Small-medium business is becoming a foundation playing a role for economis stability band of dometic industrial society. But, our small-medium business is still forcing the bad situation in terms of productivity and quality when compared with big business company and has lots of empirical and traditioanal elements in their managemental technique. Recently, TQC has been becoming the motive power of small-medium company developement, but its level is still remains the QC-stage of inspection-intended. TPM that is highlighted recently contains a lot of problems in their driving method, so it is very necessary to make effective evaluation system for maximum effects through minimum costs in the bad environment of them. Thus, this study suggest effective evaluation system not only as a part of constitutional improvement of them but also as the elevation of productivity, quality, cost reduction by means of identifying the essence of TQC and TPM, and comparative analysis between them, for lasting the development and active facing against the situation of the business that change suddenly.

The purpose of this research is to present that improved tools and procedure for cost reduction. In this research. for the sake of this purpose. I explained that the tangible and intangible expectations were due to build of cost reduction modeling. The next projects of research are the effective distribution problems among the fixed cost and the variable cost. and are necessitated that the comparison research through actual proves to concretely make a factor the cost and the benefit in method of common cost distribution. Moreover for the most effective reduction of cost, it is indispensible that the research of subdividing and chaining the points of consideration.

The purpose of this study utilizes to basic data composing a fall exercise program development or studies gait pattern of old women forward on the basis of result that compare gait pattern with knee isokinetic strength, flexibility, balance experience old women group. Subject of this study selected old women 48 people that independent life among old women welfare hall member that experiences a fall more than 2 times for 3 years, more than 1 times for 1 year among 65~75 year old. From a fall musculoskeletal injury chose 30 people for study subject person exempting old women who among 68 from a fall women of experiences except 48 people, measurement of 15 old women and that medical history report of skeletal system disease was is omitted Measuredquestionnaire method, knee isokinetic strength of knee joint to measure of knee isokinetic strength. Evaluated static balance and dynamic balance to evaluate balance. Measured ROM flexion of hip joint, flexion of knee joint and dorsi flexion plantar flexion of ankle joint to use measuring instrument sit & reach and goniometer for oftness examination. Gait analysis used measurement equipment that do as can measure variables that is spatial and is temporal of walk automatically as if look at a foot under. The results of this study were knee isokinetic strength isnon-significant in two groups. But Non-faller group was superior knee isokinetic strength strength than faller group. Balance is non-significant in two groups. Dynamic balance is non-faller group than faller group time short. Non-faller group stood for a longer time than faller group in static balance. Gait pattern is non-significant in two groups. Non-faller group was more superior than faller group in variable temporal. Non-faller group was wider than faller group in base width variable. Conclusively, knee isokinetic strength, flexibility, balance and gait patterns is non-significant in two groups. The reason old women welfare hall users all life independent possible, and old women welfare hall by is old women who physical activity is users more than 2 day on a week. Next investigators are thought that need study about physical fitness, functional fitness and gait pattern because physical activity difficult old women and various groups old women.

The purpose of this study is to determine the most appropriate demand forecasting model among the existing demand forecasting techniques. So we analyzed and evaluated various existing demand forecasting model for their merits and demerits. We used Winters model and Box-Jenkins model for Statgraphics Package and Timeslab, and filtering for Fortran language in this study.
고속도로 교통혼잡에 대한 경제성분석 : Summer Vacation Season

본 논문은 경부선외 경부선외 3노선 16개구간을 대상으로 하였으며 차량검지기(VDS)의 속도데이터를 이용한 지체현황 분석과 혼잡비용산출 및 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과는 첫째, 대상기간 동안의 지체는 영동선이 가장 컸으며, 서해안선, 경부선, 중부선의 순서로 나타남 둘째, 대상노선 모두 8월 1일에 가장 높은 혼잡도를 보였으며, 전체 지체크기의 35%임 셋째, 전체 지체 중 40%가 지정체 예상구간에서 발생하였음 넷째, 주요 지체원인은 교통량 집중에 의한 것이며, 사고 및 작업으로 인한 지체는 전체의 1.4%임 다섯째, 하계휴가철 교통량의 집중 및 증가로 인한 혼잡발생으로 '01년도와 '02년도 각각 15.7억원, 33억원의 경제적 손실발생 여섯째, '01년, '02년도 모두 8월 1일의 혼잡비용이 가장 높았음 일곱째, 서해안선의 경우, '01년 말 전 구간 개통에 따른 휴가철 교통량 집중으로 전년대비 혼잡비용 증가가 두드러짐 This study was researched about delay analysis and congestion cost analysis using speed data of VDS in 16 areas of 4 freeways including Gung-bu freeway. Consequently, the delay of Young-dong freeway is the highest and West sea freeway, Gung-bu freeway, Joong-bu freeway. The delay of all areas is 35% of the total delay in 1, August. 40% delay of the total delay was occurred in the expectable areas. Most of delay are caused by mass traffic and 1.4% delay is caused by accidents and road works. The congestion cost of vacation traffic is 1,570 million Won in 2001 and 3,300 million Won in 2003. The congestion cost of 1th August is the highest in 2001 and 2002. Outstandingly, The congestion cost of West sea freeway is higher than the previous year's, because of mass vacation traffic by that freeway opening in 2001.
