 구매 전 단계에서 더 적은(vs. 많은) 외부 정보를 추구하는 비약적 결론 내리기 편향을 보이지만 이러한 현상은 선행과업이 있는 상황에서는 반대로 나타났다(가설 1). 또한, 인지적 노력이 보상통제를 추구하기 위한 동기적 목적이라면 낮은 통제감 조건에서 나타나는 체계적(vs. 휴리스틱) 정보처리가 시간이 지나도 지속될 것이라 예상하고 이를 확인하였다(가설 2). 본 연구는 낮아진 통제감을 보상해주는 상징성을 가진 상품 구매 선호도 변화를 밝히는데 머물러 있는 보상소비 연구 영역을 구매 전 단계에서 나타나는 정보탐색 행동으로 확장하였다는 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 이론 및 실무적 시사점, 한계점과 향후 연구과제 또한 토의하였다. Consumers commonly experience threats of personal control in unpredictable situations. The current study examines the effect of personal control threats on consumers’ effortful external information seeking behavior to restore their personal control is contingent on existence of preceding task. The experimental study found that, without preceding tasks, participants in high (vs. low) control condition seek for less (vs. more) external information which was often an evidence for jumping-to-conclusion bias. Yet the effect was moderated when participants were exposed to preceding tasks (H1). In addition, the effortful systematic (vs. heuristic) processing lasted long which suggested that this effect is activated by the compensatory goal (H2). This expands the scope of compensatory consumption literature from the investigation of symbolic meanings in product choices to the exploration of the pre-purchase information seeking behavior. The theoretical as well as managerial implications, limitations of the study and the directions for further studies were also discussed.

        아네트 기곤과 마이크 가이에르 건축의 공동주택 색채사용방식

        Annette Gigon and Mike Guyer are a group of architects who seek to diversify creative apartment houses architecture. Their architecture is spatially clear and logical, and has a simplicity of form derived from function. In particular, the method and system of introducing colors are closely formed in a way that corresponds to the architectural concept. Therefore, the method of using colors for their apartment houses was studied. The analysis method proceeded in terms of form, landscape, connection with materials, and residents. As a result, the division of spatial area and direction of shape perception by color, maintenance of concise form by matching the color of architectural elements and basic walls, differentiation by formation of original color palettes between buildings in the complex, and color matching with architectural elements based on materials, texture change of materials centered on public space, strengthening experience and imparting intimacy through emphasized colors were the main characteristics. This method of using colors leads to a close connection with the concept of architecture, and is considered an advanced method of using colors for sustainable apartment houses.

        Cage culture facilities that used for the purpose of fish farming are installed in the coastal or offshore, which exposed to a variety of marine environments. Fish cage mainly consist of frame part, net, and mooring system. Among them, the behavior of the frame part affects the survival and growth of fish. In addition, at break of the frame can be great damage such as loss of fish. Therefore, to understand the mechanical behavior of the cage frame is important step before design of cage system. In this study, we carried out numerical simulation to get dynamic response of a square cage under wave forces. In addition, the structural stability was investigated by performing static analysis of the frame.

        저층 집합주거의 건축 요소에 의한 색채 적용 사례에 관한 연구

        This study will be used as a basic data for the derivation of the type of advanced low - collective housing together with the viewpoint of conversion of the color usage style of low - collective housing in Korea. It is related to the residence of Korea focusing on the morphological partitioning by extracting the features of the color of the advanced collective housing centered on the architectural elements. The architectural elements that make up the collective housing consist of doors, windows, balconies, roofs, utilities, in addition to the walls, It was analyzed the use of color in the advanced collective housing with a viewpoint connected with each element. As a result, the color usage feature used a single color to integrate the shape as `simple color` or `simple material` in order to maintain the basic wall. It was also observed that the emphasis color was applied to `windows, doors, balconies` and the architectural elements caused a direct contrast phenomenon. Therefore, `separation of color by architectural element` and `introduction of emphasis color which is closely connected with architectural element` were clearly revealed. In addition, the number of `limited use of color` was maintained, and `pursuit of natural change of color change by user` was analyzed. This is an entirely different view from the method of using the collective housing color in Korea, and it is a color usage method which is completely distinguished from our collective housing which induces color separation by detail, decoration. In addition, the characteristics of the collective housing were clearly revealed by the architectural elements introduced into the emphasis color because the names, characters and decorative patterns of the collective housing were hardly shown.

        통제 결핍이 소비자 창의성에 미치는 영향

        주변 상황을 제대로 통제하지 못하고 있다고 느끼는 소비자들은 소비활동을 통해 이를 보상받고 싶어 한다. 기존의 보상소비 문헌에 따르면 서로 반대되는 의미인 자유를 상징하는 제품과 한계를 상징하는 제품이 공통적으로 통제 결핍을 보상해주는 상징으로 선호된다. 이에 본 연구는 자유를 상징하는 보상을 획득한 소비자들은 이후 실제로 통제감을 회복하지만 한계를 상징하는 보상을 획득한 소비자들의 통제감은 회복되지 못한다고 주장하고 이를 창의성 성과를 통해 실증하였다. 창의성은 새로운 아이디어와 통찰력을 생각해 내는 능력을 말한다. 창의성을 발휘하는 방법은 두 가지로 기존의 지식 체계와의 연결 관계를 통해 새로운 개념을 찾는 고착방식과 기존의 지식 체계와는 전혀 다른 새로운 개념을 창출하는 확장방식으로 나눌 수 있다. 고착방식은 정해진 인식의 경계선 안에서 창의성을 발휘하는 방식으로 인지적 확실성을 추구하는 보상통제와 가까운 개념이다. 반면 확장방식은 인지적 자유를 상징한다. 94명의 대학생을 대상으로 창의성 과제를 시행한 결과, 자신의 통제감을 낮게(vs. 높게) 느낀 참가자들의 창의적 성과는 고착방식 과제에서는 현저히 낮았으나 확장방식 과제에서 유사한 정도로 회복됨을 확인하였다. 그러나 두 조건의 참가자들이 창의적 과제 해결에 들이는 노력은 과제 종류와 상관없이 동일하였다. 이러한 결과는 심리적 자유를 상징하는 1차적 통제보상은 실제로 통제력을 회복시키지만, 인지적 확실성을 추구하는 2차적 통제보상은 그렇지 못함을 의미한다. 이 결과가 심리학적 차원의 보상통제 문헌과 마케팅 차원의 보상소비 문헌에 이론적으로 공헌하는 바와 그 실무적 적용에 대해 논의하였다. Feeling unable to control their environment, consumers seek for compensatory consumption. The literature found that two contradictory symbolic meanings of freedom as well as boundary in products equally compensate for control deprivation. The current research proposed and verified that the symbolic meaning of freedom actually restores the deprived control but the symbolic meaning of boundary does not. Being an ability to think new ideas and insights, creativity could be a compensation for a loss of personal control regardless of its validity or justification. There are two types of creativity: withinthe-box or out-of-box. Within-the-box(fixed) creativity extends the existing knowledge structure which is analogous to the secondary control seeking a cognitive certainty. Out-of-box(expansion) creativity creates new concepts distinct from the existing knowledge structure, comparable with the primary control of psychological freedom. A total of ninety-four college students participated in the creativity tasks. The results revealed that control deprivation did not affect the participants motivation but did their performances depends on the creativity type: control-deprived individuals could perform out-of-box creativity as good as high control individuals. This result manifested that the primary control actually compensate the control deprivation but the secondary control could not. Additionally, the theoretical as well as managerial contributions of the current study were discussed.
