        모자이크 플롯에서 변수와 범주의 순서화

        Hartigan과 Kleiner (1981, 1984)에 의해 제안된 모자이크 플롯은 범주형 자료의 탐색에 매우 유용한 시각화 도구이다. 모자이크 플롯은 범주 셀의 빈도를 사각형의 기에 비례하게 나타내므로 이해가 쉽고 데이터에 포함된 정보를 유지하지만 실제 모습은 변수 순서와 변수 내 범주의 순서에 따라 상당히 달라진다. 이에 우리는 본 연구에서 모자이크 플롯에서 크래머(Cramer)의 V 계수를 활용한 변수의 순서화 방법과 감마 계수를 활용한 범주의 순서화 방법을 제안하고 Titanic, Housing, PreSex 등 공개 자료에 적용한 결과를 제시한다. Mosaic plots, proposed by Hartigan and Kleiner (1981, 1984), are very useful in visualizing categorical data. In mosaic plot, multi-way classified cell frequencies are represented by rectangles with proportional area. The plot is easy to understand while preserving the information contained in the data. Plot's appearance, however, does change substantially depending on the order of variables and the orders of categories with variable put into the plot. In this study, we propose the algorithms for ordering variables and categories of the categorical data to be explored via mosaic plots. We demonstrate our methods to three well-known datasets: Titanic, Housing and PreSex.

        고결정도와 응력조건에 따른 고결모래의 배수전단거동

        본 연구에서는 삼축압축시험을 통해 고결정도와 응력조건에 따른 고결모래의 강도특성과 변형특성을 파악하였다. 동일한 상대밀도의 모래에 대해 석고함유율을 조절하여 시료를 조성한 후, 50~200㎪까지 단계적으로 구속압을 조절하여 배수전단 시험(CID)을 실시하였다. 실험결과에 의하면, 고결정도가 증가할수록 모래의 전단강도가 증가하고 파괴양상이 취성적으로 변하며 전단시 팽창이 크게 발생한다. 동일한 구속압에서 약한 고결모래의 팽창경향은 미고결모래에 비해 현저히 감소하지만, 고결정도가 증가하면 팽창경향이 증가한다. 또한 동일한 고결정도에서 구속압이 증가할수록 전단강도는 증가하지만 구속압에 의한 고결결합 파괴시 거동이 연성적으로 변하며, 고결정도가 큰 시료에서는 큰 구속압에 의해 전단시 압축이 발생한다. 고결결합이 파괴된 이후에 나타나는 극한상태에서는 고결모래의 극한강도 및 유효응력비가 미고결 모래와 유사하며, 고결모래의 점착력은 모두 사라지고 미고결 모래와 동일한 마찰력에 의해 저항한다. 또한 미고결 모래의 변형계수는 구속압 영향을 상대적으로 크게 받는 반면, 고결모래의 변형계수는 결합이 파괴되기 전에는 구속압의 영향이 상대적으로 작았다. 미고결모래와 고결정도가 약한 모래의 할선탄성계수와 전단강도 비는 구속압이 증가할 수록 감소하는 반면, 고결정도가 더 큰 모래의 할선탄성계수와 전단강도 비는 구속압과 함께 증가하는 경향을 보였다. In this study, a series of cm tests were performed on gypsum-cemented specimens to evaluate the strength and the modulus of cemented sand having various degrees of cementation and stress levels. It was shown that, with increasing cementation level, peak shear strength increases; specimen fails in brittle fashion; and the tendency of dilation becomes greater. At the same confining stress level, the dilation of weakly cemented sand is less than that of uncemented sand, whereas the stronger tendency of dilation is observed with increasing degree of cementation. In addition, with increasing confining stress, the shear strength of the specimen increases and a relatively ductile failure is developed once confining pressure causes the bonding breakage. Under high confining stress, volumetric contraction was observed even for strongly cemented sands. When the cementation is completely destroyed, the shear strength and the effective stress ratio of cemented sand converge to those of uncemented sand. Cohesion intercept of the cemented sand disappears after the breakage of cementation bond and intrinsic variables seem to dominate the shear behavior at ultimate state. While Young's modulus of uncemented sand is affected by confining pressure significantly, that of cemented sand is slightly affected until confining pressure breaks the cementation bonds. The ratio of secant Young's modulus and peak strength for uncemented and weakly cemented sands decreases with increasing confining pressure, while that of strongly cemented sand increases with increasing confining pressure level.

