Pumps have been widely used for transporting fluid in most of the merchant ships. However, the present status of using pumps for marine vessels has not been studied. This paper is to classify and analyze pumps installed in many ships(LNGC, Oil Tanker, Bulk, Container, Training ship). Finally, Pumps installed in the training ships are compared with merchant ships about the present status of using pumps.

인터넷의 폭발적인 성장으로 인터넷을 사용하는 사용자 및 애플리케이션들이 급속하게 등장하였다. 그로 인하여, 스트리밍 서비스 또는 time-sensitive한 애플리케이션들의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 여러 가지 QoS 연구들이 진행중이다. 시스코를 중심으로 한 기업망에서의 Policy Networking 기반의 서비스들이 점점 더 발전되어가고 있다. 즉, 시스코 라우터에서는 이를 지원하기 위한 Filtering, Coloring, Policy 등의 명령어를 지원하게 되었다. 그러므로, 이것들을 운영하는 관리자들은 QoS 정책을 자동으로 분배, 적용, 모니러링, 리포텅 기능을 제공하는 자동화된 네트웍 관리도구들에 대한 요구들이 증가하고 있다. 시중에 나와 있는 시스코 제품들은 가격이 너무 비싸고, 관리자들의 요구 사항과는 약간의 거리감이 있다. 따라서, 이 논문에서 시스코 라우터 기반의 자동화된 QoS 정책 분배 시스템의 설계 및 구현 결과를 소개하고자 한다.
영어 학습 능력 증진을 위한 심리구조모형 개발 및 적용연구

The purpose of this study is to develop the psychological structural modeling for the improvement of the English learning proficiency of university students. In order to achieve this aim, the learning models based on learning cognitive, learning procedure and learning result are made. Data were obtained from the questionnaires of 289 university students. This study shows that the learning procedure(learning flow, learning motivation, cognitive strategies) has a significant influence on the academic achievement. The result of this survey is as follows. First, there is the high positive correlation between learning cognitive and learning procedure. Second, learning result is the predictor of the subordinate factors of learning procedure such as learning flow, learning motivation, and cognitive strategies. This result can help us make a positive psychological structural modeling for university students.

위내시경 촬영은 조기에 위 병변을 진단하기 위해서 주로 사용한다. 하지만 위내시경을 했음에도 불구하고 위 내부를 자세히 관찰하지 못해서 10~20% 위 병변을 놓치는 경우가 생기는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 미국, 영국, 일본 등의 일부 국가와 세계내시경협회(Wold Endoscopy Organization)에서는 위내시경 시에 맹점 없는 관찰을 위해서 반드시 촬영해야 할 부위에 대한 촬영지침을 제안한 바 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 수련의가 내시경을 하는 데 있어 위 내부를 자동으로 맹점 없이 관찰하는데 필요한 딥러닝 기술인 해부학적 분류모델을 제안한다. 제안한 모델은 위내시경 이미지에 적합한 전처리 모듈과 데이터 증강 기술들을 사용한다. 실험결과를 통해 최대 F1 점수 99.6% 분류 성능을 확인하였다. 또한, 실제 데이터를 통한 실험결과에서도 에러율이 4% 미만을 보였다. 이러한 성능을 바탕으로 설명 가능한 모델임을 보여 임상에서의 사용 가능성을 확인하였다. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy is a method commonly used for early diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal lesions. However, 10-20 percent of the gastric lesions are reported to be missed, due to human error. And countries including the US, the UK, and Japan, the World Endoscopy Organization (WEO) suggested guidelines about essential gastrointestinal parts to take pictures of so that all gastric lesions are observed. In this paper, we propose deep learning techniques for classification of anatomical sites, aiming for the system that informs practitioners whether they successfully did the gastroscopy without blind spots. The proposed model uses pre-processing modules and data augmentation techniques suitable for gastroscopy images. Not only does the experiment result with a maximum F1 score of 99.6%, but it also shows a error rate of less than 4% based on the actual data. Given the performance results, we found the model to be explainable with the potential to be utilized in the clinical area.

It is simulated the external flow around building which affact natural ventilation using CFD. Natural ventilation is estimated on the specific household which considered topography and not considered.

To investigate the fatigue characteristic of upper limbs, this study analyzed RMS(root mean square) and MPF(mean power frequency) value between initial and terminal stages of each experiment condition. And the effect of intermittent endurance time was evaluated using the Borg's CR10 value that was measured for the parts of upper limb. According to the results of ANOVA on RMS value, there were significant difference on the %MVC about push, pull, and down force exertion. Particularly the ANOVA of up force exertion was significant difference on shoulder flexion, elbow flexion and rest time as well as %MVC. The results of ANOVA for MPF value were significant difference on the %MVC in regard of the push and up force exertion. In case of up force exertion, MPF value tended to shift low frequency at all of the experiment conditions. According to the analysis of duty cycle, RMS value considerably increased over 50% duty cycle and as the %MVC increased, the duty cycle affected the increase of RMS value. MPF value for up and down force exertion decreased at 33%, 50% and 67% duty cycle for all of %MVC. Borg CR10 value of hand and forearm were below the 3-point to the 40% of endurance time at 30%MVC and to the 20% of endurance time at 50%MVC with the exception of up force exertion. But Borg CR10 values of upper arm and shoulder at up force exertion were more than 3-point to the 20% of endurance time at 30%MVC and in the start point of endurance time at 50%MVC.

N/A Background/Aims : Prokinetics are commonly used for the treatment of functional dyspesia, but their methods of action are different. First, we compared the efficacy and safety of the dopamine receptor antagonists, which were domperidone maleate and levosulpiride, in a 2 week treatment in functional dyspepsia, then investigated the efficacy and safety of cisapride tartrate in a 2 week treatment in those who were resistant to domperidone maleate or levosulpiride. Methods : One hundred Forty-nine patients, who were diagnosed with functional dyspepsia, were selected. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, domperidone maleate (75) and levosupiride (74). Daily they took 30mg of domperidone maleate (DOM) or 75mg of levosulpiride (LEV) for 2 weeks. Then the subjects who didn't respond to these treatments took 30mg of cisapride tartrate for the following 2 weeks. Results : At week 0, the total symptom scores of the DOM group and LEV group were 8.01±2.57 and 8.14±2.65 respectively, which were not statistically different. At week 2, the total symptom scores of the DOM and LEV groups were significantly reduced to 4.28±3.30 and 4.85±3.53(p=0.0001). The efficacy rates of the DOM and LEV groups at week 2 were 50.8% vs. 44.1%. The rate of adverse events in the LEV groups was much higher than in the DOM group(17.7% vs. 8.0%). In addition the rate of change from normal to abnomal in prolactin level was markedly higher in the LEV than that of the DOM group(80.0% vs. 8.3%). After 2 weeks of treatment with cisapride tartrate, the total symptom score was significantly reduced to 3.77±2.49(p=0.0001), and the efficacy rate was 75.0%. The satisfaction of the resistant subjects in efficacy of cisapride compared with the previous treatment was 73.3%. The rate of adverse events of cisapride tartrate was 5.0%. Conclusions: Considering efficacy and safety of domperidone maleate and levosulpiride, domperidone maleate was the safer drug for the treatment of functional dyspepsia, and cisapride tartrate can be a useful drug in those patients who are resistant to dopamine antagonists like domperidone maleate and levosulpiride.
