알렉티닙과 삼칠충초정을 병용하여 호전된 진행성 비소세포성 폐암환자 1례

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the clinical effectiveness of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with Samchilchoongcho-Jung (HAD-B1) in conjunction with Alectinib. Methods: The patient was diagnosed with Anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) mutated (2+) non-small cell lung cancer adenocarcinoma stage IV, suffering from edema of lower extremities, dyspnea, pleural effusion, general weakness, insomnia. The patient being treated with Alectinib was treated with Samchilchoongcho-Jung (HAD-B1) for disease control and symptom management. The clinical outcomes were measured by National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Event (NCI-CTCAE), Numeral rating scale (NRS) and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG). Results: After treatment, dyspnea and edema of lower extremities was relieved from NRS 7 to 5, and 6 to 1 respectively. And ECOG score of the patient was improved from grade 3 to 2. During and after treatment, we didn't find any severe toxicities on laboratory findings. Conclusion: This case study suggests that Samchilchoongcho-Jung (HAD-B1) may improve symptom relief and life quality of NSCLC patient in conjunction with Alectinib.

In tilting pad bearing design process, the selection of the proper configuration type of either a load-between-pad(LBP) or load-on-pad(LOP) as well as preload and pivot offset conditions is to be carefully considered. Also the bearing needs to be designed in order to be suited for the rotor-bearing system and operating condition. In this paper, it is observed that the dynamic characteristics in a five pad tilting pad bearing for the LBP and the LOP configurations are influenced by the variation of preload and pivot offset. In this context, rotor dynamic analysis of the 5 MW industrial gas turbine supported by the tilting pad bearing at the front and roller bearing at the rear is carried out based on the dynamic coefficients of the tilting pad bearing investigated. The result shows that two rigid body critical modes experience various changes according to the influence of the tilting pad bearing uniquely applied to one side of this machine. Mainly, the second critical speed, the rigid body mode of conical shape with high whirling in the tilting pad bearing, is significantly changed by preload and pivot offset regardless of the LBP and LOP configurations. And, the first critical mode, the rigid body mode of conical shape with high whirling in the roller bearing, is sensitively affected by preload applied to the LOP configuration and by its asymmetric dynamic properties.

In tilting pad bearing design process, selection of the proper configuration type of either Load-Between-Pad (LBP) or Load-On-Pad (LOP) as well as preload condition for the system is to be carefully considered. In this paper, it is found that pad pressure, minimum film thickness and dynamic characteristic in a 5 pads tilting pad bearing of LBP and LOP configurations are influenced by preload variation. In this context, rotor dynamic analysis of the 5 ㎿ gas turbine supported by tilting pad bearing in the front and roller bearing in the rear is carried out based on dynamic characteristic of the tilting pad bearing investigated. The result shows that 2nd mode whirl natural frequency is significantly affected by preload applied to both LBP and LOP configurations. It is also confirmed that the unbalance response characteristic at the rear bearing position is affected sensitively by preload applied to the LOP configuration.

발전소와 폐기물 자원화 시설 배출 오염물질 현황 및 처리기술

대기오염물질의 주 배출원인인 발전소 및 폐기물 자원화 시설에서는 다양한 기술에 따라 오염원이 제어되고 있다. 하지만 제도 및 규제와의 상충관계, 기술 간 이해도 등에 따라 여러 문제점이야기되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 발전소와 폐기물 자원화 시설의 전반적인 개요 및 현황을 분석하여 설비 운영 시 발생하는 대기오염물질을 조사하여 데이터화 하였다. 발전소의 대기오염물질의경우, 대부분 전력이 석탄화력발전소로부터 생산되기 때문에 최근 조사된 화력 발전소에서의 배출대기오염물질을 조사하였다. 또한 기후변화에 대응하기 위한 탄소중립을 달성하기 위해, 이산화탄소를저감 할 수 있는 이산화탄소 포집 및 활용 저장 기술 (Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage, CCUS) 을 이용하여 폐자원을 활용하는 기술을 제안하였다. 더 나아가, 폐기물 자원화 기술을 통해 생성되는생성물과 오염물질 전환에 따른 부산물의 활용방안을 추가로 제시하였다. 목재 펠릿을 포함한 고형연료, 바이오 에탄올, 바이오 디젤 등이 현 산업에서 현실적으로 상용화될 수 있도록 하는 활용방안을 제시하였으며, CCUS 기술의 산물인 탄산칼슘의 활용처를 제안하였다.
청소년의 휴대 전화 사용 실태 및 정신과적 문제와의 연관성

Objective:We investigated the characteristics of cellular phone use and its association with psychological problems among adolescents. Methods:A total of 332 adolescent students were recruited for this study. The participants’ self-reported characteristics of cellular phone use and the psychological problems caused by this were tested by using the Excessive Cellular Phone Use Survey (ECPUS), the Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI), Spielberger’s State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAIC) and the Korea-Youth Self Report (K-YSR). Results:The excessive user group made more use of text messages and they spent more time and paid higher fees than the comparison group. They expressed severer depression and anxiety and they had more behavior problems and lower school performance than the comparison group. The ECPUS score was positively correlated with score of the CDI, STAIC and the behavior problem scales of the K-YSR, and the ECPUS score was negatively correlated with the school performance scale of the K-YSR. Conclusion:Our findings suggest that excessive cellular phone use by adolescents may be related to psychological problems. Careful education about the use of cellular phones and intervention are recommended for adolescents who excessively use cellular phones.
전기근육자극(EMS)을 활용한 유형별 스트레칭이 태권도 선수의 정서에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of stretching by type using Electrical Muscle Stimulation(EMS) on the emotions of Taekwondo athletes through EEG. In this study, eight Taekwondo athletes from the D city unemployment team were selected as subjects. Three-static Electrical Muscle Stimulation(EMS), dynamic Electrical Muscle Stimulation(EMS+PNF), and basic stretching (Nor)-treatment were performed in random order, and EEG was measured before and after each treatment. The collected data was analyzed by dividing it into alpha, beta, and theta waves by frequency. The results of this study are as follows. First, after stretching using EMS, alpha waves were most active in treatment using only EMS stimulation. In addition, in all three treatments, alpha wave activity was observed after treatment. Second, beta wave activity was observed in all three treatments after stretching using EMS. Third, theta wave activity was observed in all three treatments after stretching using EMS. Also, the most active theta wave activity was found in treatments that presented only EMS stimulation. Summarizing the above results, I think that stretching using EMS can improve the positive emotions of Taekwondo athletes and have a positive effect on performance. In the future, I would like to use stretching with EMS in another more exercises.