        고객 경험을 기반으로 한 테마파크 평가의 주요 속성 연구 -의사결정나무 모형을 이용하여-

        본 연구는 고객 경험의 관점에서 테마파크 평가 시에 국내 테마파크 방문객이 중요시 하는 테마파크 평가 속성을 실증적으로 알아보고자 한다. 또한 국내 테마파크 방문객이 선호하는 테마파크는 어떠한 주요 평가 속성과 고객의 특성에 의해 결정되는지, 의사결정나무 모형을 이용하여 알아보고자 한다. 마지막으로, 프로모션 전략을 위하여 재방문 의사 여부에 따른 리프트 그래프를 살펴보고자 한다. 실증 분석을 통해 본 연구에서 제시한 연구문제를 검증한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 테마파크 평가 시 주요 속성 중 가장 중요한 평가 속성은 탑승물의 안전성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 롯데월드를 선호하는 이용객 그룹은 테마파크의 탑승물과 관람물의 질을 테마파크 평가 시에 주요 평가 속성으로 선택한 그룹인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 테마파크 방문 경험이 있는 고객의 특성에 따른 변수들 가운데 체류하는 기간이 1.7일 이상 미혼인 이용객 그룹이 오션월드를 가장 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 재방문 의사 여부에 따른 리프트 그래프의 평균 반응률은 6.566%였으며, 3등급까지반응률이 급격하게 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. This study ranked important attributes for evaluating customers` experience at theme parks. Further analysis were taken to draw the important attributes for theme park`s evaluation and customer`s characters using Decision Tree Model. In spite of the global popularity of the theme park, there is a lack of attributes for evaluation and rating system for heme park industry. In conclusion, (ⅰ)The ride`s safety was the most important attribute for evaluation of theme parks. (ⅱ)Customers preferred Lotte World as quality of rides and attractions at the theme park. (ⅲ)Theme park visitors who stayed at Ocean World for more than 1.7 days. This research is to provide information not only for theme park`s potential customer but also for park`s operators and marketers for better market segmentations.

        고결모래의 비배수 전단거동

        본 연구에서는 석고함유율을 달리한 고결된 모래 시료를 조성하여 고결정도 및 상대밀도에 따른 고결모래의 거동양상을 분석하였다. 상대밀도 25, 40, 60%의 모래에 모래중량비 5~20%의 석고를 혼합하여 교반시킨 후 상재하중 55㎪ 상태에서 양생하여 시료를 조성하였다. 조성된 고결시료는 일정한 구속압(200㎪)상태에서 비배수 전단시험(CIU)이 실시되었다. 실험결과 고결정도의 증가에 따른 고결된 모래의 항복강도 및 강성의 증가양상을 확인하였고, 고결 결합이 파괴되기 전에는 다일레이션 경향이 억제되지만, 결합이 파괴된 직후 다일레이션 경향이 오히려 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고결정도 및 상대밀도에 따라 간극수압 발생경향이 변하였으며, 고결에 의해 상전이선 및 파괴포락선에서의 유효응력비가 변하는 것을 유효응력경로 분석을 통하여 확인하였다. 일반적으로 상대밀도에 비해 고결정도가 고결된 모래의 거동에 더 큰 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. The behavior of artificially cemented sands were investigated by undrained triaxial test of isotropically consolidated sample. The cementation were induced by gypsum that is generally used for the aitificial cementation of sands. The gypsum of 5~20%(sand weight) were included in the sand and cured in the mold under the overburden pressure 55㎪. The yielding strength and stiffness of cemented sand were increased as the degree of cementation. And the dilation of sand was restricted by the cementation bonds, but after breakage of the bonds, it was increased more abrupt than the uncemented sands. The effective stress path showed that the aspects of effective pore water pressure were changed as the degree of cementation and the relative density. The effective stress ratio of cemented sand in the phase transformation line and the failure line were changed by the cementation. Generally the behavior of cemented sand more influenced by the degree of cementation than the relative density.

        영지엑기스가 백서의 실험적 간장중독 및 고지혈증에 미치는 영향

        This study was attempted to investigate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum (Young-Jii) extract on the activities of GPT GOT Al. P LDH and the level of total bilirubin and total cholesterol in serum of CCl₄-intoxicated rats, and on the level of total lipids triglyceride phospholipids and total cholesterol in the serum of experimentally induced hyperlipemic rats, and on the effect of body and liver weight in rats. The results were shown as follows; In CCl₄-intoxicated rats, the extract showed a significant decrease in the activities of GPT and A1.P, a slight decrease in the activity of GOT and LDH; The level of total bilirubin was slightly affected, but significantly decreased at a dose as high as 500 ㎎/㎏; the level of total cholesterol was increased dose dependently. In hyperlipemic rats, the extract caused a significant decrease in the level of total lipids and triglyceride and the rate of decrease was more pronounced with repeated treatments for 10 days; the level of phospholipids and total cholesterol were slightly decreased with repeated treatment of the extract at a dose of 300 ㎎/㎏ for 10 days; A significant body weight gain was shown with the treatment of the extract.

