        호텔 직원의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움과 직무스트레스의 영향관계에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted in the purpose of investigating the influence of fear of negative evaluation of hotel employees on prosocial service behavior and job stress of subordinate employees and providing efficient management methods between social face sensitivity of hotel employees. This study aims to analyze the components of study units including fear of negative evaluation, prosocial service behavior, job stress of hotel employees, verify validity and reliability of measurement instruments, and establish the fundamental basis of hypothesis testing. In doing so, total 400 copies of questionnaires were distributed to employees who worked in first-class luxury hotels located in Seoul and 317 copies of samples were used in empirical analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. The results of analysis suggest that fear of negative evaluation of hotel employees has a significant positive influence on prosocial service behaviors and job stress, while prosocial service behaviors has a significant positive influence on job stress. This study contributes to the hotel business offers employees education through professional development training, continuing to carry out a sustainable education program that feels respect and important in the organization. It also increase the self-esteem of the employees, through appropriate delegation of authority according to employees job position enable prompt response to customer will eventually help performance and value creation in the hotel. 본 연구의 목적은 호텔 직원의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움이 친사회적 서비스행동과 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향관계를 검증하기 위하여 호텔 직원의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 친사회적 서비스행동, 직무스트레스에 대한 연구단위의 구성차원을 분석하여 측정도구의 타당성과 신뢰성을 입증하고 가설검증을 위한 연구의 기초적 토대를 마련하였다. 이를 위해서 특 1급 호텔에 근무 중인 호텔 직원들을 중심으로 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하여 317부의 표본을 실증분석에 활용하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 기술 통계분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 도출에 의한 시사점은 다음과 같다. 호텔 직원의 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움은 친사회적 서비스행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움은 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 친사회적 서비스행동은 직무스트레스에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 호텔기업은 직원들의 교육 훈련을 통하여 조직 내에서 자신이 가치 있고 중요한 존재라는 느낌을 가질 수 있도록 지속적인 교육 프로그램을 실시하여 전문가를 양성하고, 직원들의 자존감을 높여주며, 일정부분의 권한위임으로 고객의 요구에 즉각적인 응대 및 적절한 재량권 활용으로 인한 고객만족과 높은 직무성과를 창출해야 한다.

        우리나라 노동위원회 운영 현황과 과제 — 심판회의제도를 중심으로 —

        It is necessary to build a system that can provide the necessary budget personnel consultation between the Ministry of Labor and the National Labor Relations Commission in accordance with the many functions of the National Labor Relations Commission. A special committee of judges is needed to improve the personnel system to ensure fairness of the standing members and to supplement the expertise in the handling of important judicial cases. Technical training to improve the mediation rate is important, and it is necessary to expand the interest for remedy at the time of the request for remedy of fixed-term workers. When electing members of public interest, it is necessary to make autonomous efforts by labor and management to improve the procedure for sequential exclusion of person in both the trade union and the employers' association and to expand majors of labor law. Although the administrative litigation retention rate of the unfair labor practice judgement is high, it is still necessary to establish methods to secure evidence for unfair labor practices at the initial stage. It is also necessary to utilize professionalism by enhancing the expertise of the investigator, increasing the authority to investigate, and opening actively the opinion of the investigator at the meeting for adjudication.

        Old people's perceptivity goes dull and their sense gets down as they get older and older. We recognize by seeing more than 80%, so it is so important to check the change of eyesight caused by aging. I tracked the mobile-phone interface used by old people and analysed what they needs. The purpose of this research is to show a guideline of the interface suitable for the old based on their visual peculiarity and color sensation theory. To pick out the general difficulties which the old have in using mobile-phone, I conducted the first questionnaire survey of old people by the way of F, G, and I in older than 65, and did the second survey of 30 old persons to get quantitative results from the 1st survey. The problems made from the 2nd survey are as follows. I would like to separate those problems above into three items by the point of function and structure. 1. A story of function. 2. LCD screen. 3. Keypad background color. I took the 3 items into color theory of the old's features, visual sensation, and color recognition, and made out prototype of a reform measure. We get to know by the surveys that the design of the new interface with theory in satisfying users is much better than it of the present interface. It was verified that we could improve the problems of the present interface design by a color effect in the factors of the interface. I expect that the result of this research can be applied to all kinds of electronic goods with LCD panel such as MP3, washer, and microwave-oven, not only mobile-phone. In the future, we will see the machines of information technology with complex functions and various interactive media. The needs of users will also assume diverse aspects according to the features of media. Under this condition, we need the conception of a general design which doesn't have exception groups. I suggest that it be the next subject of research to do color plan by the design that the people at a disadvantage are brought together into main stream by.

        이동물체를 추적하기 위한 감각 운동 융합 시스템 설계

        - For the moving objects with environmental sensors such as object tracking moving robot with audio and video sensors, environmental information acquired from sensors keep changing according to movements of objects. In such case, due to lack of adaptability and system complexity, conventional control schemes show limitations on control performance, and therefore, sensory-motor systems, which can intuitively respond to various types of environmental information, are desirable. And also, to improve the system robustness, it is desirable to fuse more than two types of sensory information simultaneously. In this paper, based on Braitenberg's model, we propose a sensory-motor based fusion system, which can trace the moving objects adaptively to environmental changes. With the nature of direct connecting structure, sensory-motor based fusion system can control each motor simultaneously, and the neural networks are used to fuse information from various types of sensors. And also, even if the system receives noisy information from one sensor, the system still robustly works with information from other sensors which compensates the noisy information through sensor fusion. In order to examine the performance, sensory-motor based fusion model is applied to object-tracking four-foot robot equipped with audio and video sensors. The experimental results show that the sensory-motor based fusion system can tract moving objects robustly with simpler control mechanism than model- based control approaches.
