This study intended to understand the effect of verbal violence experience on social interactionalanxiety, focusing on Chinese university students majoring in dance studies. This study built a researchmodel by applying the escape theory. This study developed verbal violence as a dependent variable. Self-concept clarity, social comparison orientation, fear of negative evaluation, intolerance of uncertaintywere developed as mediators. Social interaction anxiety was developed as an independent variable. Thisstudy also added resilience as a moderator to illustrate the differential effects. This study collected datafrom 427 usable sources (colleges) and statistical analysis was applied by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. The result of this study showed that all the variables have significant relationship. Meanwhile, thesignificantly indirect path has been found. Lastly, the level of resilience has a significant moderationeffect on the path.

To find the cause of PSE porcine muscle occurring in pig chemical composition of meat, intra-muscullar fat and the phospholipid content of pig were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows. 1. Backfat thickness and tat content showed a significant difference (P$lt;0.01) between the female pig and the male pig. The females were more fat content and higher percentage of PSE porcine muscle incidence than the male pigs. 2. The PSE porcine muscle occurred frequently in the loin portion in pig and female pigs showed severely higher incidence than the male pigs. 3. The body composition varied with increasing body weight in pig. The most obvious difference between female and male was the fat content and backfat thickness 4. The experiment has not found a significant difference between male and female in the fat content, but the females had a greater content of fat than male. Body weight a significant difference (P $lt; 0.01) between male and female.

In order to find out the effects of the amount of deposited fat on the pork quality, the factors affecting the PSE porcine muscle were investigated. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Of 10,993 experimental swine, 4,225 individuals (38.6%) had PSE porcine muscle. 2. Severe stress by the high temperature which the pigs were exposed to before slaughter became a direct cause of the occurence of the PSE porcine muscle. 3. The PSE porcine muscle occured more often in the heavy carcass weight and in the male. 4. The incidence of the PSE porcine muscle were higher in swine which had a thick backfat. 5. The incidence of the PSE porcine muscle showed almost no correlation with the loin-eye area. 6. The price of carcass at whole sale market was determined according to backfat thickness and intramuscular fat.

The effect of porcine careass temperature which is a great practical problem to pork production on meat quality was investigated. The loin temperature from sows showed higher than boar immediatly after slaughter. The lumbar vertebra temperature of the M. long dorsi of the whole carcass which was passed ten minutes after evisceration was slightly higher than the split one. Some of carcasses which were exposed to environments of 7"C~l4"C after slaughter developed a Pale muscle with Poor water-binling properties as slightly PSE condition at lumbar vertebra of the M. long dorsi, whereas the carcasses were exposed at 0°C∼2°C had normal-colored, firm and dry loin muscles.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary supplemental charcoal(CH) or charcoal extract(CE) on performance and meat quality of broiler chicks for 5 weeks. Basal diets based on corn and soybean meal contained 21% crude protein for the first 3 weeks and 19% for the rest two weeks. Two levels of dietary CH(O, 0.5%) and CE(0, 0.2%) were fed in a factorial design. There were four replicates of 10 chicks each per treatment. An increased growth rate was observed in chicks fed the basal diet supplemented with CE alone. Chicks fed the diet containing both CH and CE tended to depress the growth rate. Dietary supplemental CH and CE improved the feed conversion efficiency compared to the control group, but was not significantly different between them. The abdominal fat(%) of chicks fed CH alone or both CH and CE tended to de-crease without significant difference. The total lipid content of breast meat of chicks fed CE alone showed significant difference among treatments (P<O.05). The CH or CE treatment exhibited significantly higher breast docosahexaenoic acid(DHA) levels than did the control group, but was not significantly different between supplemental groups. The results of this experiment indicated that dietary supplemental CH or CE may improve the performance and meat quality of broiler chicks.
외인성 insulin-like growth factor-I이 육계의 성장에 미치는 영향

Insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I) plays an important role in the regulation of mammalian and poultry growth. IGF-I has many actions in different tissues, which include metabolic, mitogenic, and differentiative actions. IGF-I induces insulin-like effects - such as increased cell glucose uptake and glycogen sysnthesis, however several physiological actions of IGF-I may not have been identified yet. In order to investigate the effect on growth in broiler chicken treated with exogenous insulin-like growth factor-I, 30 chickens were injected $50{\mu}g$ reconbinant human IGF- I (rhIGF- I ) per kg body weight as experimental group and 30 ckickens saline subcutanously as control, 3 times according to ages from 2 to 35 days. We established radioimmunoassay method by which we can measure chicken IGF- I (cIGF- I ) as in rhIGF- I assay. The results obtained were as follows; 1) The dilution curve showed in parallelism between rhIGF- I and cIGF- I in the Sep-pak $C_{18}$ cartridge plasma extracts. 2) The body weight of broiler chicken were significantly increased at 31 days($1,176.50{\pm}99.79g$) and 35 days($1,252.84{\pm}125.21g$) of age in treatment groups, compared with control group($1,011.88{\pm}40.22g,\;1,111.32{\pm}153.67g$). The liver and kidney weights on 35 days$(35.24{\pm}5.18g,\;11.05{\pm}1.47g)$ were significantly higher in rhIGF- I treated group than control group($30.95{\pm}4.04g,\;10.01{\pm}1.60g$) 3) The plasma concentration of IGF- l and total protein in rhIGF- I treated group were $58.17{\pm}1.69ng/ml$, $3.75{\pm}0.62g/dl$ respectively compared with control group $45.70{\pm}1.64ng/ml$, $2.32{\pm}0.53g/dl$. The results suggest that exogenous rhIGF- I increased total body weight, liver and kidney weights in broiler chicken, and it may increase IGF- I and total protein concentration in serum.

Samples were taken from the porcine longissimus dorsi of lumbar vertebra of the animals weighing over 110 kg of live weight. Samples were treated at 0℃ or for 30, 60. and 90 min at 40℃. Superprecipitation activity of myosin B from the samples at 40℃ was much lower than those at 0℃. No superprecipitation was found in the case of myosin B of those treated for 90 min at 40℃. Also ATP sensitivity of myosin B of the samples treated at 40℃, was lower than those at 0℃. In 40℃ treatment. small amount of M. H. C. was founded and α-actinin degradation. Thus, the differences found in this experiment seem to reflect the differences in biological function of the myosin B. As they correspond to PSE porcine muscle symptoms. it is Concluded that the porcine carcass has to be treated at 0℃ immediately after slaughter for production of good quality of porcine meat especially for the animals slaughtering at the live weight exceeding 110 kg.

This study aims to investigate the academic environment of Chinese international students majoring in dance and to clarify how to improve the academic environment. In-depth interviews were conducted in the form of case studies, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, international graduate students majoring in dance require the implement of dance technique classes and improved support programs for them. Second, the international graduate students expect that professors will help to organize the professional terminology of the course. Third, the quality of the class is affected by the lack of enough Korean language ability of some foreign students. Finally, they want external dance recital information to be more easily accessible. Moreover, the enrollment system for international student needs to be updated.
