본고에서는 기술 문법의 학교 문법으로의 적절한 구현이라는 관점에서 학교 문법의 음운론을 검토하였다. 본고에서 논의한 것은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교 문법에서의 음운 체계 부분을 음운 분류의 관점에서 검토하였다. 이에는 비분절 음운, 즉 운소와 관련된 문제, 이중모음 및 반모음과 관련된 문제, ‘ㅎ’과 관련된 문제 등이 포함되었다. 이와 같은 문제들에 대해, 음소에 비해 홀대되어 왔던 운소도 적절히 다루어질 필요가 있고, 이중모음이 음소의 일종인지 하는 문제와 반모음을 어떻게 제시할 것인지 하는 문제역시 기준을 세워 일관되게 서술될 필요가 있으며 이는 ‘ㅎ’도 마찬가지임을 주장하였다. 둘째, 학교 문법에서의 음운 현상 부분을 분류, 현상 기술, 용어 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 분류의 경우, 기술 문법의 음운 현상 분류를 따르는 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우로 나누어 볼 수 있는데 기술문법의 분류를 따르는 경우에도 동화를 대치와는 별도로 취급하는 경우도 있었다. 현상 기술의 경우, 반모음화를 축약의 일종으로 보는 경우와 관련된 문제를 살펴보며 그 부당성을 다시 한번 강조하였다. 용어와 관련하여서는 대치, 설측음화 등과 관련된 문제를 간단히 논의하였는데 음운 현상 전반을 고려하여 부적절한 명칭을 고수할 이유가 없음을 언급하였다. This paper aims at examining descriptive grammar and school grammar on Korean phonology, especially phonology of an authorized textbook. In order to achieve this purpose, I review “a commentary on an accomplishment standards”. On the basis of this, I inquire into phonology of an authorized textbook. Through this study, first, I have shown that the diphthong is not a phoneme but sequence of phonemes, second, ‘ㅎ’ must be organized into the obstruent system, third, assimilation belongs to substitution, fourth, the glide formation is not a kind of coalescence, lastly, the term ‘lateralization’ is inappropriate at Korean phonology.
이옥(李鈺)이 기록한 18∼19세기 국어 자료에 대한 연구

This study aims to examine the Korean language in the 18th and 19th centuries, based on an extensive review of the works by Ok Lee . The results of this study indicate that, first, Ok Lee was not concerned with the dominant literary style and thoughts of the times. Instead, he wrote about trivial subjects and composed poems from the perspective of women. Second, Lee had a great interest in language and his interest covered a quite wide range of words including the names of persons, snakes, horses, and fish. Third, his interest in what was considered trivial at the times spanned social and regional dialects such as slang, jargon, and Gyeongsang regional dialect. The three points are related to and influenced by his deep affection for the trivial.

This study is on a phonology and Morphology of adverb of Gyeongsang dilalect, ‘neukka, maja(macha), maka, boda’. These adverbs have a lot in common, that is, a-final. The main purpose of this study is to investigate etymology of such a-final adverb. Based on etymology of ‘neukka, maja(macha), maka, boda’, morphological analysis unfolds. In this study, I have shown that ‘neukka, maka, boda’ are from conjugational forms. In additon, I have shown that ‘maja’ is from middle Korean form ‘m?j?’.
'문자'와 '이미지'가 서로에게 말건네는 시대의 해체적 상상력

This paper attempts to examine the aspects of transformations and integrations of various stylistic symptoms foreseeing the advent of the `post-literal` age on the basis of 냉귀지(Choi, 1988). Under the assumption that the writing spirit particular to the post-literal age is implicated in the realm of dialectic imagination wherein `letters` and `images` mutually converse, the tokens of deconstructive thoughts appearing in the text of the `poetic novel` in 냉귀지 are throughly considered. It is apparent that the `poetic text` in 냉귀지 must be viewed more as the discours-focused novel text rather than the important, epic-focused recit. In line with the polyphony of heteroglossia created by unconscious discours de L`Autre, the fraction strategy that bifurcate language symbols into fractal images paves the way to send strategically future-oriented messages in the section of `opening` through the field of 냉귀지-particular symbols. It is also noticeable that visual symbols discovered in the poetic text in 냉귀지 as iconotexts open to the mutual dialectic relationships of letters and images function as a style clue that indicates language expressions are gradually getting electronized in the age of digital media. Finally, a series of iconotexts found in the poetic text of 냉귀지 are examples that simultaneously illustrate the linguistic features of language and various senses of language containing consciousness prior to the age of writing culture in the electronic age. Thus, I argue that the poetic text in 냉귀지an unclassifiable novel. should be considered valuable in that it newly illuminates the communication media in the form of fusion that helps to understand the age of electronic culture and the age of image that are getting integrated through secondary orality past the printing culture.
