핀테크디지털샌드박스(D-테스트베드) 이용의도에 관한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing the intention to use Fintech Digital Sand(D-Testbed), which facilitate digital innovation in the financial sectors and allow fintech startups to simulate the PoC their innovative ideas before starting a business. Methods: This study used the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM2), with independent variables such as social influence, personal innovativeness, service quality, relative advantage, and security concerns used in previous studies, for analysis. For mediator variables, the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were used in this study. Results: The results indicated that social influence and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on the intention to use. It was also analyzed that relative advantage has a mediating effect on perceived usefulness whereas service quality nor personal innovativeness are not statistically significant mediation. On the other hand, perceived ease of use on the intention is not statistically significant. By this, it was confirmed that the intention to use Fintech Digital Sand(D-Testbed) was to improve the business performance of fintech companies, but not because it was easy to learn and take less effort. Conclusion: The finding of the study provides valuable implications for invigorating the use of fintech digital sandbox(D-testbed) and identifying the factors that affect the perception and intention to use among employees in fintech companies in advance.
SnO₂-Si및 CdS-Si Heterojunction 태양전지의 제작과 이의 특성에 관한 연구

SnO₂-Si heterojunctions were prepared by the two process of the evaporation of tin on the substrate which is the wafer of silicon and the oxidation(for several minutes)of the evaporated tin in the furnace (temperature;200。 ∼ 250℃) Also CdC-Si hetero junctons were prepared by similar method. As electrical and optical characteristics had been investigated on two heterojunctions,we knew that SnO₂-Si heterojunctions are generally superior to CdS-Si heterojunctions. X-Ray diffraction study has shown that the orientation of the polycrystallines of CdS and SnO₂film is mainly(111) plane which is parallel to the substrate.

Metal balls are commonly used in mechanical elements and systems including bearings. If there is a defect in a metal ball, it can cause a serious machine failure. By this reason every balls produced are required to be inspected, and the inspection is usually done by human eyes. However, the inspection by human eyes is always with the risk of mistakes, and a need to automate the inspection process is arisen. This paper describes a design of an automatic inspection system for detecting defects on ball surface. A machine vision system is used, and design process and techniques are described in detail. 강구는 베어링을 비롯한 기계 요소 및 장치에서 널리 사용되는 부품이다. 만약 강구에 결함이 있을 시, 이를 사용하는 기계에서 치명적인 결함이 초래될 수 있다. 따라서 제조된 강구에 대해서는 전량검사가 요구되고 있고, 검사과정은 사람의 육안에 의한 검사가 주를 이루고 있다. 그런데 사람에 의한 검사에는 항상 실수의 가능성이 있으므로, 이를 자동화하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 강구의 표면 결함을 자동적으로 검사할 수 있는 장치를 설계한다. 기계시각 장치가 사용되었고, 설계에 따른 구체적 절차와 기술들이 서술된다.

This study tried to design the concept for pollution preventing system of a camera window. Formerly, the method using air purge is generally used for preventing the pollution of camera window. However, the conventional method by using air often makes a window dirty in case that camera is located in clean area such as clean-room. And the method always requires air even though air source can not be supplied in case of mountain altitudes. Moreover, the frequently applying by air purge or maintenance personnel causes a window to get damaged. Hence, the efficient concept for preventing pollution of camera window is proposed in this study.