        구강 편평상피암종에서 CDH-13 유전자의 promoter methylation에 대한 연구

        CDH-13(T-cadherin), which is one of a kind among the 20 cadherins, can be found mainly in wall of aorta, neuron, spleen, blood vessel etc. It is also called H-cadherin. This structural difference can explain that CDH-13 is thought to play a key role in maintaining mutual relation between extra and intra-cellular environment rather than in cell adhesion. The main function of CDH-13 is to participate in blood vessel function. Additionally, it is known to regulate cell growth and cell contact inhibition. When cells are proliferating, cell surface perceives other cells so that substance such as CDH-13 can inhibit their growth or proliferation resulting in homeostasis without endless proliferation or invasion of connective tissue boundaries. However, tumor cell itself appears to be different from normal cells’ growth, invasion or transmission. Therefore, it can be diagnosed that these characteristics are closely related to expression of CDH-13 in tumor cells. This study is to investigate expression of CDH-13 in SCC and its correlation with promoter methylation. 20 of tissue species for the study are excised and gathered from 20 patients who are diagnosed as SCC in department of OMS, dental hospital, dankook university. To find development of CDH-13 in each tissue samples, immunohistochemical staining, RT-PCR gene analysis and methylation specific PCR are processed. The results are as follows. 1.Immunohistochemical staining: In normal oral squamous epithelial tissue, strong expression of CDH-13 was found in cell plasma membrane of basal cell layer. On the other hand, in case of low-differentiated oral SCC, development of CDH-13 was hardly seen. 2.The development of CDH-13 gene: In 9 of samples, expression of CDH-13 gene could be seen and 2 of them showed low expression compared to the others. And rest of the 11 samples showed no expression of CDH-13 gene. 3.Methylation of CDH-13 gene: Among 9 samples which expressed CDH-13 gene, 7 of them showed unmethylation. In addition, among 11 samples without CDH-13 gene expression, 10 showed methylation. According to the results stated above, promoter methylation were found in 13 samples(65%) among 20 of oral SCC samples. In low-differentiated SCC, suppression of gene expression could be seen accompanying promoter methylation. These phenomenon of gene expression was proved by immunohistochemical investigation. Finally, for development of oral SCC, conclusions can be made that suppression of CDH-13 played a main role and suppression of gene expression was originated from promoter methylation. Considering this, it is expected that suppression of CDH-13 from promoter methylation to be utilized as a good diagnostic marker of oral SCC.

        파쇄성이 큰 제주해사의 한계상태 특성

        본 연구에서는 제주해사에 대한 일련의 삼축압축시험을 수행하여 파쇄성이 큰 제주 탄산염 모래의 한계상태정수를 결정하였다. 제주해사는 입자의 모난 정도가 크고 입자표면과 내부에 다수의 공극이 발달되어 전형적인 탄산염 모래의 특성을 보인다. 제주해사는 큰 최대 최소 간극비와 큰 압축성 때문에 전단 시 압축거동이 지배적이었다. 구속압이 증가할수록 입자가 파쇄되어 제주해사의 첨두마찰각이 다소 감소하였으나, 일반적인 규산염 모래의 마찰각보다는 다소 큰 것이 관찰되었다. 제주해사의 한계상태 마찰각은 평균유효응력이 증가할수록 점차 감소하였으나, 시료의 간극비가 제주해사의 한계상태에 미치는 영향은 미미하였다. 제주해사의 한계상태 정수는 여타의 탄산염 모래와 유사하였으나, 일반적인 규산염 모래보다는 매우 크게 결정되었다. A series of triaxial test was performed in order to determine critical state parameters of calcareous Jeju sand, which comprises angular shape particles with many pores in the surface. It is observed that Jeju sand mainly shows the contractive behavior during triaxial shear due to high extreme void ratios and large compressibility. The peak friction angle of Jeju sand decreases slightly with increasing mean effective stress due to the particle crushing of carbonate materials. However, the peak friction angle of Jeju sand is higher than that of other silica sands because of the more angular particle shape. The critical state friction angle of Jeju sand gradually decreases when the mean effective stress at a critical state increases. Whereas, there is not a clear influence of void ratio on the critical state friction angle. Critical state parameters of Jeju sand are similar to those of calcareous sands, but significantly larger than those of common sands.

        BTL 중심의 브랜드 접촉점에 따른 외식프랜차이즈기업 소비자 유형 분류

        From these marketing paradigms, this study regards customer`s brand touch points to build relationship with the franchised companies in the food-service industry. As the value marketing from the substantiality paradigm, markets become more segmented for companies or brands. Moreover, the increasingly developed a method of communication has become very fragmented and diverse. For this reason, this study focused BTL strategies and brand touch points can be more specific about the study is meant as a proactive research. And Q methodology was used for this study to measure human subjectivity to identify the BTL strategic factors, and then construct the theoretical model from the factor interpretation. Through Q methodological approach of this research the five different types were found. First, the direct reaction of type 1, the immediate point of contact is a brand contacts. This type of consumer information in a more aggressive way, gathering a lot of interest in the franchise business was. Type 2 is available set menu and lunch menu, and the consumer or indirect contact with a brand as lower prices, membership, offer coupons. Type 3 for purchase of goods in the physical environment is affected. This type of brand recognition in the purchase stage and evaluation stage and receive interest at the same time. Type 4 of goods or raffle prizes, and in front of stores that were a direct response promotions. Type 5 of reviews, interviews and other PR or by store employees and officials of the service by the end of the action or had contact with the brand.
