Recently, the vehicle engine required precision control of Air-Fuel ratio and rigid restriction of exhaust gas. Therefore, we demanded the excellent measuring equipment so as to improve of engine performance. Specially, throttle valve control is very important part in the engine control, because structure of engine dynamometer system is very complicate and it has nonlinear elements which are influenced of disturbance about vibration, heating, cooling, and energy loss so on.<br/> In this study, we proposed the method that the control technique using Fuzzy Look-up table and we obtained the satisfying result from realized the control system.<br/> <br/>
무선 인터넷 표준 플랫폼 WIPI 2.0의 표준화 동향

WIPI는 한국 무선인터넷 표준화 포럼에서 개발한 표준 모바일 플랫폼이다. 본 고에서는 WIPI의 탄생 배경과 WIPI 플랫폼의 특징들을 기술한다. 또한 WIPI의 표준화 범위와 표준화 항목들을 기술하고 WIPI 2.0에서 새롭게 추가되는 기능 및 표준화 항목들을 정리한 후 향후 WIPI가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시한다.

This study has been performed to find out the effect of austenitizing temperature, austempering temperature and its holding time, and tempering cycle on the mechanical properties such as impact resistance, hardness etc. of AISI M₂Mo series high speed tool steel austempered or tempered after austempering treatment. The results obtained from the experiment are as follows ; (1) Optical micrograph has revealed that the transformation rate of bainite is delayed as the austenitizing temperature increases and that bainite is most apparently transformed at an austempering temperature of 290℃. (2) The amount of retained austenite during austempering has been analysed to be increased by the X-ray diffraction technique as the transformation product of bainite is increased. It has also been shown that the longer the holding time of austempering, the more the transformation quantity of bainite is formed, exhibiting, however, that the rate of bainitic transformation is considerably retarded after a certain period of holding time elapses. (3) Hardness measurement has shown that hardness values obtained after austempering increase with decreasing the amount of retained austenite. (4) The austempering and then tempering cycle has been formed to give hardness values which are more greatly improved as austenitizing temperature is increased. (5) The mechanical property of the specimen primary-tempered for 1 hour at 550℃ after austempering for 2 hours at 290℃ from the austenitizing temperature range of 1180℃ to 1210℃ have been estimated to be good values.

The effect of gas mixing ratios during gas nitrocarburizing treatment on the formation of compound layer and the mechanical properties has been studied for hot work tool steel by using a combined heat treating technique. The thickness of compound and diffusion layers has been shown to grow as a parabolic relation with increasing the amount of ammonia at a given flow quantity of CO₂gas. The compound layer consists mainly of ε-Fe₃(C, N) with small amounts of γ`-Fe₄N and α-Fe. The combined heat treated hot work tool steel has shown that the thickness of compound layer increases with increasing nitrocarburizing time, but the rate of growth slows down as gas nitrocarburizing time goes more than two hours. Tensile properties have given a remarkable improvement. In particular, the wear resistance of combined heat treated hot work tool steel has exhibited an improvement of about 165% greater than that obtained from conventional quenching and multi-tempering treatments.
