        拱辰丹의 "麝香 代入 沈香 或 木香"에 관한 古典文獻 硏究

        Objectives : The object of this paper is to seek and provide evidences for the possibilities of substitutional use of Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum and Aucklandiae Radix for Moschus as an ingredient of Gongjin-dan by clarifying the similarities and differences among these herbs in the classic literatures. Methods : We have found out the features of Moschus, Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum and Aucklandiae Radix by searching Qi, Flavor and Effect of each herb in 『Shennongbencaojing』, 『Zhengleibencao』, 『Bencaogangmu』, 『Dongeuibogam』, 『Bencaobeiyao』, 『Euijongsonik』 and 『Bangyakhappyeon』. And we have compared and analyzed the fomula of Gongjin-dan and other prescriptions in 『Beijiqianjinyaofang』, 『Shengjizonglu』, 『Shiyidexiaofang』, 『Dongeuibogam』, 『Euijongsonik』, 『Euibanghwaltu』 and 『Bangyakhappyeon』. Results : We could find out the similarities and differences in Qi, Flavor and Effect among Moschus, Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum and Aucklandiae Radix. And we could also find the examples of substitutional use of Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum as an ingredient of Gongjin-dan by comparing the formula of Gongjin-dan in the classic literatures as above. And in the other prescription, Aucklandiae Radix was also used instead of Moschus. Conclusions : All of three herbs have pungent in Flavor and warm in Qi. And these herbs also have similar effects in dispersing invading pathogenic factors and smoothening the flow of Qi. And according to 『Bencaobeiyao』, 『Euijongsonik』 and 『Bangyakhappyeon』, Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum and Aucklandiae Radix direct and regulate the Qi in common. The substitutional use of Aquilariae Resinatum Lignum and Aucklandiae Radix instead of Moschus in Gonjin-dan seems to be related to 'the ascent of Water and descent of Fire' effect of Gongjin-dan.

        우분과 계분에 대한 탄화물의 에너지 특성

        우분과 계분의 삼성분, 원소분석 등으로 기초특성을 파악하고, 탄화공정을 통하여 얻어진 우분과 계분 탄화물의 에너지특성에 대하여 비교, 검토하였다. 우분과 계분의 최적 탄화조건은 탄화물의 저위발열량과 수율을 곱한 총발열량으로 도출하였으며, 우분이 탄화온도 $300^{\circ}C$, 탄화시간 20분으로, 계분이 $350^{\circ}C$, 15분으로 나타났다. 최적 탄화조건에서 우분과 계분 탄화물의 저위발열량은 우분이 4,378 kcal/kg, 계분이 3,462 kcal/kg으로 평가되었다. 최적 탄화조건을 통해 생성된 우분 탄화물은 고형연료제품기준을 만족하는 신재생 에너지원으로 활용이 가능한 것으로 판단되었으나 계분 탄화물은 원료의 개질 등을 통한 발열량 증가가 필요한 것으로 평가되었다. The basic properties of cow and chicken manure such as proximate analysis and element analysis were estimated and the comparison to energy characteristics of carbonization residue between cow and chicken manure was evaluated. The optimum carbonization condition of cow and chicken manure was decided by total heating value of carbonization residue which was expressed by multiplying low heating value by yield. The optimum carbonization conditions for carbonization time and temperature can be decided by 15 min, and $350^{\circ}C$ for chicken manure, and 20 min, and $300^{\circ}C$ for cow manure. At the optimum carbonization conditions, low heating values for the carbonization residue of cow and chicken manure are evaluated by 4,378kcal/kg, and 3,462kcal/kg, respectively. The residues of cow manure were satisfied with the standard of solid fuel product. However, the residue of chicken should be improved by materials changes to be used as a renewable energy source.

        편마비 환자의 발목관절에 테이핑 적용이 보행속도와 관절각도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study is to identify the effect of Ankle Joint Taping applied to patients with chronic hemiplegia on their gait velocity and joint angles. Methods: We randomly extracted a clinical sample from 30 patients with hemiplegia resulting from stroke and classified them into two groups of a control group including 15 patients offered a regular therapeutic exercise and a test group including 15 patients offered taping. We also conducted the comparative analysis and pretest of the affected ankle joint angles by the normal characteristics of all subjects, Time to up and go test (TUG), 3D movement analyzer before the intervention. We applied taping to a test group for eight hours a day, five days a week during two weeks and conducted the comparative analysis of the gait velocity and the affected ankle joint angles by a comparison between and within two groups of before and after the intervention by conducting a posttest after the intervention. The result is as followings. Results: It indicated that there was a significantly decreased time with the increased gait velocity that a test according to a result of comparing the gait velocity within two groups (p<0.05). It indicated that there was a significantly increased angle in a comparison within two groups of test that inversion angle of a control group according to a result of comparing the ankle joint angles by 3D movement analyzer within groups (p<0.05). Conclusion: We found that TUG will help patients walk independently because it met a test group's need in the change of the gait velocity between two groups by recording less than 14 seconds which is the standard of using assistive aids and also found that ankle joint taping will help the joints prevent their function change considering that a control group showed an increased inversion angle in the change of the ankle joint within two groups.

        GIS를 활용한 광주광역시 도시재생방향에 대한 기초연구

        The purpose of this study is to present an appropriate approach to urban regeneration by analyzing Gwangju Metropolitan City. For the study, residential area of Asia Culture Complex was analyzed based on GIS. The areas concerned were categorized and looked into by their Situation based on the analysis of urban infrastructure state. However, as the architectural space within a city are limited, and accurate assessment of them is needed. The residential areas have the following characteristics. They become an aging and dilapidating residential and socially underprivileged-concentrated area. It is necessary to set up a direction for a future-oriented planning for the development of these areas. Along with a decreasing population, it is important to improve the urban architecture environment for the elderly in an aging society. The economic growth of a city if necessary for the future. Therefore, the criteria for the assessment is required. And the subsequent setting-up and planning of a future direction for a city is badly needed. After that, an accurate assessment of a city called for. City space allows for various interpretations. As the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer, a wealth is concentrated on one district or an area.

        저온에서 흡착제의 제습효과에 대한 연구

        친환경적이고 에너지 절약적인 난방 방법으로 히트펌프에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히, 저온 지역에서 난방이 가능한 히트펌프를 개발하기 위해 실외기 표면에 서리가 발생하지 않도록 하는 연구가 많아지고 있다. 즉, 온도가 낮은 지역에서 히트펌프를 통해 난방을 할 경우 실외기 표면에 서리층이 형성되어 전열성능을 떨어뜨려 난방능력을 감소시키는 것이 일반적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 히트펌프의 실외기에 유입되는 습공기의 수증기를 흡착식 제습시스템을 부착하여 제거하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통해 저온지역에서 가장 효과적인 제습방법을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그리고 히트펌프의 실외기 전면에 흡착식 제습시스템을 부착하여 에너지 효율이 높은 히트펌프를 개발할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Interest in heat pumps is increasing as an eco-friendly and energy-saving heating method. In particular, in order to develop a heat pump capable of heating in a low-temperature area, research to prevent frost on the surface of the outdoor unit is increasing. In other words, when heating through a heat pump in a low-temperature area, a frost layer is formed on the surface of the outdoor unit, which lowers the heat transfer performance, thereby reducing the heating capacity. Therefore, in this study, an adsorption-type dehumidification system is attached to remove the moisture vapor of the air into the outdoor unit of the heat pump. It is believed that this study can suggest the most effective dehumidification method in low temperature regions. In addition, it is expected that a heat pump with high energy efficiency can be developed by attaching an adsorption dehumidifying system to the front of the outdoor unit of the heat pump.

        UTAUT2 모형을 적용한 e스포츠 팬 관람의도 및 관람만족의 관계 분석

        본 연구는 UTAUT2 모형을 적용하여 e스포츠 팬들의 관람의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고, 관람만족과의 관계를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구목적을 성취하기 위해 최근 1년 이내 e스포츠 참여 경험이 있는 성인 중 최소 1번 이상의 경기장 직접관람을 실시한 e스포츠 팬들을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 설문조사를 통해 최종적으로 302건의 데이터를 사용하였다. 윈도우 SPSS, AMOS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도 분석, 확인적 요인 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 UTAUT2 모형 중 e스포츠 팬들의 쾌락적 동기, 가격 효용성, 습관이 관람의도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통해 e스포츠 팬들의 관람의도와 관람만족을 향상시키기 위한 요인을 파악하였다는 점에서 의의를 확인할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to identify factors affecting the spectator intention and spectator satisfaction of esports fans by applying the UTAUT2 model. Adult esports fans who had directly visited the stadium at least once within the past year were selected as a research participants. 302 data were used through the survey. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were performed using SPSS and AMOS programs. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that esports fans' hedonic motivation, price value, and habit have a positive effect on their spectator intention among the UTAUT2 models. The significance of this study can be confirmed in that it identified factors for improving the spectator intention and spectator satisfaction of esports fans.
